They also have a co-op mentality where you can own a piece of the store. They also are able to have things on sale and clearance because they also buy back used items and you get it for more than half the price off. I love the store because it's also right on a waterfront where you have a walk and you have artistic chairs and lots of geese and people come fishing. It's a wonderful location. And the staff are really nice and friendly.

We also had a discount on all of our shopping as well too, which was amazing and the sales associates were very helpful in helping us pick out different items. They converted the upstairs space to a little area where we could have brunch and they talked about the shoe as well as women in sports. All the things. I went to replace my 12 year old Patagonia jacket that delaminated and had other signs of wear. It…read morewas a great coat, but it was time. To my pleasant surprise, the manager said that the delaminating was considered a material defect. Even though the coat was more than a decade old, they replaced it with a brand new $500 jacket. I felt like I was stealing and asked them three times if they were sure about their decision, which they confirmed. I felt so guilty, I bought a $50 hat. I've always loved their products because of their practicality, fit, and style. Now I have one more reason to return.

When I did try to get help, it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff - I even received a dirty look. Customer service appeared to be the last thing on anyone's mind. For a brand like Nike, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and enthusiasm. I ended up leaving and ordering the exact same shoes from Fleet Feet, where knowledgeable employees actually take the time to help customers and make them feel welcome.
