Nice spot. Pretty empty but staff was inviting

This was our first time as a group dinning out during Covid. The place was super clean and staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was good drinks were cold and a huge menu. We had starters and a bunch of bar food. I would say it was very good and we enjoyed ourselves! I would go again!

If you can find the chicken breast or the roasted red peppers good luck. I found 1 roasted red pepper. Are you kidding me w this????

We waited an hour for subpar food. Won't be going back. Too bad since we would like to patronize a local business.

They ran out of corned beef and cabbage at 4 pm on St Patty's day. Seriously? After advertising it?

The price is on the higher side for this area but at the same time you have several things to factor in.. everything tastes homemade including the soups, the portions are large (my mom and I both had leftovers), and you are at a golf course as well so that already sets an expectation for elevated cost in my mind. The service was very friendly and you can tell they work hard, everyone is readily available to help you out while also constantly moving and making sure everyone has everything they need / having efficient table touches, etc. I had the Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo & my mother got the Ribeye.. they were both huge lol but they were also both cooked and prepared perfectly! They have a TON of alcohol selections - for seltzer / can people like myself FYI - they have High Noon, Truly, Surfside, all the good ones! The ambiance is great, it was pretty much a full house when we came and everyone was clearly enjoying themselves. The room when you first walk in has lots of tables by big windows and a bar, and then the back left hand side is full of gorgeous murals covering the walls and additional seating kind of in its own little corner. Overall, definitely recommend this place for a drink and a really nice dinner. Just come hungry and allow yourself the option to go home after with some leftovers! For our meals plus an alcohol beverage each, it was $70 or so, plus a tip.

Lenox has some really cool spots and Ombra is one of them. Recommended by a local, we stopped here on Valentine's Day after our dinner for a nice glass of wine. The place was crowded but luckily a few people were leaving so we scored some seats at the bar. I ordered a glass of Nebbiolo from Italy which was good. My husband had a beer. The place is so cute and very romantic with dim lights, a great wine selection and their food looked so good. Unfortunately, we were so full that we did not end up ordering anything. Although, the french fries were calling my name. Ombra is a place that I could see us coming to almost every week and not getting tired of it. We met a local who is very nice and told us how Ombra is very popular. I think we will have to come back in the spring/summer to get those french fries :) If you are ever in Lenox definitely make your way to Ombra for a nice glass of wine or try a cocktail. This is the perfect date night spot for sure whether you start or end your evening here, you will be happy! Cheers~

We now understand it to be a partnership between a catering business and bar/entertainment venue. The caterers run the kitchen to serve up the menu for the bar/entertainment business. Reading the other reviews will give you a good idea of the facilities and ambiance - it looks like a fun place that everyone should experience. Being on the prowl for great BBQ is what brought our party here. So we each ordered up the pulled pork sandwich (brisket will be next time). We all favor North Carolina style pulled pork, with the meat infused with either vinegar or mustard based sauce. So here's our very snobbish assessment of Unihog's version: It was an ample-sized bun with a generous portion of what tasted like oven slow-roasted pulled pork, simply seasoned with salt and pepper. The meat was good. But in our opinion, the sandwich was topped by way too little slaw (was really just a garnishment amount), and had an equally inadequate amount of the Texas-style (red sweet) BBQ sauce dolloped on top. A large portion of very crisp french fries came with the sandwich. This is a great bar menu item; to improve it, we agreed we would have the slaw amount almost equal the amount of meat, and would serve up additional bbq sauce on the side. In fact, several bbq sauce styles, including our NC-style favorites, could be offered. If fries are not your thing, you can ask to substitute a side of slaw for the fries to add to the sandwich yourself. Or purchase a side of slaw separately. And, again, definitely ask for additional bbq sauce. The fries were crispy and good. Just be sure to request ketchup if that is your thing. All-in-all, not a disappointment. And definitely worth it so long as you know the extras to ask for. With pulled pork, the meat is key so must be right, and this was, definitely: Juicy and tender with a good pork flavor, and not at all greasy. There certainly will be a next time at Unihog for us.
