Im only giving this location 3 stars because they did not have all their menu options readily available. This was my first time visiting this location and other than the lack of some of the items on their menu (which is not a large menu as it is), the rest of my experience was great. The employees were all very kind. The ma who made my bol was patient with me as I tried some of the ingredients; I had forgotten what the food tasted like and their menu changed a bit since the last time I went to a Bolay. There was a good amount of parking in front of the restaurant but the shopping center and there were a few people in there at the time of my visit but it was still pretty quiet. This would be a good place for a quick lunch. There was plenty of seating and if seemed pretty clean from what I could tell. Despite not all the ingredients being readily available, the food I did try was hot and fresh which is always a win. The portions were also pretty good so that was a plus. I would definitely return to this location if I'm in the area. read more

I really enjoyed my BRCAStrong Bol. This is a bowl that is extra healthy. More importantly, 20% of the sale price of the bowl goes to BRCAStrong foundation for breastfeeding cancer. I am always happy to see companies and customers give to a worthy cause. Back to the bowl. It is very tasty. It includes Coho salmon, kale, sweet potatoes, feta cheese, cilantro and some other things. Everything was good but my salmon was really small. I ate half of the meal before I remembered to take a picture so that would not have been fair to show. I like how they have healthy sauces. I paired my bowl with their bottled lemonade. This is ok, you can tell it is on the healthier side. The employees were cheerful and pretty funny too. The restaurant was very clean. read more

Today was my first time at a Bolay and I really enjoyed my experience. I ordered my food through their website and my food was ready at the time it was requested. The order was placed in an easy to pick up area, which not disrupt other patrons. I decided to eat in while I was there so I could enjoy my food. I ordered the pesto noodles (cold), kale salad, broccoli, pickles piñons and lemon chicken bowl. The combination was delicious. Everything tasted super fresh. There was a lot of seating area and the customer service was great. I got a large bowl and they really packed a lot of food in there! This is our local go-to for take out. We love the food here. I usually make my own bowl with sweet potato noodles, tofu, beans and potatoes with a spicy sauce on the side. If you're never tried the strawberry chia pudding you are missing out! It is SO GOOD!! Yesterday's food came with a nice surprise. The kids had inspirational messages on them. I LOVE THIS!! Finally tried Bolay for the first time and I'm already hooked. About the same concept as chipotle: pick a base, protein, and toppings. They have a good variety of everything. If you have dietary allergies, this is a great option! They offer Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegan food choices. We were dining with young children (1 &3) and were able to find menu options for them. This is a fresh and healthy option to the heavy Miami food choices. Sometimes I just need some greens! I tried the spinach "bol" with chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, cilantro, and the lemon dressing. I am currently on a low FODMAP diet and I was able to eat this without any issues!!! This is a great place for a large group because everyone can customize their order and get what they want. I wish there were more quick service restaurants like Bolay! read more
