A family member passed away who lived there and some of the family members could not make it to the service. Thus we went on line and found this florist nearby who had pictures of some beautiful arrangements at a reasonable price. Ordering on-line was very easy and the arrangement looked exactly as the picture (the service was streaming for family who could not attend and our arrangement was near the front of the casket and it was beautiful). Would definitely use them again in the future. read more

The selection was suspect and overpriced. The only employee around was on the phone for over 5 mins before even acknowledging us. Only reason I stayed to purchase here was because I was short on time and this was the closest flower shop in the area. read more

Last year I thought they were so friendly and helpful and the work they did was amazing. This year they were even better. When I went to see them they took me in the back and we looked at flowers in the cooler and picked out ones we liked. They took a picture and then the night before texted to ask about adding other flowers that had come in. The work was beautiful and the friendliness of this family run business is outstanding. I really encourage you to try them out. read more

Ordering flowers online can be sooo frustrating as many times unfortunately what you see, is Not what you get. I was thoroughly delighted, happy and overjoyed with the amazing customer service I received from Special Touch Flowers. From the moment I spoke to Alfred, the son of the owners; it was quite evident that they were a family business who is very interested in making sure that the customer is thoroughly satisfied. They kindly sent to me a pic of the beautiful bouquet they put together for my sister's 35th wedding anniversary "before" it was delivered. Priceless!! Her husband recently admitted to hospital with a serious condition. Challenging times to say the least, but my sister was Very Happy to receive this Lovely arrangement. Said it made her day! Again, I'm quite Thankful that I found this quality business. I think anyone sending flowers will be quite satisfied too!! read more

The delivery and quality of the arrangement was great! Highly recommended. The selection was for a get well arrangement with a balloon.

Calling from across the country, I selected this florist because of their Yelp reviews and proximity to my friend. The yelp reviews were correct- excellent phone service. The representative that assisted me was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He advised me I would receive follow up communication via text, and I immediately received a text confirmation of my order. read more

I called them when I returned home to CA to send flowers to friends in Zebulon, for their hospitality. The entire transaction was over the phone. The gentleman who assisted me was polite and made the process easy. Our friends were delighted with the flowers and I was thrilled when I saw how nice the arrangement was and how pretty the flowers are! read more

OMGosh! These folks came trough in a pinch! Needed a wrist corsage for my daughter and had an hour and a half to make it happen. Well ...not only did they make it happen, but they said no problem with no hesitation, and said it as if it didn't bother them at all to help me out! I don't normally do this rating stuff ,but they earned it! Thank you to the buisness, and they will be the only flower shop I use from this point foward!! read more

Ordered flowers last night, right before they closing, for early morning delivery to the hospital and let me say WOW. I ordered flowers online several times through different vendors, and never been satisfied. Flowers never really look as a picture and late deliveries. Not this one. Talk on the phone with really nice gentlemen (don't know his name), order processing so easy, flowers delivered right on time, looks exactly like the picture. Amazing service. Thank you! read more

Check them out! My boyfriend ordered Valentine's flowers from a site that uses local shops to fill their same day orders. Special Touch Flowers ended up making and delivering my arrangement. The flowers were beautiful but the vase came damaged. When I made Special Touch aware, they were so kind. They offered to let me pick out a new arrangement or said they would make one custom for me. I'm so so glad I let them. What a beautiful bright arrangement! They know how to take care of their customers. And both arrangements were breathtaking. read more

I ordered flowers for my parents to cheer them up during a tough time. I wanted to order locally and being that I'm from NY, I didn't know who to go with. I came across this florist due to excellent reviews on multiple sites. I am so happy I went with them. During these inflated times, I thought their prices were still reasonable and didn't think the delivery fee was bad either. When they got delivered, my mom sent me a picture and they were so beautiful. The arrangement was so full and they definitely didn't skimp on flowers. Next time I need to order an arrangement for my parents, it'll definitely be from here. Highly recommend and thanks for the great service!! read more

I loved the last minute special gift I sent to my mother, you've really made it breathtaking. I did realize that on the picture my mom took it looked a little bit now fully blown up.. which really is an disappointment mind you I paid like $10 to get the upgraded version of the ballon. I came home today and yeah super super baddd. Overall the rose and everything was perfect. read more
