I live in Buffalo, NY and called Infinite Petals in Raleigh, NC for a delivery to a residence there. The girl I talked to (I believe it was Sharita) was so accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. She was such a genuinely nice person to speak with. She said it would be delivered in an hour or so. I checked with the recipient a few hours later, however it was not received. I came to find out I gave Sharita the wrong address. She went out of her way to to go to the incorrect delivery address, but was unable to locate the delivery. She then went to the corrected address and spoke with them. She returned to the corrected address at 8:30pm at night to deliver another arrangement! All this in the pouring rain twice in one night!!! What an angel! I am a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan and when I received my yellow and black Pittsburgh Rose Bear I was just amazed at how beautiful it was. Not to mention it fit right in with the rest of my Pittsburgh things I have in my Steelers Fan room. I've had that Rose Bear for at least three years now and it still looks as if I just got it. I am so delighted to find Sharita Green. I needed a plant delivered quickly and she sent pictures by message of my choices and got it set up with balloons in 20-30 minutes. My mother is in a restricted rehab due to Covid and I found out anything that comes in also quarantined so we had to get it there today. Mom's 98th birthday will be better because of Sharita's efficiency. She took a picture of it when she delivered it so we are delighted. Thank you so much!!! read more

Stumbled on Infinite Petals when I was looking for a florist/bouquet to send my mom for her 70th birthday. They did a wonderful job - I ordered a premium Colors of Love bouquet, and the received bouquet exceeded expectations, especially because I imagine it might be difficult to source flowers in the fall.
