The area has space-themed wall art with astronauts and satellites, and the flooring is covered with rubberized mats for safety. The space is designed for children up to age 10 and includes various play zones and equipment.

Blast off! Staff were very matter of fact, they'd check you in and tell you the rules. The space itself is nice and open, fun for all the littles. There is a baby corner too. Some highlights= spaceship to climb up and slide down, a lego room, small aquarium, free coffee and tea, nursing room, tinker toys creation that's 3.5yrs in the making! Would come back if ever in the area

The staff are so wonderful with the kids and my son (7) always has a great time! Perfect for the cold days we want to get out of the house and play. I enjoy a free latte while he plays.

A young child with curly hair is seated inside a mesh playpen at an indoor playground. The child is wearing a colorful shirt with various patterns and black pants, and is sitting on a carpeted floor. The playpen has a white netting structure with blue accents, and the background shows a textured, dark-colored floor. The setting appears to be a space-themed indoor play area designed for children.

My toddler had so much fun there. There is so much to do. Just make sure to register/save a spot online before going there. You cannot just walk in. They get really busy on weekends. We are considering getting the membership. Great entertainment center for kids.

Listen this is a must for the price for the space for the quality of toys Montessori play this place looks empty online like there's not allot THATS BECAUSE THE PLACE IS ACTUALLY HUGE soo clean soo organized the staff is great THEY HAVE A CAPACITY I'm sure it's like 20 kids max per whole building !!!!! Which is nothing !!!!!!! Litterally the place has soo much space to run dance jump nooo kids fighting because they have till wait in line like the back has a table for parents to charge there phones A COFFEEE MACHINE THAT'S FIRE. Snacks in the back bathroom is clean like I would put this place on the news on how great the experience was tbh !!! Every one needs to go if you have little 6 months -7 ....... I think it's a good age

Part of the play space for the older kiddos - The image shows an indoor play area with a large climbing structure, including ropes, platforms, and slides. Took my little guy here this morning as a part of a playground. They have open play for up to 9 families. At the 11 and 2 hour they offer storytime and an activity. Love this as it provides a break in the play space for staff to clean and sanitize. Socks must be worn and are available for purchase if you forget. Self serve cafe with lots of snacks at a reasonable price and an amazing cup of coffee (I got a mocha and added some syrups, so good!) The play space itself is SUPER spacious. Lots of space to run to and fro...probably helpful that they keep it to a max of 9 families. There is an area for really little to older (max 5 ish...a 6 yr old could have fun too if they has a friend or enjoyed playing solo.) On super hot days or rainy days this will be a great place to come and let your little ones burn some energy and meet a friend or two.

Building her own "spaceship"! - A young girl wearing a red astronaut costume with a NASA patch on the sleeve is seated at a white table. She has long hair tied in pigtails with colorful hair ties and is engaged with stacking toys, including a yellow cup and other colorful pieces. The setting appears to be indoors, possibly at a children's play area or STEM activity center, with a partition and ceiling lights visible in the background.

Amazing!!! This was our first time here but it was the best indoor play place (not counting…read moremuseums) that I've been to in NC! I've definitely been to a few that I thought were overpriced for what you get. I highly recommend this place. It's super affordable ($10 per child to start and cheaper when you are paying for more than one kid, better value overall to get a monthly membership which I believe starts at $34 a month). It pays for itself if you just come here 3x a month or more. They've also got little snacks for sale up at the front desk and you can purchase socks for $1 (they've got music notes on them haha). We arrived early around 9:20am when the inflatable bounce houses were still getting filled but the doors were open and the person at the front desk said it was unexpectedly busy this morning! The place gets pretty busy but emptied out around 11:30 when I assume most people left to go get lunch/put kids down for nap time. Tons of cute little snack tables and chairs for the smaller kiddos and bigger ones for waiting parents/grandparents/caretakers etc. Lots of sanitizer on every counter. They also had Kleenex boxes out (they know their audience) and Clorox wipes at the front desk. There's 2 big bounce houses (a blue one and a red one). The red one is more for jumping and running around in circles and the blue one has a rainbow "floor" interior that is super fun to run across. There are also 2 karaoke rooms with an expansive music selection, colorful overhead lights, and microphones which you ask for from the front desk. They've got the giant piano on the floor like the one from the movie 'Big'. They've got music classes which I believe take place in the back near the restrooms. Love the giant guitar slide and it makes guitar sounds when you slide down. I went down the slide as well and it goes super quick!! I was definitely more scared going down than climbing up haha. Oh and they provide a shelf of croc sandals to wear if you need to rescue your frightened child (I made use of them). I could really go on forever about how amazing this place is. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Incredible experience and place and definitely will be returning!!

The play area is open and spaced out with a nice variety of musical things to play with. Before coming, I really was curious if there'd be enough to keep the little one interested. Big or little, the kids will be interested! By musical things, think less handheld instruments and more installments for lack of a better word, such as the interactive world map where touching the musical note plays music of that geographic location. The percussion pots and pans and bells room was a big hit. My toddler wasn't ready for the big guitar slide, with climbing handholds and bars, but was able to enjoy everything else, including the small slide. I found it easy to carry my infant around and plop him on the floor from time to time with little worry. Some bigger kids run around but there are many side areas that are safer for the wee babes. There's music playing in the background and of course sounds coming from the many installments, and children shrieking. But overall, I didn't find the sound to be too loud or nauseating like it can be in some restaurants and such. There's plenty of space to enjoy snacks outside of the play area and clean bathrooms. The staff I checked in with were quite friendly. Oh and I really thought the price per child to be reasonable compared to most other indoor museums and play places. We will definitely be back!

This huge indoor playground is located in the Norris Park area in Apex. The playground is designed for infants up to 12-year-olds. When we got there about 945 on a Tuesday morning, there were only two other people. We were forewarned that a field trip group would be arriving at 10:15. Even when the group arrived, because of the large space, it didn't feel crowded. There are lots of mazes with hidden play areas...activities for both gross and fine motor skills. They also have assorted snacks and drinks available for purchase. This is a wonderful way to spend a few hours or even longer. The kids had a blast and us adults who accompanied them did as well!

It felt very clean today - in fact I ran into a neighbor who also remarked how clean the pieces of plastic were that you can see through. He loved exploring and watching other kids. Today was calm. Today was fun. Today was more quiet. Today was lovely and we plan to return. Great way to play! Tip: I found about $40 that I handed into the cashier/front desk from the ball pit. Despite confirming details in advance and paying nearly $700, the event was disorganized from the start. We were given the wrong party room number, causing delays, and when the kids were ready to eat, the room and food were not prepared on time. The biggest issue was the ice cream. I had paid for ice cream for all guests, but only after the party started was I told they were out. I was advised mid party to buy something next door at Food Lion so my husband went to get ice cream--only for the manager to confront me in front of guests saying I couldn't serve it due to policy. After an embarrassing back‑and‑forth, they eventually allowed it, but the damage was done. My son's party was disrupted, and my guests witnessed unnecessary conflict. To make matters worse, billing confusion at the end left me feeling accused of not covering a guest, only for it to later be revealed as a miscommunication that left me feeling awkward because the venue involved the other family by calling them. The entire experience was stressful, embarrassing, and poorly handled. While the party host tried to be helpful, the management's lack of communication and professionalism ruined the celebration. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, but after this ordeal I am cancelling my membership. Customer service matters, and this event showed me Big Air Raleigh does not value it.

It also seems like a very popular event venue, so the entire place could be booked for a private event. I would like to see a tiny improvement of more frequent cleaning especially where the littles one are, because they crawl and pick up small debris.

Employees were generally helpful, although they were on their phone a lot and weren't super outgoing and friendly. It also wasn't super busy, which I appreciated since some of the other play spaces in the area can get very crowded. We were very impressed with the size of the space and loved that there was an entire zone that met the needs of a smaller child but didn't inhibit his ability to crawl to other areas. I do believe we were lucky with a low number of kids in the play area which, despite a few little moments of going "" - overall the lack of dominating older children made it a good experience. I think if you are nervous of potential older (over 3) children interacting with a child that's maybe 9-12m then keep in mind that it may happen that they stumble over into the "infant" area to check out what's happening and try to look for less popular times. To be honest though, it really is a great place with great staff! Things We Loved: - there was a designated infant friendly play space - ample seating for adults - an actual snack/food area that served more than just goldfish and coffee - the "tasted toys" bin!
