Diesel at the gas station across the street with a clean pull around to a light facing their business makes refueling on the trailer before drop off no hassle. We contacted the company on the first business day after the event. They never apologized, and in fact, were pretty argumentative about it. They first claimed it had worked before the delivered it. When I mentioned that their attendant from another attraction tried to fix it, they said they would have to talk to them and call me back. The person would never call me back - I had to call him three more times. The last time I spoke with him, he promised to call me that night with a refund amount. After I didn't hear from him for a week, I called and left a message on the voice mail that I would like and update so we could resolve the matter. He never called back; a few hours later, I received a notice that they had issued a refund - for only half of the amount we paid. And STILL no apology. The event we had will be an annual function. If he had an ounce of customer service skills, we would have considered using them again in the future. Instead, I will tell anyone who asks to stay far away from this company.
