We payed $1,400 for a non working unit. The inferior product had NOT BEEN CLEANED. They made an Exxon Station seem like the Four Seasons. In addition, they did not work. On delivery, the toxic odor was so bad you could not possibly use it, and we had to hire a professional cleaner to clean the unit and tie open the doors to remove the smell prior to the event. The water in two of the sinks would not work (they would run at full flow and deplete the supply and fill the holding tank). We had to provide sanitary wipes for the guests to use. The fans did not work in 2 of the rooms. The owner was not responsive to our issues and was totally unprofessional. (note: They also seem to be the same company as Restrooms on Wheels www.restrooms-on-wheels.com They use the same apparently stock photos, and the owner, David Schwartz, responded to both email addresses.)

Luis delivered our trailer a few days before the party and was so wonderful and helpful. We had a rocky time figuring out the power supply (for reasons that were not his fault and too tedious to go into), but he was a persistent problem solver and didn't leave until we were up and running. Restrooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely worth it, would recommend!

About 15 minutes a man yells at us from across the street saying to stop ring the bell he was almost there. As soon and he let us inside he seemed so off. We liked the place and it seemed nice. We told him we'd love to book and he told us no not yet. And Telling us he didn't need our money and we didn't need to book the reception there cause our money wasn't going to change his life or pay his bills. Even talking about how the bartenders probably make more money than him. He also said that we could drop off our decor any day or time before the wedding and they'd put our name on it and put it in their storage closet, set it all up for you during your event and put it back away after the event and you could pick it up whenever. He also said that himself (Michael) would be floating around the event to make sure the event ran smooth. As well as some other people as assistants. Couple weeks went by and I had tried getting in contact with them on how to book the place. It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to book it. I had to call and text multiple times to be able to get the contract. After signing all they sent us was a google calendar event we were invited to as "confirmation". My DJ called to figure out what all adapters they had and he said they were less than helpful. The day before my wedding I had my family members drop off the decor after texting them that it was being dropped off. Reports from my family was they were very rude and seemed upset as they were dropping it off. The day of my wedding went by semi- ok. There was so sign of Michael ( except for 2 minutes during my first dance. After that he was gone) or any assistant at all. In fact all the bartenders left and only one ran the bar the whole time. And even asked people to step away from the bar he was so stressed out. Same bartender asked people at my wedding if my maid of honor was 21 (she's not from here and nobody knows her except obviously me) he went over and asked for her ID. Since nobody brings ID to a wedding her took her drink right out of her hand. At this point I was very upset. The day ended and I went on my honeymoon. Our cruise had no service. As soon as I came home saw a text from terrace asking when I was coming to pick up my decor. I quickly responded and the text I received made all my suspicions clear. They had thrown our my decor!?! I kept prying asking for more information. Suddenly some things werent thrown out. Each text something new wasn't thrown away. I asked why they threw away my fake florals and they blamed it on the cleaning crew. Everything came in large storage tubs where everything should've been put back. Back and forth they story from them kept changing. Even told me that setting up and taking down decor and storing it wasn't something they do. After telling them exactly what Michael told us they left me on read because they didn't want to compensate me for the RENTAL items I now have to pay for because they threw my stuff away. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I booked a large tent and table with linens from another rental place in town that decided to cancel on me two hours before I needed to set-up for my event. My mom had rented from Capital Events last year for my sisters bridal shower so I decided to give them a call. Within five minutes James had me a tent and tables as well as his delivery crew set to go. It's funny that the other rental place said he called everyone in town to get me a tent but nobody had one - strange which makes me so thankful I found Capital. I highly recommend Capital they showed up on time and set everything up with time to spare, they also showed up right after my event to breakdown and they could not have been friendlier. If you have a large event, wedding etc. make sure you call Capital first you will save yourself so much time and aggravation.

Wow - Nice. This venue occupies an old rail station along the Historic N&W Belt Line Freight Depot…read more- adjacent to the Cotton Room in Durham. If you'd been there before, you could see what a labor of love has been made to get this venue into shape for weddings, celebrations, and all sorts of et cetera. Wrought iron railings with planters define the edge of the platform. The raw brick has been brought back to 'life.' The lighting is suited to whatever mood is desired. The ceiling fans moderate the temperature at all times (except for the hour or so in the late afternoon that the sun bathes the station). Rest rooms are ample. Standing tables and tables for sitting abound. There's space for a band, as well as roving minstrels and musicians. There's a nice bar at the far end... The proprietors also run The Cotton Room (upstairs) which deserves a review of its own. But as a stand - alone venue, Belt Line Station is a beautifully restored space that oozes with romance. Thank goodness someone saw fit to renovate the space instead of tearing it down and building new... you just can't buy this kind of charm!

We always had to catch them when they actually answered the phone. - Direction from the planner was non existent. - I will say the food was excellent. - At the end of the night they loaded up a cart from both the grooms and bride suites with purses, clothes, all belongings and wheeled it out to the parking lot and unloaded it on my mother-in-law. 0 professionalism, 0 customer service, 0 accountability. It felt a lot like Yelp HQ -- except lacking an essential keg and some Kettle Chips. And punchy atmosphere. And employees that look like they came out of an Abercrombie ad. But okay, kitchen aside, I was still impressed. The staff at the Center got up to help me navigate my way around the labyrinth of meeting rooms. The rooms themsleves are varied, so you can have a more intimate roundtable or a formal lecture. Most of the audience seating has outlets for keeping our important laptops and blackberries and iPads and all that jazz juiced up. There's outdoor seating for your lunch or private phone call needs. And the indoor bistro area is by some big, bright windows, which helped me recharge after being holed up in a conference room for an hour. Can't give a full 5 stars since I've never dealt with these guys on renting the space and all those logistics. But I can say they handled the day-of conference beautifully. Meeting rooms were all labeled with their proper sessions, and there's even an electronic board outside the elevators that updates itself with what's happening where.
