We played for 30 minutes which in hind site was not enough. It took us a while to figure out the controllers if that makes sense. Here are some tips. Let people know your name. We picked names like 'hero' which was cute but no one knew who I was until we were all screaming at each other our game names and forgetting Arrive a few minutes early so you get your full 30 min or whatever. There are disclaimers you sign. Etc. Listen to the rules and tips. In several games I was several minutes in before I figured out why I could not teleport or something. I should have listened better. It was fun though. My nephew had his birthday party here and said it was good. I would come here again.

Not only was this so fun, I feel like I had a workout. So many game selections. We played Creed (of course I won by TKO) and Sunshine Arizona (Zombies). We had a 2 hour play pass and I wish it was even longer. If you have not tried this out, you really are missing out on a great time. There are different packages that offer different amounts of tokens for games--all depends on what you're there for. For us, the real attraction was karting. It was everything you could want for in karting. We went during the week so it wasn't overly busy outside of a camp with kids. Our wait times were not bad at all. 1/5 -- Serious Safety Concerns, Physical Injuries, and an Unacceptable Response…read more I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by what happened to my friend at Rush Hour Karting in Morrisville, North Carolina. What was supposed to be a fun recreational activity turned into a frightening experience that left her physically injured and raised serious questions about how this facility protects its customers. During her go-karting session, another driver reportedly struck her kart intentionally approximately THREE TIMES. These were not harmless bumps. The repeated impacts were forceful enough to leave her with multiple visible injuries. Her injuries included: * Significant bruising, redness, and abrasions across her shoulder, collarbone, and upper chest. * Areas of broken skin and bleeding near her shoulder and neck. * A chin injury following the collision. * An injury to her tongue after she accidentally bit it during the forceful impact. * Symptoms developing minutes afterward that raised concerns about a possible concussion. The photographs show extensive skin discoloration, abrasions, and bruising around her shoulder and collarbone. Subsequent photographs also show the injuries changing color as they healed. This was not a situation where someone simply walked away from a minor racing bump. What makes this experience even more upsetting is how the situation was reportedly handled. After the collisions, the driver responsible allegedly disappeared or hid. We were concerned that employees might have known who the driver was, yet we did not receive satisfactory answers about what was being done to identify the individual or address the dangerous behavior. My friend was visibly injured, and we did not feel that her condition received the immediate attention, assistance, or seriousness it deserved. YES, A REFUND WAS PROVIDED. BUT A REFUND IS NOT ENOUGH. Getting the money back does not undo the injuries, the pain, or the distress of what happened. It does not explain how another driver could repeatedly strike someone without what appeared to us to be an adequate intervention. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of accountability and the questions this raises about customer safety. Where was the intervention after the first collision? Why was the dangerous behavior apparently allowed to continue? What procedures exist to identify aggressive drivers? And what are employees trained to do when a customer is injured or begins showing possible signs of a head injury? Customer safety should ALWAYS come before entertainment, profits, or simply keeping the track running. I understand that go-karting involves inherent risks, but there is a difference between ordinary racing risks and repeated aggressive collisions that result in physical injuries. I sincerely hope management investigates this incident, preserves and reviews any available footage, explains how the situation was handled, and takes meaningful action to prevent another customer from experiencing something similar. What makes this even worse is that the suspected driver, who was wearing an orange T-shirt, was reportedly still at the facility, seemingly hiding with his family to avoid responsibility. Despite this, staff did not appear to take any action to investigate or address the situation. It's extremely disappointing that someone could seriously injure another customer and potentially walk away without consequences while the business fails to provide proper accountability. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this location to ask about its safety procedures, enforcement of driving rules, and emergency response policies before participating. A refund does not replace accountability, and customer safety should never be treated as an afterthought.

My friend group and I went here recently for a friend's birthday. The first thing I noticed was…read morethat parking is tight, so just be aware of that. The site itself is quite nice and very large. Apparently renovations were done recently so it has an updated feel to it. When you walk in you sign up to race at the counter area, and you also take your picture and pick a racing name. The majority of our group was guys, with the exception of three ladies. Us ladies didn't race and instead ended up getting drinks from the bar, playing a few of the arcade games, and cheering on our guy friends who raced. The bar area has a pretty good selection of drinks and food, and for it being an "amusement" type center, I'd say the quality was pretty decent! There were a solid amount of things you could do besides the racing. They had axe throwing, a rock climbing wall, arcade games, and an interactive game arena. The racing did look fun and our friends had a good time doing it. Those karts go up to around 40mph so they're no joke. I do feel like they do a good job with their safety measures. They give you solid racing helmets, and if you spin out they'll make sure to help safely get you straightened back out. They'll also enforce some set track rules to make sure you're racing safely. My two friends and I watched our other friends race from a large viewing platform near the top of the track. The only negative thing I'd say about our experience is that it's loud (I'm sensitive to high pitched squealing sounds, so I shoved some bits of napkin in my ears and that helped lol), heavily smells of gas (they do have ventilation in place but it's still very noticeable), and it's also pretty hot in there. The area with the arcade, bar, and other entertainment is separate from the racing track, which is good because you can get some relief in between races in there. Overall, it was a fun experience! We all had a good time and would go back again. This time I'd bring ear plugs lol.

When I went with coworkers for a team building day, it was mid day on a Wednesday and much more tame, and empty. We had a reserved room, where we were served lunch, which consisted of salad, cheese burger sliders, chicken sliders and pulled pork sliders and fries. The room also had a stocked fridge with soft drinks, though work gave us all drink tickets we could cash in at the bar. As part of the team building we also got unlimited golf, we each got to do one go cart race and a card with tokens for the arcade. It was a fun day for sure, and much more enjoyable when it's not crowded. The food they served as part of the catering, wasn't the best food, but it was ok, and sufficient for lunch. The golf was enjoyable, and go carting was fun, I actually never got to the arcade, so i'll have to bring my card with me next time i go. Staff are hit or miss. When we went with family and it was busy, they were on the moody side, which does not add to the experience of having fun.
