It can be difficult to find someone at a checkout register but you're likely to find someone by dresses or shoes. Though this place is pricier, it always reminds me of the old days and walking through a department store for various things. I actually ended up talking with him for too long and ran out of time to try on anything, but came back later to try on a dress that kept calling my name that evening. On the second visit, both Matthew and the other gal (sorry didn't get your name) were very nice again and I fell for their "that looks beautiful on you" and got the dress. Now, I am not a stickler for customer service, but for the love, child, say hello to your patrons. I had my hands full of merchandise and not once did she ask if she could start me a dressing room. I had to run out during my "try-on" session and still nothing. She didn't check on me once and I was so annoyed by the end of trying things on, the pieces I liked I chose not to purchase. All she had to do was acknowledge me. I guess my $400.00 just wasn't welcomed. I'm not sure that I will visit any more after my last few experiences. There are plenty of other boutiques in the Third Ward and around Milwaukee who are much more accommodating and welcoming to their customers.
