The inflatable that showed up was in good working order and was high quality. However it was delivered late for my party which was not ideal. Kishia, the owner has been great to work with and has proposed a makeup rental which is very generous. My advice would be to just plan your rental a bit ahead of your party time to give grace to last-minute mix ups. read more

We have rented from them 3 times. they have great package deals. There were no issues the first time but they were late to set up by almost an hour on the other 2 times. This makes it quite difficult to reliably plan an event. Otherwise, the quality of the inflatables are good. read more

I did my homework and read the reviews, they were good. I called as instructed per their website to ensure there was no "accidental" double booking. The owner sent me the payment link and I promptly paid the deposit which was half of my rental. The day before the party I get a call from the owner that she had to switch out my slide because it was double booked. Immediately asked how as I had called her and followed instructions prior to booking. The owner stated she had no way of knowing who booked first! I explained how upset I was and she agreed to call the other party. No phone call back. I had to message her to find out if I was getting what I booked and paid for. I simply got a text that said you're good. Next day is party day. Delivery is scheduled for 11am. At 10:01 am I get a text from Dion asking me how the weather is. I tell him it's raining but according to the forecast it should clear by 12. It wasn't until 11:41 that I receive a text that they are going to have to "reschedule" due to weather. I immediately message back and say no, I'd like a refund. He told me to call his boss, Kisha Swift. I called Ms. Swift, who had clearly given this spill many times. We don't give refunds, we will apply as a credit. Please read the fine print on our website! Of course I go to the website and it reads "To Cancel or Reschedule you Must Email written notifcation. No Refunds. Only Reschedule." Here's the thing, I didn't cancel! You all canceled on me! Therefore, I should get a refund. This is over $180 this company refuses to refund me! This is not good business practice. I don't need another water slide as the party has come and gone. What I would like is for Ms. Swift to make this right and to do the right thing. We all have choices when we choose a company. Make sure you choose wisely. read more

We wanted to do something special for a pandemic milestone birthday for our kids - and decided to go all out with a huge bouncy house. Kishia was amazing and responsive- particularly because there were some last minute concerns with rain. She took the time to go over all the options and recommendations ahead of time. And I love that their policy is that they'll reschedule for rain/inclement weather, even if last minute. Fortunately, we just missed the rain and the set up team was very cognizant of the yard- placed down tarps so the kids wouldn't get wet/dirty/muddy running in and out of the bouncy house to the patio. I rented a bounce house for my child's birthday party. I had just spoke with owner before, as it stated on website to call and make sure that it is available. After confirming that this particular bounce house was available I booked it online. When they delivered it, it was totally different from the one I ordered. It seems that wanted to make another sale but not keep it honest about what they had in inventory.They also did not setup the other slide in full. It was missing many components. Unacceptable. Reserved (2) inflatables for a birthday party. 3PM to 7PM. Called at 2:30 when no-one arrived to begin setting up, they said they would call back. We had to call back at 3:15 as the truck was arriving. Instead of having inflatables to play on we had to fight to keep 15+ kids off while the workers put them together until 4:30PM... Way to ruin a party... 7PM break down no-one arrives. The doorbell rings at 10:15PM as were getting into bed, putting on clothes to answer the door. No Chance. We wanted to be intentional with who we chose to support, especially during this time, for our son's small-scale birthday celebration. Keisha was so helpful in helping us decide the best inflatable for his age group and the space we had available. This was my first time having a party in Durham. With me living an hour away, finding a place was pretty hard. This was my daughter 1st birthday! I had contacted the phone listed in regards to questions and details I needed about the place. And the response time was great, but when I couldn't find out the things I needed that was online I contacted them a few times (just with questions) and they just kept referring back to the online site and they didn't seem to friendly sometimes. When I arrived on the party day, the staff attendant was nice and really sweet. During the time of helping me unload my car with everything she almost dropped my cupcakes, and all 24ct cupcakes was messed up. Granted it was an accident so I wasn't to upset with her. When I arrived inside she helped me set up and organized everything. But the lights were not on. She didn't know how to cut them on. So for the first hour of my 2hr booking time. I had no lights.... after awhile she finally found someone to cut the lights on. So my experience here for the first time was not what I expected. BUT I WILL SAY, I was pleased with the room, it was spacious and I did enjoy the little baby equipment they had, toys! It was perfect for my 1yr old who was not walking at the time. It accommodated her and her needs, since she was to small for the bounce house, riding animals, she did enjoy the carousel. I was pleased with the amount I paid for all 3 activities, I just wished the 2hr booking time was longer. And the head count wasn't so low, maximum of 30 people (if I'm not mistaken).... after everything the staff attendant was still helpful, nice, and accommodate everything we asked and needed. read more

We booked a party through Bull City with Play Days and More of Apex. We really enjoyed the party there for our 2 year old. That is a nice place for a young childs party. The only thing we weren't great with, is that everyone that came in the building had to take their shoes off and no one knew that ahead and we didn't have on socks so every ones feet were black when we left. We worked with Bull City Inflatables to get three huge and fun inflatables for a neighborhood party of ~400 people. They were very easy to schedule with and were always quick with communications -- a huge bonus with anyone you're hiring for an event! On the day of the event, they were very quick to call and get everyone organized and were actually able to arrive early that morning. During the party we did have a few technical issues that occurred with the inflatables (which, we found out later, were not problems with the inflatables themselves -- they were set up issues related to new staff being on-board our event), some of which we were able to fix ourselves. When we called BCI they were eventually able to send their set up crew back out to our event within the event time to correct the problems we were seeing. After the event, we reached out to the owner about the issues we had seen during the event -- she was extremely professional and courteous in talking to us and in helping us feel like our concerns were heard and respected. read more
