Me and my family have gone to outback for years we recently went to longhorn for a celebration and there is no comparison. Yes longhorn is more expensive not to much more but the quality is so much better- worth every penny!!! I was amazed at how big the waiting line was late at night. To Go order 2/15/25 Worst prepared meal I've paid for in years. Burnt baked potato that I would swear was also leftover from a previous day, filet was not cooked on a grill, there's not one grill mark on it anywhere. Caesar salad dressing tasted like horseradish dip for beef and the grease used to fry the blooming onion, tasted like it hadn't been changed in weeks, burnt and greasy tasting. The days of a nice plate presentation must be long gone as well, food was carelessly packaged, my potato was in another person's box and there was no garnish on anyone's order. Corporate evidently has dropped the ball on this location, I won't waste my time or money ordering from there again. We ordered take out. We like our steaks Medium. So we ordered them medium rare. So by the time we get them then they are perfect. They were still hot when we got them. We didn't have the warm them up. Same with the baked potato. Still warm enough to melt butter. We also got salads. They were also good. read more

Everything served was disgusting. Blooming onion looked the spread ribs of a squashed roadkill scraped off the side of a desert road. Salad was nasty with discolored lettuce leaves. Ok, I was worried after reading some past reviews before deciding to eat here. I did it anyway and was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. I sat at the bar on a Monday night and was quickly greeted. I had the 9oz Filet with steamed vegetables and a Cesar salad. The salad was basic but a good way to start the dinner. Ordered carry out on Saturday the 22nd requested no seasonings on ribeye steak. We live 20 minutes away and called after we began eating meal Which due to seasoning we couldn't eat. I placed a take out order for 3 people on 4/16/22. One order, the grilled salmon was missing the steamed vegetables, and was packed in the bag sideways so all the juices leaked out. One order, a 6oz filet, to be cooked medium, was no more than 4 ounces, was extremely rare and a side of grilled onions was missing ( which was $1.99), and the portion size of Aussie fries was small. Overall we had an ok experience. We got take out for dinner last night. The positives: food was done on time, steak was cooked perfect and had great flavor, and appetizers were good. The negative: the salad was Horrible! The lettuce was brown and should not have been served. They should have called us and asked if we would like a different side, they forgot all of the topping for the baked potato, there was no sauce for the bloomin fried chicken , and they forgot the ranch for the cheese fries. Went to Outback for Father's Day. Our food was very good, we ordered Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie as an appetizer, sirloin and ribs. Ribs were so tender they fell right off the bone. Our waitress Megan was exceptional, she was very attentive, friendly and did a great job! We will definitely ask for her next time. Our only complaint, we witnessed some very poor leadership from one of the apparent managers. He was hot tempered, very rude and impatient with the employees, even telling a young host to "shut up and clean it up" when he accidentally dropped a glass. Not a great thing to see from someone in a leadership role. Besides that, we were very happy with our visit and will be dining in again! read more

My husband and I have had mixed experiences with this location over the past few years. We ordered tonight hoping things had changed since last time, but were disappointed again. My husband ordered a philly steak with no onions, add extra cheese and the kookaburra wings and I ordered a Cobb salad. The sandwich was just over cooked steak and bread, the wings barely had any seasoning and were dry. The celery that came on the side was browning and what look like end pieces. Who would eat that? My wife and I went to this Outback last Wednesday evening. We had no trouble getting a table. The waitress was efficient and helpful. Our food came in short order and the meal was one of the best we have ever had eating out. Everything was prepared perfectly including the side dishes. Oh my god, this place has fallen. I haven't been to an Outback Steakhouse in ages. Literally, before my 14 year old was born. What was cool and good has certainly fallen. Or at least this location. The food that I was served was absolutely horrid. It was under cooked and the meat was extremely stringy. My teenager took one bite a very expensive piece of meat and almost cried as I tried to encourage him to eat it. The appetizer was pouring fat as if the frier wasn't hot enough. The service was sketch and the night just kept dragging and dragging and dragging. I'm done with Outback's. I will never go there again alone or with my family. read more

A great overall experience! my prime rib was cooked perfectly as was my wife's NY strip. Our server Seth was not only very attentive he also kept us laughing all night. He deserves a raise!
