So excited to finally have more dining options in the Hamlin area and this new location did not disappoint! It honestly feels so good to see our community growing and offering more places to enjoy a night out close to home. We stopped in on their second day of being open and was fully expecting a long wait... but to my surprise, I was immediately able to grab a seat at the bar for dinner. Shocking...in the best way possible! The bar staff truly made the experience. Priscilla, Courtney and Tariq were upbeat, friendly and so welcoming from the moment we sat down. You can tell they're excited to be there and that energy makes a difference. I ordered the Piña Koala Martini, the perfect blend of coconut and fruit. Smooth, refreshing and beautifully presented. The drinks not only looked great but actually delivered on flavor. And of course... what's a trip to Outback without a Blooming Onion? It came out cooked to perfection...crispy, golden and the ideal appetizer to complement our cocktails. I was also excited to see the Alice Springs Chicken Quesadilla is back and it did not disappoint! The tortilla was crisp to perfection, packed with the perfect filling, and the honey mustard for dipping just tied everything together. Service was smooth, the vibe was lively but comfortable and overall it was a great first visit. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu. Welcome to Hamlin!
