They came and set up, left and then came to tear down. I heard "THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE" multiple times so. I consider that a parenting win, thanks to these guys. 10/10 recommend. You'll spend as much or less on this than you will on a party at a museum or kid gym center. One tip, make sure you have tarps or something to lay on the grass bc they don't bring those. On the day of our rental the tech showed up a few hours early to set up. At 2pm no one came to pick up the bounce house...then 3:00 came and went...finally at 4 I sent an email to Corey letting him know it was still at our house. He assured me it would be picked up soon, they had a few rentals that finished at the same time. 5:00....6:00...7:00 all came and went. At 8:00 I sent Corey another email letting me know it was still sitting in our yard, at this point...it's dark out, we are all exhausted from the day, I told Corey we were turning it off and it would need to be picked up in the morning. No response. At 9:40pm our doorbell rings (uh we rented a bounce house...we have small children!!) it was the tech who told my husband he was just in our backyard in the dark and took the bounce house but he needed the blower. When we turned it off we put the blower in our garage for safe keeping. I received no communication that someone would be coming on our property so late....almost a full 8 hours past when it should have been picked up. We will most definitely not be using them in the future.
