The former owners and staff were consistently gracious and friendly. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly under the new ownership. The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.

Although my jobs are usually small, I get the same personalized service as any big-time customer. Every type of copy machine and duplicating service anyone could ever want is available, and Jay the assistant is friendly and customer-oriented. Vaughn is supremely knowledgeable about his business, and I know he is invested in the community. In addition, he sells many beautifully carved statues from Bali which decorate his shop. I have fun bantering with Vaughn's 3 kids who are busy with creative projects after school, and I enjoy seeing what a caring dad they have. Superior Copy is the kind of local, privately owned establishment that I am happy to recommend highly.

From the owner: Thank you for joining us! Are you looking for an innovative and beautiful way to tell your story?…read moreAre photo gifts your go-to for events and holidays? Me too, photo gifts have always been my favorite choice for my family. My name is Kristin, and I created InMotion Albums to bring your photos and videos back into your life in a new, meaningful way. Maybe you can relate when I say our family has countless photos and videos we can't show or gift together without noisy social media platforms. Instead, our video stories remain tucked away on our phones and laptops. I had thought surely we can find a better way to bring our stories together? As a mom, a book lover, and a lawyer turned business owner, I embarked on a journey to create InMotion Albums. Of course inventing anything new comes with great challenge. When people ask me why this product doesn't already exist - the answer is complicated. And building InMotion Albums has proven incredibly complicated. Over the years, we unearthed seemingly impassable obstacles in technology and engineering; but finally, and with great resolve and resilience, we broke ground and brought InMotion to life. Today, each InMotion Album is thoughtfully handcrafted in the United States. With dedication to design and precision, we are pleased to introduce InMotion Albums to your family. From our family to yours, we thank you and look forward to building your album. Kristin, Ella, Charlotte, Lucas, and Biscuit
