I later sold that scoot and Vince was by my side helping me through the searching and buying process. 10 years later, I'm buying my second scooter through the same place and working with the same trusty owner. Vince is a great dude. You can tell he loves his job and loves talking scoots. He remains completely neutral on his advice and won't force you into a sale. He's patient and answers as many questions you may have. The shop itself is super clean, the prices are fair, there's absolutely no pressure, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and most stuff can be booked through the site... so very convenient! I brought my Ducati in for a general inspection, which cost $170. It took about 15 days and several follow-up phone calls before I finally received the diagnosis. By then, I picked up my bike after waiting two weeks. They emailed me a list of recommended repairs and instructed me to check off the work I wanted done. I replied... and then heard nothing for over two months. What really bothered me, though, was their approach to repairs. One item on the inspection was loose heated grips. Yes, they were loose, but they were still in excellent condition. Their recommendation? Replace the entire set. An honest mechanic would have said, "We can probably fix that with a $5 tube of grip glue and save you a few hundred dollars." Instead, the solution was to replace perfectly good heated grips. My Ducati is due for a Desmo service soon, which typically costs $1,200-$1,800. After this experience, I'll be taking my bike somewhere else.

It is full of older Japanese bikes and a bunch of older Harley Davidsons. I came to look at a BMW, only saw two BMW's in the store. '"Our service dept checks out all bikes, no test drives, you buy it and you can return it." Well I am pretty sure there is not a certified BMW mechanic on staff and looking at the selection of bikes they do not see many BMW's. I offered to buy the bike on a credit card then and there and would maybe return it after putting 10 miles on it. Somebody spoke to somebody came back and told me they would not sell me that bike and I should leave the store, which I did. It looks like they are not an authorized dealer for anything they sell. They had a Triumph rug at the entry and are certainly not a Triumph dealer. The whole thing was a waste of time and they left me feeling bad for even going in there. Looks like I am not the only one. They've always been friendly and helpful, and I've had good experiences with them over the years. At the beginning of October, I stopped in looking for a part for my Polaris 850 Ride Command. Unfortunately, the part was on backorder. Karen, who actually sold me my ATV two years ago, took down my information and told me she would give me a call toward the end of the month with an update. After not hearing anything, I decided to call and follow up. Unfortunately, the gentleman who answered was extremely rude. As soon as I mentioned my Polaris 850 Ride Command, he immediately said, "We're not dealing with Polaris anymore. Goodbye," and hung up before I could explain why I was calling. I later visited their website and discovered that the business is retiring and closing. I completely understand and respect their decision to retire, but I wish the gentleman on the phone had simply explained that instead of hanging up on me. I would have completely understood the situation. Despite this disappointing final interaction, I'm keeping my original five-star review because of the positive experiences I've had with Woodstock Powersports over the years. One unpleasant phone call doesn't erase the years of good service I've received. It's unfortunate to see the business closing, but I wish Karen and everyone at Woodstock Powersports all the best in their retirement. Thank you for the years of service!

My husband and I purchased a bike from here and we felt we got our moneys worth. The owner and his staff were very friendly and informative. They were able to answer every single question and took their time with us even though the Store was pretty busy with other customers. I would give them 100 stars if I could. The owner not only helped lift the bike up into our truck, but went an extra step to put cardboard down in the trunk so the gasoline wouldn't leak out into the car. He also didn't just sell us a bike, he went through maintenance, and proper care of the bike with us. We left away feeling good and our son has been enjoying this bike ever since. We will definitely be coming back once our other kids are age-appropriate to ride a bike.

The owner first told me he would have plenty of ATV's available and to come in on a Saturday after I visited the store on Wed. and he closed early. Once there he shrugged me off to talk to a friend for a good 10 min not even acknowledging my wife and I were in his 100 sq ft store. After I asked him what he had available he said he only had one of what I wanted left and ignored the fact he told me to come in on Sat and not earlier. Upset but looked past it, we made a purchase. After purchasing two kids ATV;s before Christmas and being told one would be ready before and one would come in after that is where the experience gets worse. He said he would call me on Monday before Christmas to confirm he put the ATV together. He never reached out, then when I reached out on Tues. he tells me very rudely he will get to it when he gets to it and I will know because he will call me. Again, I was upset that the owner was talking to me this way but moved on. The next day he tells me he doesn't have the red ATV only blue and this is the day before Christmas Eve. Turns out he sold the one he sold me and expedited another one but got the wrong color. He blamed it on the manufacturer saying he could not see through the box. No apology only combativeness. Started to get very rude with instant messages and told me not to tell him how to run a business and to F-off, etc. and that he would refund me. So I had to scramble and drive hours to another dealer to get a gift in time for my kids and he still continued to refuse to refund my money and tried to impose a restocking fee and cancellation fee etc. After I wrote a bad review, he threatened me.
