They have small cozy area for you to chill and enjoy your meal and the service is always quick and friendly. Many of the towns in the Hudson Valley have been revitalizing their downtown areas with great success but Catskill Village seems to be moving a lot slower compared to those other areas. Bold as I needed it to be, and the perfect foundation for the rest of the meal. My next go-to if they have it brunch experience is biscuits. They have them...you can get a biscuit on its own or, heck, go for a mini biscuit basket! I live for a biscuit-forward establishment. It is two mini waffles which was perfect for my girlfriend and I to share. But may be small for some. She also ordered a juice which was tasty and very refreshing with the heat. There is not a ton of seating being a smaller place, but they do well with the room they have. It is also right next to Congress Park so you can take your food and go and sit in the park. Overall this was a highlight of our trip and would go back on another visit.
