I was questioned for why I came in this late when I was just stopping by after work. I was also told I would have to come in first thing to get them done. I live 30 minutes away but work 10 minutes away so it makes way more sense to come after work but no if I didn't come in first thing tomorrow, which I work that time anyways, then it couldn't be done. I understand it is time consuming but you have to understand I also have work and things to do and the responses were just overall very rude. I get it's the end of the day but it's the end of my day too please have some more decency to the lady working the front desk. to clarify i'm not upset they couldn't do my boots i'm upset that the response to me even asking was rude.
