I understand that people have their good days and their bad days, so it takes A LOT to get me to the point that I would write a negative review, and I do NOT do so lightly. My perception of my experience as a bride doing business with this company has led me to feel WORTHLESS as a customer. It is far less demanding to list the positives of my experience with Queen Bee than it is to list the things that caused me STRESS and DIFFICULTIES during my interaction with them- ON my wedding day, DURING my honeymoon, and AFTER I returned home. It has been absolutely AGONIZING, to say the least. As for the positive, all I can say is that their automatic payment system and automated emails letting you know of your upcoming payment and thanking you for your payment is convenient (for all involved).

Do not use this company. The pictures that you see on their website are possibly stock photos and…read morein our case were NOT even close to what they delivered. It is false advertising. We payed $1,400 for a non working unit. The inferior product had NOT BEEN CLEANED. They made an Exxon Station seem like the Four Seasons. In addition, they did not work. On delivery, the toxic odor was so bad you could not possibly use it, and we had to hire a professional cleaner to clean the unit and tie open the doors to remove the smell prior to the event. The water in two of the sinks would not work (they would run at full flow and deplete the supply and fill the holding tank). We had to provide sanitary wipes for the guests to use. The fans did not work in 2 of the rooms. The owner was not responsive to our issues and was totally unprofessional. (note: They also seem to be the same company as Restrooms on Wheels www.restrooms-on-wheels.com They use the same apparently stock photos, and the owner, David Schwartz, responded to both email addresses.)

Luis delivered our trailer a few days before the party and was so wonderful and helpful. We had a rocky time figuring out the power supply (for reasons that were not his fault and too tedious to go into), but he was a persistent problem solver and didn't leave until we were up and running. Restrooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely worth it, would recommend!
