very good and fun. the go cars were my favourite thing there. few things to be aware of 1. be ready to spend at list $50-$75 2. don't go on the spining coaster 3. don't order chicken it's one of two dry as the Sahara desert or sushi raw. read more

Frankie's - I won this guy for 500 tickets! - Amusement Parks Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

Frankie's Review - 3/5 While in town, we decided to visit Frankie's after it was recommended to me by my boss, and this time I had my husband and 12-year-old son with me. Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. read more

Perfect place for a date. There is a lot of different attraction to try out. There is outside rides, arcade, and a cafe. To pay for any of these you have to have buy a card which is how you pay for the attraction. We came to play mini golf. There are 3 courses, and if we had more time we would have done at least two. We played course 1. It was super fun and of course my boyfriend won. Want to come back when I am in town to try the other two courses. read more

I came to Frankie's with a group under the impression that I was just going to get a few drinks at the bar, socialize and play some games. Well I can say that ate and played more games than drank. The food here was surprisingly really good. I ate at the Chill Lounge Bar area and the bartender provided such amazing service this night. It's too bad I cannot remember this man's name but he was awesome. My friend and I ordered chicken quesadillas, French fries, and a slice of pizza. The bartender told us the food would be really good, but of course we expect some bias. He wasn't wrong! And the portions are pretty large btw. We could have shared the quesadillas. We both took half of them home and shared the fries. Everything was fresh and hot and I will certainly return with a group. Of course the games were a blast. Had an amazing time with ALL ADULTS btw playing laser tag and go karts lol we were like big kids again. Laser tag was so much fun. As soon as they split us up into teams and let us into the area, it was like kids on a playground again. Overall, it was an awesome time. I'd even suggest team-building activities for corporate here if possible. read more

Came here for a fun family game night and we enjoyed it. There's a big arcade and a place for bumper cars, mini golfing, and food and drinks. We came for the arcade and we enjoyed ourselves for the most part. It was pretty clean and filled with children and adults having fun so the vibes were nice. I expected more variety for the games so it did feel a little repetitive and many machines weren't working so that was a little bit of a bummer. Maybe next time more games will be up and running and i'd like to try the mini golf and maybe have a bite. read more

This place is a surprising lot of fun! And an excellent afternoon outing with your adult brother while the elderly parents need an afternoon nap! Everything is pay-per-use, so there's no cover-charge. There's a small but exciting roller-coaster, lots of indoor games, and some thrilling go-karts. Plus to wind down, quite a lot of mini-golf -- 3 sets of 18 holes! It was getting chilly at dusk so we packed it in. But I'm told they have the lights on until midnight -- might be fun in summertime. read more

Anytime we're looking for something to do, we always forget about Frankie's but when we do recall, it's always a great time to be happy. This place seems to evolve time after time. They always seem to have new attractions and things popping up. The service is always great. The food is decent, just enough to quench your thirst to keep you on those rides and playing golf. We love the laser tag experience. read more

The price of games and rides is not worth it. They are ridiculously expensive for carnival rides, and the games are often not operating correctly. This place is such a rip-off. My daughter occasionally convinces me to go here and I'm reminded every time that I hate it. I will say, however, that my interactions with the staff are pleasant. They're friendly and helpful. They are only reason this isn't a 1 star review. Stars and Strikes is a much better deal for similar fun imo. read more

If you're looking for a place to have some fun in Raleigh, NC, Frankie's is the place to go! They have a large arcade area, outdoor go karting, mini golfing, bumper cars & bumper boats, some amusement park rides, laser tag, and more! When I went with my friends, we stayed for so many hours because we had to try everything! There's so much to do and definitely a kid's paradise. I'm not sure if they still have their rope course, but that was a personal favorite of mine, along with the outdoor go karting. They also have a cafe inside and their food isn't half bad. Decent food & reasonably priced. Like, I could totally spend all day here. Super fun & guaranteed to have a blast! Highly recommend checking Frankie's out! read more

Fun place to go! We did mini golf, arcade, drift track and batting cage. It is a bit expensive especially for the arcade machine. At times some of the attraction were closed so be aware that all of them may not be open if you go during a slow time. Would go again! read more

Great fun for adults and kids!! Fun for all ages. The go carts for adults and kids are a lot of fun. Exhilarating!!

Great experience with this place celebrating my son's 12th birthday party . Staff was nice and helpful, food was delicious and rides were fun . Highly recommend this park read more

Everything can improve Terrible service The old man in blue was targeting me on the drifter go karts when a grown adult could not even properly drive like a normal human being. The old man in blue shouldn't have been so dang on fixated on me when the go karts for little kids had been crashed beforehand. This is the most irresponsible rude unkind place I seen. A few minutes before, there was a crash for go karts for kids and gas blew up, and he is fixated on me? Rude and unreasonable ! But the drinks were okay so 2 star. read more

Highly overrated entertainment center. I am warning parents not to waste their time or hard earned money here. You won't get much for the value here. I read all the reviews and many spoke about how fun Frankie's is. When we arrived I was highly underwhelmed. This place doesn't hold a candle to Dave & Busters. It has half of the Dave & Busters Arcade games and boasts attractions/ rides such as Mini Gulf, Go Karts and Laser Tag. Unfortunately the go karts were closed and only open during weekends which is limiting. The bumper cars were disappointing because the area they are housed in is the size of a mouse hole ! Very unfair. The prizes are garbage. You would have to spend $100 each child for them to score a prize of actual quality. This place needs to take tips from Dave & Busters. Where kids can actually earn decent prizes after winning tickets. This place was a huge disappointment even to the kids. I really want my money back. read more

Pull down ticket lever machines aren't accurate. Son landed on 250, then 140 then 40- when we went to get tickets redeemed card only rang for 200 tickets. Manager said there's "lines on each one where it stops"- there's none visible. So sad you scam kids like that read more

Overall was a pretty great experience. The only the only issue would be that it is way too overpriced. I came with my fiancé because we wanted to have a date. We spent $55 on three rides, which was the golf cart ,the claw, and laser tag which in my opinion is way too overpriced and they should have wristbands instead for that price overall, it was a great experience. The rides were fun and laser tag was fun, but in my opinion for people that have big families I don't think it's fair that it should be per person or per kid that should be charged since the whole point of an amusement center is for families to spend time together read more

Mini golf is cheap and fun. Literally every single staff member is on their cell phones throughout the place

Seems like a neat place. Every one of the employees I interacted with seemed miserable like they really didn't want to be there. Also the go-karts are not well maintained. Still a decent experience though. read more

Still open during covid which is great when you want a quick family fun day. We decided to go to the batting cages however they were closed due to the weather. We decided to play a round of golf. $10 for a round of golf, kids under three play for free. As far as cleaning -I did see the employee clean the golf clubs as they were being brought back. Since the weather was cold we decided to skip the outdoor race track and attractions. Normally we would have taken the kids to the arcade but I felt a little uncomfortable as there were lots of people but didn't see anyone disinfecting. The restaurant area is open but we decided to eat elsewhere. Although they offer hand sanitizers, the sanitizer solution leaves your hands sticky. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MY FOUR YEAR OLD BROTHER IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION I went to this park today and we were outside playing mini golf when my baby brother almost passed out and when me and my family began screaming for help NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES BATTED AN EYE it was baffling they were not talking to us at all and not offering help or cooperating at ALL and note that this park is filled with kids every day so the employees should at least be somewhat trained to handle some sort of medical situation and they should at least maybe care but they didn't none of them even knew the address of the park and i couldn't find it to tell the 911 operator. AND THEY GAVE ME A RAW COOKIE AND WHEN I ASKED THEM TO COOK IT MORE THROUGHLY THEY COOKED IT TO THE POINT WHERE IT COULD HURT MORE THAN A BRICK!!!! first they don't help my brother when he's passing out then they try to give him salmonela :c This park is severely mismanaged and has employees that do not care at all. the only people that helped us were the managers. We were in the area for a soccer tournament and decided to take some of the girls. I was expecting it to be a madhouse on a Friday night considering the Dave and Busters at home is chaotic. This place was very big and surprisingly clean, not overwhelmingly busy either. I don't really like how every activity is paid for separately. We had to figure out what they all wanted to do and then calculate how much to purchase on a card. I ended up adding $40 to one for my daughter and she did go karts, mini golf and laser tag and used the leftover money for arcade games. Most of the games were $1.50 each. Skeeball was only 75 cents though so I was happy about that! read more

For starters the Chill lounge lacks customer service , it's a Saturday night ( currently 7:45) it's busy but it took 25 minutes for someone to come up to our table and ask if we were ready to order . We ordered the trio sampler , first we asked for bbq wings , calamari and mozzarella sticks . We received salty lemon pepper wings instead of bbq wings. I also ordered a Philly cheese steak and it was very dry and distasteful. Just wanted to get out the house for a date night and however never again for Frankie's . I understand it's a busy establishment but do better . read more

Frankie Fun Park is always a great choice for a day of fun! And a family outing! We've been here for a couple of family outings and family reunions. So if you are looking for a fun to bring your family or host a family event this is the perfect place. The parking lot is big but the parking can be a hassle sometimes you may have to wait for someone to pull out! But I always end up finding a space! Which is great. Be careful in the parking lot because it's not that bright at night so watch for small children and others. When you first walk in it's a huge arcade with plenty of games. We were hungry so we went straight to the back to order food. We ordered cheese pizza and wings. The cheese pizza came out immediately and the wings took a little moment! I got Thai chili they were really good. The wait for the card line wasn't bad. I think each token is worth a dollar so we got $60 worth! Some of the games in the arcade wasn't working but that didn't take away from the fun! We also played put out golf which was really fun! Overall this was a fun time; I would go back! read more

I visited Frankie's with one other person on a Sunday afternoon. We only played putt-putt and a few games in the arcade. - The putt-putt course is well maintained. - The ticket payouts and the prizes in the arcade are lack luster. There's hardly any prizes adults would be interested in. - Pro tip: Crossy Road is the best game for ticket farming. It's not amazing, but it has a decent payout compared to the other games. - The go cart tracks were closed when we visited. read more

Talk about a waste of money and time. Overpriced broken games! I'd rather just flush money down the toilet. Will not be coming back.

If you are even thinking of planning an event or party here, DON'T! Zero customer service, no accountability, will NOT pick up the phone and have no interest in your business. After 6 weeks of communication via email - which is all they will do, I missed one final email and whoosh - they can no longer accommodate our party. No phone call, no follow up. They will never have my business, the owners should replace management if they want to keep any semblance of a reputation. Absolutely disgusted with my experience. read more

This is your typical arcade/go-karting/laser tag deal of a place. I don't think anything really stood out to me. Granted, the tracks were pretty nice, but I think this is sort of a one-time visit establishment. We came here over Adventure Landing to celebrate my son's advancement in Scouts. I give this place kudos for a variety of entertainment options - Laser Tag, virtual reality games, 3 go-kart tracks, rides and a rope course. Inside they have quite a few video games, but nothing that really appealed to my older senses. My son and his friend went through their Fun Cards, so I know they enjoyed it. The go kart track is great - long, lots of tight turns, a bridge and it's easy to watch your people go around. The karts left something to be desired, though. The boys said they sputtered out and don't go as fast as Adventure Landing. We played laser tag, and that was completely disappointing. The vests are in disrepair, my vest didn't register on the scoreboard, and I don't think it registered even one hit, even when my husband specifically let me hit him. The gun is supposed to have a display that shows your hits, but mine didn't work. My husband's vest clips were broken. He didn't see his number on the scoreboard either. The cafe has pizza and burgers, a few salads and sandwiches. I also noticed a bar. We didn't play miniature golf, or ride the Sidewinder. read more

Family fun and enjoy our visits. However, my son's daycamp group visited yesterday, he used a VR head set, and came home with head lice Tried calling to notify and could not reach anyone.
