Do not order from here unless you can see what you are getting! My friend ordered me the lemon drop bouquet for my birthday. I received 5 roses and 2 very small hydrangea. The arrangement is no where near what is pictured. The starting price is $55.00. I think 5 stems of already browning roses and 2 stems of small hydrangea is a stretch. read more

I love Fallon's! They are my husband's go to flower shop and they never disappoint. Their most recent delivery is their best yet. It's beautiful!!! I love that it is super unique-- they combined peonies, orchids, hydrangeas, succulents, roses, cabbages, and greenery into the most beautiful arrangement. I love that we never get a lack luster delivery from them, they put care into each arrangement. Delivery is also always on time. They are taking a ton of precautions right now with COVID which is appreciated. Since my last review they have also moved locations to a much nicer building (right off of 440 on Capital Blvd. It's especially beautiful at christmas with all the trees in the window. I also saw they have a flower vending machine (guessing that may be closed right now due to COVID). But if you forgot to order flowers or need a last minute after hours arrangement it's a neat option. Love Fallon's Flowers overall. I have been to the location in downtown Raleigh and then today I went to the location on Capital and I was just as satisfied with this location. I called the day before and spoke to someone about seeded eucalyptus and they said that they had it which was great because I was having a hard time finding it. When I arrived I pulled into the parking lot and there was plenty of parking. I walked in and it was like walking into a flower + plant heaven. They had all kinds of bouquets everywhere. The staff was absolutely amazing! And they were all so willing to help me. They gave my son a balloon which I thought was pretty amazing! I ended up getting the seeded eucalyptus and I paid about $9 for it. Overall great flower shop. read more

I ordered from JustFlowers.com for my grandmother's funeral last weekend after calling all around Knigthdale where the funeral was held, to get flowers delivered for the next day's service. No one would help me on a last minute's notice. Justflowers.com had the flowers delivered from Fallon's. Had I known that Fallon's delivered to Knightdale, I would have just called them but I was rushed, not in the best mindset, and just wanted it taken care of. Fallon's were efficient, promised the flowers would be delivered on time (and they were), and the spray we purchased was gorgeous. I told the rep the colors I wanted and asked that the flowers last for at least a couple of days on the grave before they started wilting and they indeed provided. I would recommend Fallon's for their beautiful flowers, as well as their wonderful service in the future, and will use them again. read more

I like their flowers but was not prepared to have to work so hard to get the proposal for the reception and ceremony to reflect what we had talked about. It was a lot of added stress over a 6 month period that I did not need. The workers in the shop were great but seemed to have their hands tied due to the person in charge. There was a constant bottleneck with only one point person for the event, and she was consistently too busy with other things to ever give her full attention to the written proposal. When we talked, she seemed to get it, but then the proposal she sent via email did not reflect all of our conversation. Also, I sent multiple photos of the colors I wanted the flowers to be and, in the end, had to send actual photos of flowers I found on the internet that were the correct color since the flowers the point person was suggesting via email were not close to the colors I requested. I knew I was in trouble when she said the color (new burgundy) in the photo I sent her looked orange! On the day of the wedding I was still unsure if the flowers were going to be what I wanted, or not. I think the point person would do better if she delegated some of her responsibilities to the very capable staff of florists who work there. (How hard is it to change the wording of a proposal document?) In the end, I did have a lot of compliments on the flowers on my wedding day. But, if I had to do it again, I would definitely use a different florist because I had to work way too hard to get the end result I wanted. read more

I asked Fallon's to provide floral services to my bride, who was 10 - yes 10 - days from her 3/31/2019 wedding date without a florist. And when I say they delivered, it's an understatement! Not only were they able to get the exact flowers she wanted in her bouquet, it was absolutely gorgeous! They truly outdid themselves with the bouquet and the statement arrangements for the ceremony and reception. Julie was a jewel to work with on the wedding day and made sure everything was perfect during the set up and room flip. I cannot say how grateful I am that they were able to save the day! I ordered flowers from this business twice. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Both times the woman who put the arrangements together seemed very unfriendly compared to the rest of the staff and didn't seem to care much about the customer. She also, I think, assumed that customers don't know anything about flowers and can't tell one from the other. Both times I had ordered stargazer lilies and she gave me different variations of lilies, yet charged me for stargazers and told me that's what they were. I didn't bother arguing because I could already tell she had an attitude from me questioning it. A couple weeks later, I ordered an arrangement of purple flowers, and they gave me an arrangement of pink flowers, and told me they were purple...maybe she thought I was color blind? I was in a time crunch so again I just paid and left. I won't be using them again or recommending them. read more

OHhh how do I wish to warn you all of this place. They may advertise that they are the best in raleigh, but thanks their pretentiousness, confident, and dishonest work in which they do. I myself can be a witness for said statement as to the fact I ordered from them for Valentine's Day a specialty arrangement of flowers in which they claimed they were familiar with, I asked for certain specifics including red roses since they profusely stated they did not have very many colors to choose from the previous day before except for the basic colors. So I asked them for a few dozen red roses ( figure cant go wrong with that right? ) along with a bear and a nice little note ect, ect.. no they could not deliver. What did my girlfriend get instead that day you ask? Hmm lets see, how about 2 dozoen YELLOW roses, a Large Bear, and a box of chocolates. I didnt even ASK for chocolates. She tried to do an exchange for the correct order and they did not even want to work with her other than to scam her for a $20-$50 boquet. So thanks fallons, because of you I got dumped n called an insensitive, unromantic jerk, So thanks... my advice to anyone just dont go to here. read more
