Marsh Rentals was a great experience from beginning to end. This is a small business that is very well taken care of by two amazing individuals. Their prices are reasonable and affordable as well. The couple was prompt to respond to all questions regarding the service and product. The invoice was delivered quickly and promptly. They also worked with us when we had changes that were last minute. Most of all, I mixed up the timing for dance floor pickup on our wedding day, and when things went awry, Sharon and her husband did a fantastic job at remaining polite and courteous to us while at the same time communicating. I could not appreciate this more since it was not a fault of theirs. They have been nothing but great people to work with and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a dance floor or any other rental item. We contracted Marsh Rentals to provide some pieces for our wedding reception and let me tell you... they gave us exactly what we envisioned and saved us lots of money. I found Marsh Rentals on google as I was searching for a way to rent pipe and rapes. Once I contacted Marsh Rentals I was connected with Jermaine. He was pleasant, cordial and super helpful. We also did some exchanges via email as I painted the vision we had in mind. Jermaine and his team were super responsive to our calls, texts and emails. Long story short, Marsh Rentals provided us over 300 ft of market lights, over 250 feet of pipe and drapes, napkins and other plate supplies, red carpet with stands and more. The quote we received beat our other 9 quotes by a long shot. We had no reason NOT to choose Marsh. Jermaine and his team even came out and did a free assessment of the venue. They took their time making sure they had everything we wanted in place. On the day of the event they showed up with a box truck and a team of 4 to make the magic happen. After the event, they came back same day and picked everything up. It was a fast set up and even faster breakdown. The event was a success and this could not have happened without Marsh Rentals. I personally recommend working with Jermaine and his team over at Marsh! The competitors have lots to choose from and most of them charge you for a lot of things you aren't aware of up front. One thing I can say about Marsh is they did not tack on a lot of additional delivery charges and color change charges etc. The price they quoted was exactly what we paid. Our experience with Marsh's Rentals (MR) was 5 star worthy up until the day of our event and the day after. Apparently yelp has a text limit, so here are the main points: - We hired MR to setup tents, tables/chairs for our backyard wedding - They were two hours late arriving the morning of with no call - They didn't know how long it would take to get to our house until 30 minutes after they were supposed to get here - They forgot required hardware for the tent and had to wait an additional hour for someone to bring it - Their tent collapsed 1.5 hours before the wedding and said they couldn't make it out to fix it for 3-4 hours, but after 30 min of pushing they were able to come out ~2 hours later and did get it back up. - They changed pickup time without a call or notice and showed up while no one was home after confirming a Monday pickup 3 times and to call/text if there were changes - They went into our house without permission, knowing no one was home and our dog was loose, without bothering to call, to collect items that were moved inside due to their tent failing - They didn't apologize or see anything wrong with entering our home and accused us of calling them thugs and thieves for doing so, which we never said and reiterated - We were verbally promised a 50% refund for our trouble to end the confrontation but after leaving they sent us an email saying that they weren't going to do that anymore I would not recommend Marsh's Rentals to anyone if you value communication, punctuality, a man's word, or the sanctity of your own home. read more

10/15/2018 I used the services of Marsh Rentals for my 55th birthday party held at the Millennium Hotel 10/13/2018. The team was excellent! They set up my banner with drapes and, the red carpet with poles. The set up was most complimentary of my theme. Whenever I called, I received a response within 24 hours. They were timely, flexible, met my needs and the price was right. Here is the best part, they drop off and pick up all furniture at the completion of your event within 24 hours.
