I've been here twice this year to attend birthday parties. Each time it was fun and my kids had a blast. The inflatables seem clean and the staff is friendly. They have an upstairs and downstairs. I like how the party room have a nice chair, tv and the staff takes pictures and play them during the party. I think that is so cool and a neat birthday gift. They also have small concessions for an affordable price. They offer water, popcorn and candy.

We've been to several bday parties at Pump It Up and I knew the first time we went, that I wanted to have my twins party there! One of my sons is autistic and prone to eloping, making most trampoline parks a disaster for us. Pump It Up offers privacy and safety so that we could enjoy ourselves. The process was really seamless and easy. The staff even bagged up all of the gifts for us, making it so easy to take home. Absolutely would host there again. Great bang for your buck!

Great location for a private party for kids. Although they are stern on the time in and out it was a great experience. Private area for jumping and eating. Kids and parents Really enjoyed themselves. Love that there was a lot of room for kids and they did a screen show of all the kids that was taken while they played and showed while they ate. Kids loved the it. Would definitely recommend for kids under 8.

My daughter had fun jumping around with her friends here for her birthday. However I'm assuming the name "Pump It Up" means pumping you for money. The concept is you enter. They take all your stuff for the party to set up in the party room themselves (goody bags, decorations, cake, etc) while your party jumps because there are other parties cycling through the party rooms. Well the place is managed by teens I'm assuming to keep labor costs low and maximize profit. My custom made (expensive) cake (aka not a Costco/Publix cake which are pretty pricey these days too) was tossed around and completely destroyed by the teen handling. Besides the cost, a major highlight of a 6 yro bday is the birthday cake-especially a pikachu cake! Pump It Up offered 1/2 reimbursement of what the cake costs to me. I did end up getting the full cost of the cake refunded after pressing but that does not replace the ruined experience for my daughter's birthday and memory. I also contacted the cake designer and she told me a customer of her's last week also had a cake dropped by Pump It Up. So not a one off but likely a habitual problem. If you want an overpriced birthday party and destroyed memories-definitely book your party here. Oh and they have the guests drop their gifts in a bin and put all the gifts in big bags like this is some kind of service to you. Well, we ended up with another kids gifts and are missing gifts from our guests. GARBAGE place to have a kids party.

We have been to this location for three birthday parties (we were invited, not hosts). You are brought into a room with about three large inflatable bounce houses/slides/obstacle courses, sometimes a bubble machine, always loud music. Kids love it. Adults experience sensory overload. You basically have to shout to talk with other adults. I have always been impressed by the employees here -- they are attentive, engaged, taking photos, making sure kids are safe. They are not your typical teenager employee who checks their phone every ten minutes -- these employees are really good. After maybe an hour in the first room, you're brought to a second room for a bit of a change before being taken to a room with food. I'm always impressed here, too -- they have this down to a science. Food passed out, sing happy birthday, cake cut, out the door right when they said you would be. At the last party we attended, the place made a huge mistake and gave away our party's food and favors to another group. Yikes! They tried to make up for it by replacing the pizza, giving popcorn, and giving party favors, and I don't think most people noticed. Overall, I'd recommend as long as you don't mind being surrounded by screaming kids and loud music for two hours.

Frankie's Review - 3/5…read more While in town, we decided to visit Frankie's after it was recommended to me by my boss, and this time I had my husband and 12-year-old son with me. Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

The price of games and rides is not worth it. They are ridiculously expensive for carnival rides,…read moreand the games are often not operating correctly. This place is such a rip-off. My daughter occasionally convinces me to go here and I'm reminded every time that I hate it. I will say, however, that my interactions with the staff are pleasant. They're friendly and helpful. They are only reason this isn't a 1 star review. Stars and Strikes is a much better deal for similar fun imo.
