I've been a loyal customer for some time now . But yesterdays order was ridiculously plain , boring , nothing but green with no roses. Tulips are very inexpensive anywhere you buy them. This so-called arrangement was by far the worst arrangement I've ever seen or purchased. I spent $100 for this so caught arrangement. When honestly I could've got this at the supermarket or street vendor for a fraction of the price with roses. I even paid for the premier package size!! Really !!! I'm at the usual person that gives bad reviews, but this deserves exposure and the negative feedback to help you modify and reestablish the importance of your business. With this disappointment as a customer that has been buying from your establishment for a while now, I come with a conclusion of moving my business elsewhere. read more

Flowers by the Neuse - A so-called valentines arrangement - Florists Near Me - Clayton, North Carolina

Made time for a small purchase on the bushiest day of the year. (Valentine Day) 1. Great ready made selection. 2. Kind a patient. I will send my NC friends flowers from only here. When I walked in, they had 10 extra people making arrangements, sending out orders, manning the phones. I was about to settle for an item out of the display when the lovely woman who helped me asked it was just what I was looking for. I mentioned my friend and how if the arrangement had lillies, it would be perfect. She made new arrangement. Price, like the display. At no point did she rush me or make me feel like my humble purchase was an inconvenience. She made my friend's day and provided me with the type of service I wish I could find every day. Going to send out a contemporary bouquet next. read more

My brother in Austin TX ordered my birthday bouquet with chocolates from Flowers By The Neuse. When they came to deliver, we were not home. They placed the flowers and chocolate box on our porch well into the shade and not visible to people driving/walking by. It was one of the most beautiful arrangements (except my husband's) that I've ever received. read more

I ordered an arrangement for my mom for her birthday. When she sent pictures I was not happy with the arrangement at all for the amount I had paid. When I called the shop and explained why I wasn't happy with the product they had no problem with making a new arrangement and delivering it to her the same day. The new arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Very pleased with their customer service and product the second time around. Picture is of second arrangement read more

Ordered my Grandmother an arrangement of pink carnations. I asked for them to be patient as my Grandmother doesn't move so quick at her wise age. Grandma called so happy and thankful for the BEAUTIFUL arrangement of carnations. Even saying the delivery guy brought them inside for her because of the weight. I truly can not thank you enough for the hospitality you showed my grams. Ordering from out of state was so easy. Thank you read more

Best place in town for flowers. The ladies here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Their flowers (compared to other places) just last longer. Not sure why but they do and I'll continue to use this flower shop in the future. read more

Just called to order my daughter some flowers for her birthday. The lady who answered the phone was beyond rude. Told me that flowers were more expensive during Mother's Day weekend and she could not do anything for me below $25 and there would be an additional fee for delivery. I certainly don't mind paying for delivery but it was obvious she was aggravated that I even asked if she could do anything in the $25 range. I proceeded to call another local florist who said they would be happy to make an arrangement for me. People who have a business selling goods to people really should have pleasant people answering the phone. read more

I'm in Los Angeles and had to purchase flowers for a funeral for a friend's dad - let me just say that you should not even think twice before going here for flowers. They turned out even more beautiful than I could have hoped for, and they were exactly the right price. The florist was on the phone with me suggesting color scheme, and also stayed within the budget I gave her. Needless to say, I just wanted to give a shout out to them and say THANK YOU for making the most beautiful standing spray I could have ever hoped to have ordered with me being on the other side of the country!!! read more

Excellent! Called the morning of (behind the power curve!) and told them what I was looking for. They delivered a gorgeous arrangement a couple hours later. Exceeded my expectations! Thank you, Neuse! Well done! read more

A wonderful florist, much better than those "800" delivery services. I ordered a bouquet from NY to be delivered in Clayton. The arrangement was very artistically done, reasonably priced, and the owner went out of her way to deliver them at the appropriate time. I highly recommend them. read more

What a disappointment! I placed an order over the phone and asked for assistance in picking out an arrangement. The owner helped me and assured me that the arrangement would be beautiful. I ordered a dozen roses with some lilies and spring flowers mixed in. All that was in the bouquet were some shabby looking roses, lots of greenery, and a few small ugly flowers all for the low, low, price of $100.00. What are you kidding me? I could have put together a better arrangement myself buying roses at Walmart for $10.00 and adding my own personal touch. The arrangement had no uniqueness to them at all. What a waste of my hard earned money. I will never order from them again. I will always go with an FTD or Teleflora florist because at least that way I can pick out the arrangement and feel more confident that my money isn't getting wasted on a florist that doesn't take the time to put forth an excellent product. I was very hesitant to order this way because I was afraid the florist would just throw together something they had in their shop and unfortunately that is exactly what happened. read more
