I was somewhat skeptical going in a I didn't want to disappoint the guests with a no show. After booking I received an immediate confirmation followed by continual updates leading up to my event. I came here to rent a Billy Goat Aerator, and reserved my rental over the phone the week before. I…read morewas quoted a price, and since I was renting over the weekend and they were closed on Sunday, they said I could keep the aerator until Monday morning. The pickup for the aerator went well, and I paid for the rental when I picked it up. The aerator itself was great - I had no problems with it and it worked well. When I went to return it on Monday, I was told I still owed a balance, even though over the phone, I was quoted a different price. They ended up taking care of the problem, but I wish it would have been made clearer either over the phone when I reserved the aerator, or the day I picked it up. In the end, I am glad they took care of the miscommunication issue, and besides that one mishap, the rest of the rental process went smoothly.
