And they also got decent amount of selections to choose from. Plus the prices are good. I'll definitely come back again and maybe next time I'll get a new board and also get that Santa Cruz board for my son that he liked! Thank you guys!

Though Outset is an online retailer, if you live local, you can call ahead and stop in to the warehouse for a more personalized experience. We love making the trip. When we have a part that needs adjusted, looked at, or if the bars need to be cut, these guys have totally helped us out. Tommy and his team treat my kiddos and their friends like family, and we are proud to promote this independent company. My kiddos proudly display their stickers, wear their high-quality t-shirts, and we've ordered many scooter parts...wheels, bars, grips, etc. over the past couple of years. The customer service is outstanding. Recently we had some bars that had a rare issue, and Outset sent a photo to the manufacturer for an assessment, and we just picked up our replacement bars today without hassle. These guys totally stand behind the products they sell. We're happy to know these guys, and we will be customers for as long as they'll be around. Outset is a fantastic company run by experienced riders who know the business well.

First, Wrigleyville Sports has been in business for over 30 years at its Addison location, and it…read moreexisted for years before moving across from Wrigley Field. Next, staff member Sean C. was amazing, and that's why it's crucial to hire people who love whatever you're selling, and in this case, the Chicago Cubs merchandise. There are other stores along Addison, but you could feel the difference with their staff. For them, it was just a job; they acted like they had zero interest in the Cubs or their customers. So, my take is this: with rainbow Pride merch, are stores selling it because they believe in it, or are they just selling it for profit and not caring one way or another? This also applies to Armed Forces merch, Independence Day merch, and other specific merch like the Ryan Sandberg "Ryno 23" hat I searched for online and found at Wrigleyville Sports, thanks to Sean C. He even told me a few stories about Ryan Sandberg (RIP) since he was his favorite Cubs player too. My eyes watered a bit, but he was easy to lip-read and helped me fill out the email newsletter. Honestly, I wouldn't waste my time at the other locations; I'd visit Wrigleyville Sports first, then the other stores.
