Service was ok but food and value was great. They have food and drink deals every day.

I stopped by Ouback, my favorite place. I was using one of my birthday gift cards i received. The gift card is sold by go Enjoy, which this is the second time I've had an issue with these cards. Anyway, I was on the phone with their customer service rep which was absolutely no assistance. The Manager Omar Padilla came over and we were chatting and I put my phone on speaker and he could hear that this was going no where. I told him that this is one of m h b day presents. He happy Birthday. I said thank you and he walked away. I polled out one of my debit cards to pay and Omar came back and had my bill in his hand. He said, "don't worry about the card this is on me, happy birthday". I was not only embarrassed but happy at his customer service. Matt Gentry you hired the right Manager. Great customer service. Outback Steakhouse at it's best.

The jalapeño margarita was enjoyable very good spice . The beverage was enjoyable but if someone likes a heavy hard then maybe add another shot . The boom-Rita was very good the variety was good . The parmesan bite was missing something the flavor was off a bit. The service was good the waitress was super kind.the ambiance was basic but it was. Clean and neat especially for a rainy day.

It's an outback, it's a chain, i don't expect to get blown away, but it did surprise me and that's a good thing. We had a gift card and a good opportunity to give them a try ! We had to wait like 10 minutes to be seated due to volume and that was just fine. We were quickly brought water to the table and a small but delicious loaf of bread for the table. That bread and butter was great ! Thereafter, we ordered a blooming onion for the table (Because that's what you have to do at outback right ? ) So on to the main course we ordered a porterhouse (medium rare), a NY strip (medium), and a bone in rib-eye (medium-well) to satisfy all the temperature preferences of the table. As sides we ordered a French onion soup, fries, baked potato, and asparagus. The blooming onion was a crunchy, greasy, heavily seasoned but fun and quite enjoyable onion experience. The steaks to my surprise were cooked to the right temperature and seasoned well and even topped with what tasted like a nice quick coat of butter before serving. Everyone enjoyed the way the steaks were cooked and tasted. Overall a good, and surprising experience from our neighborhood outback in Hialeah ! Although I did not find the meal to be cheap by any means, the food was pleasantly good!

I was a a party of one and was seated immediately at a booth. My waitress was kind, helpful, and attentive. Bread was hot and fresh, given without being asked for. The food was good. I had the salmon, baked potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a cesar salad. I also tried the lavender lemonade cocktail, it was a nice refreshing drink.

Typical, expected experience from an outback. It's a chain - can't expect extraordinary restaurant!!! But honestly had a good time with my husband. Cheap, predictable food. The bread here tastes amazing. We honestly came here for that. We then ordered the fried onion (a must here right?) and the sirloin and shrimp special they had. Between the two of us we spent 30 bucks. Cannot complain. I'll come back - you always come back to outback!

Very excited that hialeah got an outback! Came here with the wife for a cheap dinner. Our wait time was about 15 min so not bad. The server was also very nice although they ran out of utensils and we had to wait a while to get some. We ordered the fried onion appetizer and the sirloin. Both were good. What you would expect from an outback. We will come back. You always come back to these places.

My husband and I came in for a late dinner after a soccer game. It was about 8:30 pm. We were greeted immediately and were brought bread and water. I had the cheesy fries and wing appetizers and hubby had a burger. The food was good but our waitress was so darn slow for everything, even the check!! Very slllloooowwwww!!

A new Outback has finally opened in the heart of Hialeah. I was beyond excellent to check out this new location last night. Walking in, I was greeted by the host, and she took us to our table right away (no wait time). This restaurant opened about a month ago, everything looks nice and clean. I ordered the BOOMARITA flight, it's comes with a mango, blackberry ,watermelon and a house margarita for only $6.99 (what a great deal). After taking a sip of each one, all 4 of drinks were watered-down;(. I honestly was so disappointed. Now let's talk about the food... I ordered ALICE SPRINGS CHICKEN, Grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed mushrooms, crisp bacon, melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar and honey mustard sauce with side of sweet potato and "grilled asparagus". Every single item on my plate was overcooked. The ONLY reason why I gave this location two stars was because our server, Jean was INCREDIBLY accommodating, he was knowledgeable of the menu, was constantly checking in on us and provided top of the line service.

My husband is a major fan of the Outback and we frequent them a lot. We normally go to our local one in Miami lakes, which we are regulars too. However we decided we would try out the relatively new outback that popped up in Hialeah. We went, but it was not as enjoyable to us as our regular one. The inside lacked a bit of home comfort and soul. Not as Cozy and more modern. The bar staff were not as attentive or friendly either. Food was ok.

    Strawberry lemonade was enjoyable

We started with Parker House rolls (warm, pillowy, irrelevant to my diet) and a Caesar salad that genuinely made me question every Caesar that came before it. This is the Caesar your ex wished they were -- commanding, classic, impossible to forget. The wagyu tartare arrived like a quiet flex. No drama, just excellence. Then the spaghetti alla chitarra showed up and stole the whole table's attention -- duxelles and confit egg folding together into something that made my palate do a double-take. Rich, earthy, silky. The kind of pasta dish you describe to people at parties. Hangar steak was dead-on, but the real revelation? Potato butter as a sidekick. Not since Watson and Holmes has a pairing made so much sense. And the French fries -- look, our toddler is a fry critic with zero patience for anything subpar. Clean plate. Standing ovation (from a two-year-old, so interpret that liberally). Service was sharp and unobtrusive -- the rare kind that actually reads the room. The venue itself is designed for both dining and people-watching, which in Miami means the floor show is as good as the food. Sunny's doesn't just stack plates. It stacks moments. Will return. Will drag everyone I know. Zero notes.

At one point the food was taking a bit longer than expected, but Jordi kept us informed the entire time, which we really appreciated. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even better. When the food arrived, it was well worth the wait and perfectly prepared, flavorful, and presented. Even after paying, the staff continued to make sure we had water and asked if we needed anything else. This small gesture meant a lot. Sufrat has a great happy hour menu that ends at 6 PM. I tried the Moroccan Mojito, which was so refreshing. To eat, we tried the Shawarma Sushi and $1 chicken wing. The Shawarma Sushi name can be a bit misleading. It a wrap that was cut in form of sushi. It was good. I was hesitant about ordering chicken wings but I'm so glad we did because they were so delicious and crispy. They may have been the best chicken wing I've had. The service was excellent. I accidentally dropped my cocktail and they immediately cleaned it up and moved us to another clean table. I apologized for dropping it but not once did they made me feel bad about it. Instead, one of the staff stated it was an indication of having a great time. They also replaced my drink at no extra cost. A guy, who I assumed was the manager or owner, also passed by our table and ensured we were enjoying our time. Our server mistakenly brought me the wrong drink that I ordered, but I did not mind it because I actually loved the Moroccan Mojito and instead ordered another one. I also loved how they have copper cups because it makes water taste so much better. Their attention to small details like that makes the difference. Overall, I felt so welcomed and definitely have to return for more chicken wings.

Not quite -- but definitely better than my last visit. Creamy, savory, and packed with flavor, they still hit the spot. The spicy chicken bites? On point as always. I'd give the appetizers a strong 8.5 out of 10. Now, moving on to the entrée: I asked for my steak medium, but it came out medium rare. I still ate it, but it wasn't what I ordered. The sides didn't help much either -- the broccoli was bland, and the Caesar salad was just okay. Altogether, the entrée course was underwhelming. I'd rate it around a 6.5 out of 10. But the real star of the night? Dessert. The molten lava cake was pure perfection. Warm, rich, and indulgent with that gooey center and cold ice cream on top -- this was a 10 out of 10 no question. Easily the best part of the meal. As for the service... that's where things fell short. I waited what felt like forever just to get water, and even longer for my second Jack and Coke. It wasn't a busy night, so I assumed the bartender had already made the drink and it was just sitting somewhere, getting watered down. Eventually, my server came back and realized the drink had never made it to the table. She mentioned that the bartender doesn't add ice -- she usually adds it herself before bringing it over.
