The food was good don't get me wrong... But when the check takes longer to figure out than it does to order and eat it can be really frustrating. We had a large party and a reservation and it was going smooth. We made it very clear we wanted separate checks. We had a bunch of kids, had a birthday cake and sang and were having s great time. But then we wanted to pay and leave. We waited about an hour with 8 young kids. That can be challenging especially after bedtime when they get crazy. Came for dinner on a Sunday night and no surprise it was a packed house. We had a reservation set and when we arrived the hostess explained there were no seats available so we waited an extra 30 minutes. I didn't mind the wait but what was the point in the reservation if we still had to wait about 30 min...our waiter was a very nice man, very polite, and helpful with the menu even though we didn't really need help. I loveee this outback! The food is always good! The drinks are always great! (Water melon margaritas omg!) Service is sometimes slow. Even if you have a reservation sometimes you still have to wait. It gets really busy in there during peak dinner times. My steaks always come out good. I would recommend going there for a lunch date. I came in here with my dad when it was my 21st birthday and they sang to me and gave me a complementary ice cream sundae. We also came here for my grandmas 80th birthday and that went well too. Worst service I've ever received! For starters, our soups came out at the same time our food came. Nobody ever came to clean off our table from our salads after our meals came. We had to send 3 steaks back. First it was overcooked, another was undercooked and the 3rd had a hair on it! The manager that came over first tried to give us the excuse that "the server might have picked up the wrong steak". But what is the excuse for the other 2 steaks?! I really like outback - Is it Peter Lugers? hell no.. but just don't go there expecting the greatest steak ever and you might just enjoy your meal. I have gone there with a bunch of co-workers and it was a good time. Food is decent. prices aren't horrific and it is a lively atmosphere. We had a really bad experience at this location. We went online and put a party of 6 for 6:30 pm. We arrived right at 6:30 and still had to wait 20 minutes for our table. Three of us ordered what we thought was the $14.99 Steak and Shrimp special. When we were ordering we specifically pointed at this on the menu and the waitress asked if wanted the filet or sirloin. We all ordered the filet while pointing at the $14.99 special and she did not mention a price difference. Two of the steaks were ordered medium rare and arrive extremely rare and were barely cooked. They had to take back the steak along with a burger that was ordered without cheese and came with cheese. They took the steak and burger back to the kitchen and we had to wait for them to be cooked. When the bill arrived we were charged $22 for the steaks place an additional $6 each for the shrimp. The special that we pointed to and expected to b $14.99 was now $28. This was a very shady up sell as there was no mention of a price difference for the filet. I think they thought that we would just no look at the bill and pay whatever they charged us. I would warn others dining at Outback to be aware of this up sell trick to not get ripped off! read more

We had a team happy hour here tonight and though I don't drink alcohol, I decided to come along and hangout with my coworkers. -- service: busy but still, they catered to us since we had a large crowd -- atmosphere: Aussie signs everywhere, but plainly a very US chain establishment feel. -- food: $10 crab cakes are way too pricey for 2 of those... I think the ones I bought from Costco were bigger and better. -- wings: tasty and excellent, up to standards, though the hot wings were not too spicy by my standards. -- drinks, I am no expert so I can't be a fair judge, but the Pina Colada virgin was very good... as well as a nicely chilled Cosmo (I took a sip or two. ;) -- nachos fries -- good, do expect to go to the gym for an entire week to counter the calories though.. -- fried onion blossom -- Um.. smaller than the one I remembered at TGIF... ok. Request Corey. I dine here about once a month. I am not a big review person, but I hear employee of the month is coming up so I have to put my two cents forward, in case these reviews count. He will be embarrassed because he did not ask, I hear another waiter telling his table. Corey has been our waiter most of the visits to your establishment. My only question - how is not a manager yet?? Yes the food is good, yes the atmosphere is usually positive, the hostess can be a hit or miss, but what makes a good dinner great is eating in a place that you are connected with, where you are greeted with a smile, a how have you been, a firm handshake. Where the person who you will spend the next hour or so with, takes a second to look your young child right in the eye as he speaks to her! Making a person feel welcome and appreciated are his greatest assets beyond his waiting skills. Those are skills that cant be taught. This boy will go far in life - and if its not in the restaurant, our family will miss him, but this is the type of person who is the backbone of a successful organization and I hope his superiors realize and recognize him for it. read more

This place is horrendous! We go to give it another try and epic fail again! Decided to go today for lunch ordered soups and quesadillas , asked for bread while we waited. Soup came , bread never did until 25 minutes later, by that time the soup was cold. I doubt that they are making these loaves in the back of outback. While trying to explain this to our waiter John C he walked away from my fiancé not giving a damn. He then asks me if I want dessert 15 mins later and I told him we never received the quesadillas. Okay so we haven't been here in a while and that's because the food here can be inconsistent. I love the burgers and steak but I've had a few incidents where I've asked for it cooked well done and it comes out differently. Besides the meat issue some foods come out cold or portioned differently throughout our last visits. Moving on past from just food, service is another factor I take very seriously to decide whether or not I'll be returning to eat. Although most servers appear friendly others seem unhappy to be there and some walk around lifeless which isn't a pretty view. On our most recent visit we had this one server named Jennifer who stands out the most and let me warn you that her energy is very contagious! If it wasn't for her attentiveness and caring tone we would've left a 3 star rating but she alone made us bump it up to a 4. The connection she built with us felt very natural and comforting. I hadn't been to Outback in a while, and it surprised me how nice it was. The updated interiors felt fresh, the food options looked interesting, and the staff was great as always. I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars because I received one good dish and one mediocre dish. The deep fried shrimp and lobster in a sweet chili sauce was great! Perfectly fried and crispy, though I did find some chicken pieces thrown in there. I also had a ribeye sandwich, which was a little tough and chewy, and also a lot smaller than I would expect for a $12 sandwich from a place like this. Fries, unfortunately, we're not crispy. I couldn't tell if they were soggy or the artisanal fresh-cut kind of fries. They still tasted like potatoes, so I guess that was nice. read more

7/19/21 The food was good, but we sat in the bar area in a booth by a display of spices and it looked like a onion ( I should have taken a picture) on a rack that separated the bar from the waiting area. Little bugs were flying down from the display and landing on us and flying around our heads the whole meal. I told the waitress but she wasn't interested. We left after eating half our food. Really wished I had read the reviews before heading out for my bday dinner with my kids. Got seated quickly due to the early dinner hour. Britney was a good server at first, took our apps & drink order. Later came back to check on our dinner order. My older son and I got the sirloin n shrimp, 12 oz and 6 oz. I had ordered the 6oz and it was not only microscopic but had two large pieces of fat so I could only eat maybe half. We had both ordered the garlic mashed potatoes that were over garlic'd and otherwise unseasoned. Luckily he liked them and ate mine. Shrimp, 4, only four --wow cheap. My younger son had ordered a burger, no complaints. But when we were clearly done, dishes piling up and I moved them to the edge to be taken....we waited and waited for Britney to come back.....about 15-20 minutes later she finally arrived. Overall I have experienced better, the only part we all enjoyed was the bloomin' onion ofcourse. Not thrilled with this visit, luckily we only go maybe once a year. read more

I will always be a fan of Outback. It's a great place to grab a bite with family, friends, or really any type of group. Their burgers are fantastic, and normally my go-to here. Also gotta love the Bloomin' Onion as an app - not something I would typically order, but the rest of my group insisted, and I was glad they did. Sometimes my family will take advantage of their "Carside to Go" option, which is super convenient for lazy nights. Outback is also good, at least in this location, to go just to grab some drinks. After not eating at an Outback recently, I was excited to go back to an old favorite. My boyfriend and I had recently had filet mignon at another restaurant and were very disappointed. We both ordered the filet mignon, a salad, steamed veggies and garlic smashed. Everything was very good - the filets cooked to perfect temp. Our waiter was terrific and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The manager also stopped by to see how we were doing. We took a take-away order for my mom, and she told me that she loved her filet mignon with bleu cheese as well. We had a 20% off coupon that I had on my email but had not printed out.
