We've now used Bull City Inflatables three times for our kids birthdays. Each time they have had great communication, reasonable pricing and friendly employees. I recommend them now and to anyone who asks about a bounce house for an event. We plan to use them again for our next party. read more

Kishia and her team were prompt, courteous and fast!! This is our second year using Bull City Inflatables at our Rotary event in Cary. This went great -Kishia and her entire team supported us and even came back on-site in Cary when we had a small issue. I can't sing their praises enough! read more

I would rent from Bull City Inflatables again. I had a lot of questions as I was booking and I always received quick and helpful responses. Prices were reasonable, better than others I saw. The bouncey castle I rented for my daughter's birthday party at a park in Cary was large and clean. The kids had an amazing time playing with it. It was set up well in advance of the party. This inflatable made my daughter's party extra special! read more

got them for darty, they did great job, easy set up! very helpful and communicative. would purchase again.

Was very happy with our rental. They arrived on time, set up quickly, and were very friendly. The kids had a blast. It was even bigger than I pictured. Would rent from them again for sure! read more

The inflatable that showed up was in good working order and was high quality. However it was delivered late for my party which was not ideal. Kishia, the owner has been great to work with and has proposed a makeup rental which is very generous. My advice would be to just plan your rental a bit ahead of your party time to give grace to last-minute mix ups. read more

The staff was friendly and gave me a call before coming in the yard. They arrived early and got everything set up with no issues. We rented the Tiki double waterslide and it was so much fun! read more

Highly recommend! From the reservation to the setup, everything was easy and seamless! Rented the tiki double slide with bounce-wet for my son's third birthday and was a huge hut! The kids played on it for hours. I look forward to working with BC inflatables again! read more

We have rented from them 3 times. they have great package deals. There were no issues the first time but they were late to set up by almost an hour on the other 2 times. This makes it quite difficult to reliably plan an event. Otherwise, the quality of the inflatables are good. read more

Communication was amazing, pricing was fair, and the all around service was the best. I'm definitely looking forward to working with them again soon read more

Bull City Inflatables - Bounce house - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me

We rented a 9x9 bounce house with a slide for our son's 3rd birthday. It was a big hit. Staff was friendly and FAST. Until the day of, I had no idea what time they might show up to set it up, which wasn't great for planning but worked out fine. The crew messaged me with an estimated time and were efficient with setup and pickup. I'd rent from them again for sure. read more

I did my homework and read the reviews, they were good. I called as instructed per their website to ensure there was no "accidental" double booking. The owner sent me the payment link and I promptly paid the deposit which was half of my rental. The day before the party I get a call from the owner that she had to switch out my slide because it was double booked. Immediately asked how as I had called her and followed instructions prior to booking. The owner stated she had no way of knowing who booked first! I explained how upset I was and she agreed to call the other party. No phone call back. I had to message her to find out if I was getting what I booked and paid for. I simply got a text that said you're good. Next day is party day. Delivery is scheduled for 11am. At 10:01 am I get a text from Dion asking me how the weather is. I tell him it's raining but according to the forecast it should clear by 12. It wasn't until 11:41 that I receive a text that they are going to have to "reschedule" due to weather. I immediately message back and say no, I'd like a refund. He told me to call his boss, Kisha Swift. I called Ms. Swift, who had clearly given this spill many times. We don't give refunds, we will apply as a credit. Please read the fine print on our website! Of course I go to the website and it reads "To Cancel or Reschedule you Must Email written notifcation. No Refunds. Only Reschedule." Here's the thing, I didn't cancel! You all canceled on me! Therefore, I should get a refund. This is over $180 this company refuses to refund me! This is not good business practice. I don't need another water slide as the party has come and gone. What I would like is for Ms. Swift to make this right and to do the right thing. We all have choices when we choose a company. Make sure you choose wisely. read more

Amazing customer service - everything was very easy from the scheduling with the owner Kishia, set up the day of, and invoicing. The bouncy castle was the perfect activity for my 5 year old birthday party. I highly recommend Bull City Inflatables! read more

Friendly, quick and flexible customer service, fun inflatable, and they offered a great winter special that made this an affordable way for us to celebrate a birthday party! read more

I've used this company a few times now and they always have great service. I had a major mix up in venue and they were able to accommodate my party in record time with no complaints, fees or time constraints. I was so grateful for their stellar service especially during a stressful last minute venue change. They are the only company I will call for anything bounce house related! read more

We wanted to do something special for a pandemic milestone birthday for our kids - and decided to go all out with a huge bouncy house. Kishia was amazing and responsive- particularly because there were some last minute concerns with rain. She took the time to go over all the options and recommendations ahead of time. And I love that their policy is that they'll reschedule for rain/inclement weather, even if last minute. Fortunately, we just missed the rain and the set up team was very cognizant of the yard- placed down tarps so the kids wouldn't get wet/dirty/muddy running in and out of the bouncy house to the patio. The bouncy house itself was excellent quality - and so much fun. It was a huge success- and I would definitely recommend their company again for anybody looking for a bouncy house! read more

Bull City Inflatables was such a joy to work with! We just had two inflatables at a school event on Saturday and one at our house for our child's birthday on Sunday, and both were great experiences. Kishia make scheduling super easy and helped us navigate some requirements of the school system (certificate of insurance) quickly. The set up/break down team was really friendly. They called a few hours before the birthday party to see if they could drop the inflatable off early (of course!), so we ended up getting extra time on the rental. Pretty sure my kids bounced and went down the water slide (we rented the Tiki) from noon until 8pm, with only a couple of breaks! I'd highly recommend Bull City Inflatables! read more

Our rental for my child's birthday was great! On time delivery and quick set up. We got the tiki double and it was awesome for the 10 kids we had. read more

I rented a bounce house for my child's birthday party. I had just spoke with owner before, as it stated on website to call and make sure that it is available. After confirming that this particular bounce house was available I booked it online. When they delivered it, it was totally different from the one I ordered. It seems that wanted to make another sale but not keep it honest about what they had in inventory. They also did not setup the other slide in full. It was missing many components. I will not be using or recommending using this company to anyone. read more

Unacceptable. Reserved (2) inflatables for a birthday party. 3PM to 7PM. Called at 2:30 when no-one arrived to begin setting up, they said they would call back. We had to call back at 3:15 as the truck was arriving. Instead of having inflatables to play on we had to fight to keep 15+ kids off while the workers put them together until 4:30PM... Way to ruin a party... 7PM break down no-one arrives. The doorbell rings at 10:15PM as were getting into bed, putting on clothes to answer the door. No Chance. Use anyone else EZ Rentalz, Party Hopper Rentals anyone but this terrible service. Dan M read more

We sought out Bull City Inflatables after we remembered them from a Jerk Fest event last year. We wanted to be intentional with who we chose to support, especially during this time, for our son's small-scale birthday celebration. Keisha was so helpful in helping us decide the best inflatable for his age group and the space we had available. Her team was very receptive to adjusting their schedule when we expected rain during our get together as well. They wore masks and were very timely! Our son enjoyed our very own "water park" in the backyard which was a highlight during a time like this. Thank you and we would highly recommend. Be sure to look at the price differential between dry and wet! read more

I am a PE teacher in the Raleigh/Cary area and have used Bull City Inflatables for the past two years at our field day. For PE teachers, field day is like our super bowl, so it is extremely important that I have things that the kids will like and be excited for. Bull City Inflatables not only has amazing options to choose from, but they are also super affordable. They arrive on time, set up everything swiftly and smoothly, and all of the bounce houses are very clean. I will continue to use them for all of my future events! read more

Great service and accommodation for weather. We had to postpone due to cold rain, and it was hassle-free! Everyone at my daughter's party had a blast. The adults were so jealous of the kid fun, so we are renting the same bounce slide again for a block party coming up. Bull City Inflatables is our go-to for party inflatables:) read more

This was my first time having a party in Durham. With me living an hour away, finding a place was pretty hard. This was my daughter 1st birthday! I had contacted the phone listed in regards to questions and details I needed about the place. And the response time was great, but when I couldn't find out the things I needed that was online I contacted them a few times (just with questions) and they just kept referring back to the online site and they didn't seem to friendly sometimes. When I arrived on the party day, the staff attendant was nice and really sweet. During the time of helping me unload my car with everything she almost dropped my cupcakes, and all 24ct cupcakes was messed up. Granted it was an accident so I wasn't to upset with her. When I arrived inside she helped me set up and organized everything. But the lights were not on. She didn't know how to cut them on. So for the first hour of my 2hr booking time. I had no lights.... after awhile she finally found someone to cut the lights on. So my experience here for the first time was not what I expected. BUT I WILL SAY, I was pleased with the room, it was spacious and I did enjoy the little baby equipment they had, toys! It was perfect for my 1yr old who was not walking at the time. It accommodated her and her needs, since she was to small for the bounce house, riding animals, she did enjoy the carousel. I was pleased with the amount I paid for all 3 activities, I just wished the 2hr booking time was longer. And the head count wasn't so low, maximum of 30 people (if I'm not mistaken).... after everything the staff attendant was still helpful, nice, and accommodate everything we asked and needed. read more

Excellent service! We rented a bounce house for our toddler's birthday party. The bounce house arrived as planned. They set it up without any issues. It was clean and functioned perfectly. They even cleaned up the house without ringing my doorbell to alert me they were there so my kids could sleep after the party. It was perfect!! I would definitely rent from them again. Thanks Bull City! read more

I used Bull City Inflatables for my twin daughters' birthday party. It was awesome. The price was very reasonable, service was great. Set up and break down was on time. We booked a party through Bull City with Play Days and More of Apex. We really enjoyed the party there for our 2 year old. That is a nice place for a young childs party. The only thing we weren't great with, is that everyone that came in the building had to take their shoes off and no one knew that ahead and we didn't have on socks so every ones feet were black when we left. The floor felt dirty. That's the only bad thing that we experienced. read more

We made a last-minute decision to rent a bounce house for my husband's 40th birthday party because we were expecting a lot of children. The popcorn was also a surprise hit! I cannot say enough good things about Bull City Inflatables! They were timely, affordable, and great to work with. This is a small family business and Keisha is wonderful. She delivered the bounce house and a popcorn machine 2 hours before our delivery window and came to retrieve it promptly. I felt it was a great value for the price and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. read more

My husband rented the 15x15 Bounce Combo House for a party we were having. It was fantastic. All of the kids and some of the adults (me included) had a great time in the bounce house. We worked with Bull City Inflatables to get three huge and fun inflatables for a neighborhood party of ~400 people. They were very easy to schedule with and were always quick with communications -- a huge bonus with anyone you're hiring for an event! On the day of the event, they were very quick to call and get everyone organized and were actually able to arrive early that morning. During the party we did have a few technical issues that occurred with the inflatables (which, we found out later, were not problems with the inflatables themselves -- they were set up issues related to new staff being on-board our event), some of which we were able to fix ourselves. When we called BCI they were eventually able to send their set up crew back out to our event within the event time to correct the problems we were seeing. After the event, we reached out to the owner about the issues we had seen during the event -- she was extremely professional and courteous in talking to us and in helping us feel like our concerns were heard and respected. read more
