I ordered the Beef Burrito at $12. The clerk asked if I was okay with a sour cream sauce that was a bit spicy and I said yes. The Burrito was prepared quickly and was a nice size portion. However , when I looked at the cut away, inside the Burrito, it was basically all white with a little beef mixed in. I asked what kind of beans are in the Burrito as I could not see anything bean colored and she said Black beans. I guess it was my fault for not stopping right there and asked where they were because I still didn't see any Black beans in the Burrito! I just thought that perhaps they were mashed and then may have lost their defining Black color. As it turns out there was maybe three or four beans in each half of the Burrito! (If you look at the attached picture carefully, you can see one half a bean and one smashed bean). The Burrito was basically a WHITE RICE wrap with a beef flavoring and some nicely spiced sour cream sauce. It is obvious, the preparer never EVER ate a Burrito in her life! As it was well past my normal lunchtime , I ate the RICE WRAP and that probably spiked my blood sugar levels! Every Burrito I have eaten before this is probably at least 50% beans and then maybe equal parts beef, rice and salsa veggies. Workers were pleasant , just don't order MEXICAN!

Having said that, the grilled stuff and ice cream remain as modestly priced and tasty as ever.

They're strawberry cake is awesome I got that months ago with the shrimp scampi risotto which was awesome. The menu doesn't say it comes with a salad but the family meals come with a salad. If it does say it comes with the salad I can't find it. Everything is so easy and so good. They're right on rolling Street and look what looks like used to be a small ranch house but they have it designed really lovely. I wish they were closer to where I am off exit 15. I ordered a coffee and a glass of ice water, the waitstaff told me they don't offer a glass of water, but I could purchase a bottle of water. I assumed she was joking , but she was serious. This is the first dining establishment that would not serve a glass a water. This is by no means a place for a deal, they are overpriced for the quantity of food . The quiche was decent tasting but vey flat and tasted that it was heated by microwave. Just wast turned off overall, especially by the water thing.
