We haven't been here in a while since taking multiple children can be expensive but I found a Groupon so why not. By the way, they only keep you on the system for a year so you'll need to sign the waiver again. Also, their policy of 8 and under is new to us. My older children were able to play before but some children broke structures by being too rough so they had to implement a rule. So when we got here, we found the door closed. The nice attendant told us that they just cleaned. Yeah! How fortunate for us. It smelled great. It did look cleaner than the last time we were here. I didn't see any huge dust bunnies underneath the structures. The slides were sprinkling, the foams were all in the pit, plastic balls in the pit or under a structure. Surfaces didn't feel sticky so sitting on the foam mat with my baby didn't feel gross. Last time we were here, they had some shooting apparatus. They took that out. It would get stuck when kids put too many balls inside and some kid ended up getting a ball to the head. So, it's probably the best. My kids had fun jumping on trampolines, tossing balls in the pit, sliding and getting tangled in the web structures for hours. We didn't even see the time fly by. It's a cute place to take children to to spend some of their energy. I'm glad that they have cleaned it.

We were visiting for a cheer competition and are from West Virginia looking for some fun places for a little kids to play and this was a huge success thankfully, we were able to get in before they had to close because there were so many kids and honestly that was the right decision because it was so hot and crazy in here! All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful!

Neck snapping hazard

This place is a death trap for kids. The equipment looks like it was ordered from Temu. Absolutely a death trap. There are several play systems that are not safe at all. For instance there is one play set where kids fall through this 4 level elastic. Every level can be a potential neck snapping due to the force of the fall. Please watch your kids as they play!!! Another play set has the same concept but with nylon( looks like nylon seat belts). Some of the nylon belts are visible broken. This is another choking hazard!

My stepdaughter absolutely LOVES this place. She would spend all day every day here if she had the option. She asks about it all the time and loves when there are lots of other kids to play with. It is reasonably priced for play all day. They have a monthly pass too. It is always very clean and the employees are very friendly. The hardest part is getting your kids to leave.

So I'll be honest I drove 1 hour away from home to take my son to this park because I thought it was great in Google ... but when I got there it was 20 for a very small indoor play ground . The outer area is clean ... the bathroom I like that they have the sandals to put on to go to the bathroom . 1 random male bathroom though 3 both gender bathroom . Let's go back to play though , the place is not as clean as I expected . I mean ,,,, it's so easy to clean it the dirt on these Mats comes off with alcohol and degreaser . Very easy so surprised it was dirty . The place for 20 per kid is not impressive . I could take him to over the moon for 10$ or a jumó place for 20$

We had a blast on our first-time visit to this indoor fun center yesterday 6/28/2024. Our 1-year-old Granddaughter loved it as we accompanied her on all of the play stations, toys, and obstacle courses throughout the fun park. We loved the fact that it was age-centered and catered more toward younger children and has a good amount of fun things to help energetic children to occupy their time. It also gave GrandPa and GrandMa a real physical workout with us trying to keep up with our little one. Let's just say, we all slept well after spending a few hours at the Cary location. A really nice spot to take your little ones to over the summer, while staying in an indoor air-conditioned facility, to stay out of all of the high summer heat/temperatures. Overall, we had a great and fun experience, and it did NOT disappoint. LOVED IT!

Broken pieces

I'm sad to say that I didn't like this playspace at all. It was chaotic and dingy, and there were broken pieces all throughout. Very cheaply made. There are swings hanging underneath/in the back with ~3' head clearance. I kept chasing after my kids to stay close to them - they hung unevenly and my kids flipped out of them on their back (no padding) multiple times. We won't be back.

Just celebrated our daughters birthday! Despite the weather we still managed to pull it off. The kids had so much fun and everything was great! If you want to have a great birthday and also have your kids exhausted when they get home this is the place! We had it from 5 pm-7pm and it couldn't have been more perfect! They have a party room too which was perfect to eat pizza, opening presents and eating cupcakes then get back to playing

My kids are obsessed. Pretty sure this is their favorite one in the triangle (2 and 5 years old). We drive from north Raleigh for it!

I called to know how they operate with a small number of guests for my party and they were so pleasant and very informative. They do not host their elaborate birthday parties yet due to Covid but you can book a time slot to mine. When I was ready to book a date and time, I called but missed them. They called me promptly the next day. Since we are still in the Covid season, they were very open to their protocols so we were not put out by it when we got there, hand sanitizer when coming in and mask. No problem! Better be safe! They have a huge display of gems, stones, shells and shark teeth. Their "mining" station is located on the side of the store. We browsed around before our time was called and my party of four was so eager to start finding treasures. I got to join in too. It was fun finding gems and shells and it's not like going to the beach and just finding oyster, clam, or mussel shells, we found some cool looking ones. The best finds were a megalodon tooth and a big quarts. So many treasures! If you have children or you are an avid collector/miner, visit this store. You will have fun. Just take your time when sifting because there's a lot of small rocks like a star ones that you might miss if you sift too fast. What will you find in your bucket of treasure?

Who knew about this little hidden gem (pun intended) in Cary! Because I certainly didn't!…read more What a wonderful place to go with your children for a family experience. Or go with some friends to pan for gems. Or just go by yourself and relax while you sort through crystals? I went with my sister and we got the collectors bucket, the mega load bucket, and a jackpot bucket. I loved the collectors bucket. Mostly tumbled gems, some nice carved stones, great bucket if you're not into raw stones. The mega bucket had so many gems to sort through! If you're not the best as determining raw crystals (such as sapphire or ruby) from plain rocks, this bucket can be a little frustrating as it's made with gravel rather than sand. The jackpot bucket was great too! My sisters excitement when she found the megalodon tooth was well worth it! The staff were wonderful! So friendly and would walk by and tell us about the different stones we had found so far. This is definitely a beautiful, relaxing, family friendly place that is worth a visit!

We checked this out on a chilly December day, and we were pleased by the customer service (very friendly staff) and the full and operational heaters to keep us warm while in the sluice. My kids both loved this, but it was genuinely fun for all of us. We bought two of the $18 bags, and the kids spent about an hour emptying them in search of gems. We found lots of beautiful stones that now get sorted and played with a lot at home. Coming back this month for an outdoor birthday party - what a great option to keep kids entertained during this endless pandemic!

Amazing!!! This was our first time here but it was the best indoor play place (not counting…read moremuseums) that I've been to in NC! I've definitely been to a few that I thought were overpriced for what you get. I highly recommend this place. It's super affordable ($10 per child to start and cheaper when you are paying for more than one kid, better value overall to get a monthly membership which I believe starts at $34 a month). It pays for itself if you just come here 3x a month or more. They've also got little snacks for sale up at the front desk and you can purchase socks for $1 (they've got music notes on them haha). We arrived early around 9:20am when the inflatable bounce houses were still getting filled but the doors were open and the person at the front desk said it was unexpectedly busy this morning! The place gets pretty busy but emptied out around 11:30 when I assume most people left to go get lunch/put kids down for nap time. Tons of cute little snack tables and chairs for the smaller kiddos and bigger ones for waiting parents/grandparents/caretakers etc. Lots of sanitizer on every counter. They also had Kleenex boxes out (they know their audience) and Clorox wipes at the front desk. There's 2 big bounce houses (a blue one and a red one). The red one is more for jumping and running around in circles and the blue one has a rainbow "floor" interior that is super fun to run across. There are also 2 karaoke rooms with an expansive music selection, colorful overhead lights, and microphones which you ask for from the front desk. They've got the giant piano on the floor like the one from the movie 'Big'. They've got music classes which I believe take place in the back near the restrooms. Love the giant guitar slide and it makes guitar sounds when you slide down. I went down the slide as well and it goes super quick!! I was definitely more scared going down than climbing up haha. Oh and they provide a shelf of croc sandals to wear if you need to rescue your frightened child (I made use of them). I could really go on forever about how amazing this place is. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Incredible experience and place and definitely will be returning!!

The play area is open and spaced out with a nice variety of musical things to play with. Before coming, I really was curious if there'd be enough to keep the little one interested. Big or little, the kids will be interested! By musical things, think less handheld instruments and more installments for lack of a better word, such as the interactive world map where touching the musical note plays music of that geographic location. The percussion pots and pans and bells room was a big hit. My toddler wasn't ready for the big guitar slide, with climbing handholds and bars, but was able to enjoy everything else, including the small slide. I found it easy to carry my infant around and plop him on the floor from time to time with little worry. Some bigger kids run around but there are many side areas that are safer for the wee babes. There's music playing in the background and of course sounds coming from the many installments, and children shrieking. But overall, I didn't find the sound to be too loud or nauseating like it can be in some restaurants and such. There's plenty of space to enjoy snacks outside of the play area and clean bathrooms. The staff I checked in with were quite friendly. Oh and I really thought the price per child to be reasonable compared to most other indoor museums and play places. We will definitely be back!
