Great services. Mike is very reliable and prices are reasonable, we used him because we were selling our house and we needed help with the opener and he came and got the job done. I have already recommended him to my realtor. read more

ODS fixed a broken torsion spring. During the job he offered us a deal to just replace both springs at a fair price. The work was done properly and quickly. We are very happy with Overhead Door Solutions work, and highly recommend them. read more

I called this company then left a voice mail no response so then I waited an hour called again no answer so I sent a text like It suggested. No response again. Says they are open 24/7 So I thought ok maybe they will call next day. Nope. So I'm leaving this rating. I m actually really surprised especially seeing all the positive reviews. After trying everyone on yelp I found c&c garage doors on Google and they came over within an hour and replaced both my springs and straitened out my door. Please don't say your open on Sunday if your not. read more

Overhead Door Solutions - Garage Door Services Near Me - Winchester, California

Had a garage door emergency and he was able to come out immediately to fix it. Saved our day, since we were headed to appointment and couldn't leave until the garage was closed. He was so affordable and competent. I felt comfortable leaving him to finish working, while we headed out to keep our appointment. We haven't had any more issues with it coming off track - something that was happening every few weeks. Our new go-to for garage door needs! read more

I'm so satisfied with the service, I received from Mike today! With any service call, there's always hope that the service person will be truthful and honest with explaining what may need to be done to fix the problem. Mike arrived to my home promptly, did some troubleshooting, and provided me with step by step instructions to fix the garage myself. He was very truthful and helpful!! If and when I ever need garage service, I'll be sure to call Mike. read more

Quick response and great service. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommend! Thank you Mike!

The spring on my garage door broke on Sunday morning, and my car was inside. I was desperate because I need the car every day. A friend recommended ODSolutions; because they are open seven days/week, I was able to set up the job to be done sufficiently early on Monday to meet my needs that day. Mike showed up and completed the job as promised. He also checked the other components of my garage door to insure they were working properly and had lube on them. Very satisfied in all aspects. High quality parts were used to ensure the job will never need to be done again. Initially I thought the price was high. but it was competitive with others in that trade; Their labor rate seems to be a lot higher than in other trades. Perhaps they know that you are desperate. read more

Really grateful for all the previous 5 star reviews that led me to call Mike, owner & to the best of my knowledge the sole employee at ODS. Definitely 5 stars- prompt, courteous, accommodating, knowledgeable, cost conscientious & most importantly did not try to up-sell. In fact when I inquired about a particular product, he shared that it was overkill for our garage door & didn't feel we needed it, saving us $150+. Mike offered to repair our current garage door opener (control panel went out on builder installed Genie, ~$200 repair). We didn't feel that it was wise to invest in a poor product (terrible reviews of product & company customer service) & decided to instead put those funds towards installation of a better opener we knew we could rely on. In addition, it came with a keypad that we don't currently have & the new openers come with WiFi! We'd looked into converting our current opener to WiFi. For the price to convert & now the repair it made more sense to start over with a better product for close to the same price. I'm surprised by the 1 Star review saying they couldn't get connected. I was able to reach Mike on the first call, schedule an appt for a free estimate within 25 hours, then arrange an immediate repair/replacement which included him driving to purchase the product. read more

Pro American 5 star service . Came same day and under a 2 hour window. I had a internal spring system go out and got replaced with external system for 375. Wife and kids are back to being happy again. Great job Overhead Solutions !! read more

Mike is AWESOME! He was on time, courteous and went above & beyond all expectations! We highly recommend!

My garage door would no longer open nor close so I had to do it manually. I wasn't sure what the problem was. Mike was able to see instantly see that it was my operator bracket and was able to explain how he would fix the issue so that it would not happen again. Mike also checked the other components of my garage door to insure they were working properly and had lube on them. Very honest and I would recommend him to you need your garage door serviced. read more

I have used Overhead Door Solutions twice in different houses. The first time was amazing - on a Saturday. None of the other business were open. There was a broken spring and other damage caused by the previous owner. Mike showed up in an hour and fixed everything. We just moved and called him again. The door made seriously bad noise, and we had only one working remote. Seemed I could not program either car to the opener. Mike adjusted the door making it very quiet, programed both cars and added an outside key pad. Great job read more

Quick and reliable service. The technician showed up in the time window provided. and the affordable price that was quoted, did not increase at the time of service. read more

My garage door was screeching pretty loud. I thought I actually needed a new door, rails , and opener.. Mike came over, didn't try to sell me anything, said I didn't need anything but alittle maintenance. I will call on him again in the future. I do recommend him without reserve. read more

RESPONSIVE! Mike was quick to respond with a quote and service. Clean and professional work. I thought our garage door opener issue was a bigger problem than it actually was so I appreciate Mikes honesty with what really needed to be done to get our opener running smooth and quite. read more

Mike arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He completed the job of replacing our garage door motor, belt, corrected the wiring for the wall switch, and installed a keypad for remote free entry. He cleaned up and took all boxes and debris with him. He walked me through the use of remote and keyless entry. He was in and out in an hour tops. His price was reasonable and the work came with a year's warranty, the new garage door motor had a life time warranty. I will call him for all garage door repairs and future needs. I came home one night to find one of the arms of my garage door broken. Now what. Well I went on Yelp and ran into 5 star after 5 star reviews for Mike, owner of Overhead Door Solutions. I called him on a Saturday Morning and he was over that afternoon. Mike was not in any hurry to encourage me to get new roll up doors. He gave me a quote to replace both arms but I had already decided to make the plunge and upgrade to new roll up doors. I can truly say I was not disappointed. When Mike came over for the repair, he worked his fanny off from start to finish, didn't even break for lunch. Not only all that but there was a defect on one of the parts and his Wife went to Riverside and got another part. What a team. My neighbors love the doors so I hope he gets more business from that. Overhead Door Solutions is the one and only. Don't go anywhere else. read more

Mike is extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and he has worked on our rental house door in Menifee before. When it was time to install new doors he was the only person we called. As far as we're concerned - Mike is the guy to call if you are having any garage door problems. He's just the best in this business in the local area. read more

Rude, technician flipped me off as pulled out of the driveway. We got the feeling he did not want to honor price quoted by Home Depot. Then lied to the office about how much clutter was in the garage ( of which I moved everything out.) read more

ODS came out same day and fixed our bent garage door. The service was fast and affordable!

I called Mike at Overhead Door Solutions after my Genie Pro garage door opener broke one morning. He gave me a quote over the phone and was available the same day! Price was very reasonable and Mike was very personable. He showed me what had broken and explained some simple DIY maintenance to keep it in good running order from here on out. The garage door is now whisper quiet and runs better than ever. I recommend Overhead Door Solutions to anyone needing fast repairs at an honest price. read more

Fantastic service! So glad they could come out on very short notice, too. Excellent customer service, we'll use them the next time we need servicing on our garage doors! Thank you, Overhead Door Solutions! P.S. And BTW, we will definitely recommend them to our friends & neighbors. read more

I needed to get my garage door fixed, but I wanted to make sure it was done by an honest person. I evaluated only five-star yelp reviews. I clicked on ODS and read most of the reviews, and I was satisfied with everyone's response so I gave ODS a call. So here's some very important points that I would like to share with you: * I was given an estimate of arrival to my house and he was there promptly. * Mike was very courteous and answered all of my questions. * He also was very conscientious of the quality of his work and did a great job. * Most important he noticed that the job needed additional materials and he did not charge me extra. In fact, the estimate that he quoted was the amount that he requested at the end of the job. I highly recommend ODS. read more

One of my garage springs broke this morning, I called Mike ..... he worked me into his busy day and he showed up at my house within 2 hours and fixed my garage door. Mike just finished my door and I could not be more satisfied with the service. I found him by referral and texted him I needed a spring. He gave me a quote and I set up an appointment for my next available day. I also requested a tune up because my door was never correct even before the spring gave out. The day of he texted me when he was on his way an was promptly there. He told me everything in the tune up was covered besides the parts. He mentioned the bearings was the likely culprit and he had them in stock and they were only $40. Turns out the bearings were binding and he had the job all finished in the 30 minutes he said it would. I'm a business owner myself and deal with a lot of companies and I can honestly say that true professionals are pretty rare nowadays. Mike was punctual and knew exactly what he was talking about just from what I described. I'm used to delays and back orders with most places, and this transaction couldn't have been any smoother. Turns out my friends were right and I will recommend overhead door solutions to all of my friends and neighbors. read more

We called Mike and we scheduled an apt with him that Saturday morning. He told us it would be between 10-12pm. Well he called at about 9:45 and said he would be here shortly! We were so happy he was prompt! He took one look(or listen) to our garage door and knew instantly what needed to be done. Took care of it all within an hour and didn't charge is a fortune! Couldn't ask for a nicer more professional guy. Would recommend him to anyone! Thanks again Mike! Liz and Johnny read more

I originally reached out to Mike at ODS based on his reviews and because he literally lives right down the street from me... I called him and told him that I have a broken torsion spring on my 2 car garage, to which he said he'd fix for $200. GREAT! I said I'd call him back in 2 days when I got back home and get setup for him to come out. I sh*t you not, I then made a 5 star review draft I was ready to post after he finished the work because based on all of his previous reviews, I thought his work was gonna be a slam dunk! Fast forward to almost a week later... I've called him twice since we originally spoke last Tuesday, and I even had my wife call him yesterday and leave a message to see if he could still come out... no answer! I understand it's a holiday weekend, but what's been the most ironic part about all this is that every time we have driven by his house... his truck, clearly marked ODS, has just been parked in his driveway! No call back to say if he could postpone or anything due to the holiday... Fortunately, I reached out to Garage Door Medics today, and with their current Yelp deal, they're about 50% less than what Mike at ODS was going to charge me! read more
