I found this company online while searching for a balloon arch/ garland. First off, the website needs some serious work. When I went to place an order for a 3-4 foot garland with 3 balloon colors, the drop down option was for only a 10 foot garland and not all the colors shown in the photos were listed. This wasn't a big deal as I just called and the owner instructed me to write out what I wanted in the text box. Next, on the day of pick up, I went to the address listed in the email which was in North Raleigh. I showed up at the North Raleigh "location" and called asking for help finding the address. She laughed and said she moved shops to North Hills, which she failed to mention when I had called 30 minutes prior to let her know I was on my way. Whatever, not the biggest deal in the world although it was highly inconvenient to be driving all over town in the pouring rain. I picked up my balloon garland at the shop and this was a pretty seamless process; however, because of the terrible weather I didn't get a chance to really look at the garland until I got home. I had asked for white, light pink, and hot pink balloons. As you can see in the photos, there's all different shades of pink, some glossy and some matte. There were only 2 hot pink balloons, which were weirdly placed on one end. Some of the balloons were already deflating and there was ribbon popping out in all different places. My MIL & SIL, who were in charge of hanging the garland and have lots of experience with this, couldn't figure out how to hang it and instead propped it on the floor. Ultimately, this garland was not worth anything close to $125 and looked nothing like the photos on the website, which I'm now realizing are just stock photos.

They arrived on time with the balloons and set up within 20 minutes. They also came back to the venue on time to take down the balloon arch without disturbing the guests. The netting was pretty cute but I think a different twine or something would have looked a little nicer. It was crazy hot but we only had it outside for a few hours. I say "balloon towers" now, but at the time I had no idea what options were available nor what they were called. I received excellent assistance over the phone from a Balloons & Tunes staff member who very patiently listened to what I needed and explained my options. The balloon towers were delivered on time, lasted well, and looked amazing. This week I ordered "number balloons" for a birthday celebration during the pandemic. As before, I received professional service over the phone. Pick-up at the store was easy and touch-free. The balloons were weighted with easy-to-adjust, sand-filled weights and I was told that helium refills are free. The large, shiny balloons really brightened up a quarantined birthday celebration and their price was absolutely reasonable. I recommend Balloons & Tunes without reservation.
