Ordering on-line was very easy and the arrangement looked exactly as the picture (the service was streaming for family who could not attend and our arrangement was near the front of the casket and it was beautiful). Last year I thought they were so friendly and helpful and the work they did was amazing. This year they were even better. When I went to see them they took me in the back and we looked at flowers in the cooler and picked out ones we liked. They took a picture and then the night before texted to ask about adding other flowers that had come in. The work was beautiful and the friendliness of this family run business is outstanding. I was thoroughly delighted, happy and overjoyed with the amazing customer service I received from Special Touch Flowers. From the moment I spoke to Alfred, the son of the owners; it was quite evident that they were a family business who is very interested in making sure that the customer is thoroughly satisfied. They kindly sent to me a pic of the beautiful bouquet they put together for my sister's 35th wedding anniversary "before" it was delivered. Priceless!! Her husband recently admitted to hospital with a serious condition. Challenging times to say the least, but my sister was Very Happy to receive this Lovely arrangement. Said it made her day!
