It's got friendly service, good prices, and seating is plentiful. We were looking at a deal they had for a simple 6oz steak dinner. I'm large enough, now, that reducing intake is a really good idea, and am old. Old, old, old. This place had a good price on Omaha steaks with east seating and friendly service. It was an easy draw. Glad we did. The meal was well prepared and tasty. The Aussie beer was good. And did I mention the inexpensive cost? These days, that's notable. Parking is simple. Access is easy. Tried the new Croc Moc cocktail ( not just because it came with a little crocodile on the drink) and it was refreshing. Sprite mixed with the mango syrup and to go along with the drink I had the Sirloin and Grilled Shrimp with fresh veggies and their famous Auggie Style fries. Reviewing an oldie but a goodie. Went to outback to celebrate a family birthday last week and had a very solid experience. We had excellent service. Our server was attentive and friendly, and struck the perfect balance between professional but approachable. I also really like the front of house manager here. If anything goes wrong, he is quick to resolve any issues with a positive and apologetic attitude. Everyone's steaks were cooked perfectly at the table, and I heard very few food criticisms the entire evening. The only thing I would comment on is the texture of the lobster I ordered. I've never tried lobster at Outback before and probably wouldn't get it again. It wasn't bad, but it was a bit rubbery . Had a combo of grilled shrimp and ribeye. Undercooked shrimp. Ribeye was like a thin pork chop and half gristle. Loaded with pepper. Mashed potatoes tasteless. The entire meal was barely lukewarm. Watered down beverage. Server was excellent and all staff were attentive. We won't be back due to food quality which was at best like Golden Corral. Nothing like it was a few years ago. Music overhead was so loud. There were 2 customers yet the music was deafening. I had the chicken and shrimp Alfredo. Incredibly bland...no flavor whatsoever. Almost $24 and it wasn't good. I love this place! The staff is super nice, and the host greeted us right away- and even opened the door for us! There is a large waiting area with plenty of seating, fortunately we were seated instantly, even on a busy Friday night. They have a refreshing strawberry lemonade. The bloomin' onion was crispy and hot. The sauce is horseradish-y. I got a side of ranch because they have the best ranch. But of course, I had to have steak and coconut shrimp for the main dish! Once we were finally seated, Brooke, our server, single-handedly saved the night. She was attentive, friendly, and honestly deserves a raise for dealing with a bar staff that must be perfecting each cocktail with the precision of an artist. The specialty drinks? Delicious. Worth the wait? Barely. The food? Phenomenal--like "I'll forgive you for taking forever" phenomenal. My filet mignon was cooked to perfection, the baked potato was fluffy enough to double as a pillow, and the salad with tangy tomato dressing hit the spot. Outback, you tested my patience, but you also filled my belly with happiness. Would I come back? Very embarrassing/disappointing. I've supported outback for many years, along with many gift cards purchased etc. We all ordered pretty much the same thing which was Steak. Shrimp and chicken as all the meals were prepared the same way with salt/ pepper dumped all over the food? Didn't seem like a big deal but for $35 a plate I would have made it my priority Service was not good and hard to find . If I wasn't in the industry I wouldn't have tipped. My husband and I came for the first time. We chose to go with the 3 course dinner. My husband had the salmon and shrimp dinner and I had the sirloin. I had asked for the sirloin to be cooked to medium. Sadly it cam out VERY tough as it was cooked well done - there was no pink in the center at all. My husband couldn't finish his salmon as it had a slimy feel to it. I will say I enjoyed the chili and the bread pudding dessert. My husband enjoyed his salad. We got a gift card here, so decided to check it out after not having been in years. We won't be back. Parts of our meal including the asparagus were ice cold - not room temperature - ice cold as though they were pulled out of the cooler and put directly on our plates. Last minute date night decision to use a gift card from 2023 (we're pretty bad at using them). Wonderful experience as soon as we walked in. The host was smiling and friendly and our server Alex was kind and very attentive to us. I had the 8oz sirloin with grilled shrimp and it was cooked perfectly between medium and medium well. The food overall was good although a bit inconsistent. The standout was the steak. I had the 8oz sirloin and it was cooked perfectly and was almost as tender as a filet. I will add that my experience is that the seasoning level on the steaks and some of the other items is just a bit too heavy, so requesting a lighter level of seasoning might be a good suggestion. read more

It's Outback, let's get that out of the way. By that I mean, it's not an expensive steakhouse where your going to pay $75-90 for an 8oz Ribeye. The food is average for a chain restaurant. The service is good and friendly. Plan on arriving early to avoid the dreaded wait. The Ambiance is also average. It looks like, and is your average chain steakhouse. I've never had a bad meal there, so that's important. The bloomin onion is always good, but it would great if they had a smaller version. read more

I love this Outback location. We always get delicious food and the best service. We decided to finally cash in our Yelp coupons from the Yelp Elite event. I got the steak medallions. They were much smaller than I imagined, but they still had a decent flavor. I got medium rare. I always get the right temperature here versus other places. You must get the mac and cheese, it's amazing! My fiancee got the 10 oz Ribeye. This is one of the only locations that will cook his steak temperature to "blue." He is always so happy that they will cook it the way he enjoys it. He got mashed potatoes and they do not have gravy. (The cook is a genius.) The cook gave him some broth from the potato soup and it was life changing!! It is better than any gravy ever. At the end, the manager came out and spoke with us and gave us free dessert! Our waitress was friendly, but didn't have quite as much interest in us after her pitch for a $13 appetizer went unanswered. That would have filled us up without a main dish, I'm afraid. We had dinner tonight and we were pleasantly surprised! The wait was a little longer than planned but that was out of their control- lots of people wanted to eat at the same time- no big deal. The hostess team was fantastic: the team of three had excellent communication, were friendly and helpful. Even with the few impatient guests and servers who reported concerns, they handled it really well and should be proud of the work they did under a ton of pressure from all sides. The manager checked on us more than once and was really friendly- you can tell he likes his job and exuded excellent service which was mirrored by all staff. Brooke served us and was prompt, accurate, friendly, and went above and beyond. She is the type of server you hope to be seated with every time! With all the horrible service we see at other places lately, it's really nice and refreshing to get such great service all around. Will come back to this location again! Oh and the food was great! I am appalled at the level of service at this location. My husband and I are frequent patrons of Outback and this is the only location that we have been at where the kitchen service was horrible. We waited almost 1.5 hours for dinner and once we received it the vegetables were missing from 3 of the 5 entrees, the salmon was cold and after asking THREE times for bread they still did NOT bring it. My husband had a steak and it was overcooked and tough. I was supposed to have a loaded potato and they barely had toppings on them. I had to ask for it. The restaurant is not that busy so we cannot understand why the kitchen is so overwhelmed but it is painfully obvious that is the case. It will be a very long time before this party of 5 will return! My friend and I went to this Outback a couple weeks ago for lunch during the week and the experience was good. We sat down at our booth and ate a couple helpings of their warm, delicious bread.
