Returned the next day to pick up bikes and "Aaron" was disrespectful and being rude to my wife and children. I addressed this with the manager who simply made excuses for the behavior and said that it's not a store for kids and safety is a concern, but customer service is not. The guy seems mentally disabled so I didn't take the conversation much further. Clear that this business doesn't value customers or long term relationships. We will never shop here again.

The ride is less that 2 days away. Not only did they take a look, they literally overhauled my hub, trued my wheels, greased my chain, adjusted the derailleur, adjusted the brakes, adjusted the headset, tightened the cranks, cleaned the bike and contacted me to pick it up within less than 4 hours. They also advised me regarding riding with studded tires on concrete, as I had no experience. All in all, I will ALWAYS look to Allis Bike and Fitness in the future - they are hard-working, considerate, exceptional customer service, and inexpensive.
