Overall, good experience at this outback. Multiple problems, but they were all solved very well and kindly. Our salads came out before our cheesy fry appetizer. Which this has been a problem across multiple outback locations and multiple states. There's something off with the timing. They handled that by comping the appetizer. Happy! Our food came out shortly after looking delicious. Unfortunately, as I cut into my 9 ounce sirloin, it had a cool red center. It was a thick one so I am very understanding, but it threw off the timing of the whole meal so it was disappointing. They took the steak back on the griddle and brought it to a warm red center and gave us new fresh broccoli along with the corrected steak. Happy! Because of the multiple mess ups, they did offer us a free dessert. We weren't hungry so we declined and then they decided to comp our meal. Multiple instances where they could've just said sorry. More importantly, they solved the problems with effective solutions. An experience that could've easily been a two star they turned into a four star and I will be back! read more

We walked in and got the Gen Z stare, and also it was not busy at all (like that's strange). As we ordered, the waitress told us if we wanted baked potatoes or baked sweet potatoes she would try her best to get us some but their ovens haven't been working for a while, so she told us that we better have a backup plan for our side dish. I ordered a 5oz sirloin with coconut shrimp and a side of onion blooms petals, after about 20 minutes the sever told me that the coconut shrimp was still thawing? So I ordered grilled shrimp instead. When we finally got our food our steak was very dry and they forgot my side of onion bloom petals. But the waiter was very kind and got them out to me as soon as she could! My son had steak and shrimp and I ordered Steak and Ribs. Mariah was a great waitress. We had a small hiccup and the manager Anthony stopped over to check on us. He was super customer focused. Third time I've tried this place when I town, mostly because it's close to my hotel. Take out, door dash and 3rd time dined in. The third time was not the charm. This place is just awful. The food is way too salty. When I door-dashed the Alice Springs chicken was burnt. The dine-in experience was no better. Grilled chicken tasted old and the service was super slow, especially considering there was practically no one in the restaurant. Server did not offer bread--we had to ask at the end of the meal. The bread was the only decent part of the meal. Outback used to be good--or at least consistently ok--but this place was just bad on so many levels. Cameron was the best server ever. He took such great care of us. Restaurant was really busy, but the service was great and the food was fantastic too. I'm so very excited to have the classic Outback Mexican Martini. Cameron made sure it was just right, even added extra olives for me. This is a drink that originated at Outback, and I've been getting it for years. It's normally served with the martini shaker and an empty martini glass so you end up with about 3 1/2 drinks. I always thought it was well worth the $16. This drink is one of my favorite reasons to visit Outback. I shared the recipe in pics for all bartenders. Now if they would bring back the Walhalla Pasta, we'd be in heaven. :) Cold beers and always awesome salads, appetizers and hot fresh bread & butter. We will be back for sure! read more

One of the better filet mignons I have had in a long while! I did need to return the first steak because it was undercooked. Normally, I would just eat it for fear of retribution from the kitchen but I'm so glad I did return it! Service was super friendly and helpful. I would give this place no stars if I could. I can't answer for customer service, but in the last year I've used Uber eats to my hotel when visiting. The steak is always over cooked. And both times I've been missing at least one side. The asparagus was inedible. The steak which should have been rare both times was well done, and looked like it hadn't been seasoned. Has gone waaay downhill. Been there twice in the last two weeks. One dinner was the shrimp w/roumalade sauce. It was unremarkable. Last night had the Cobb Salad w/grilled chicken. A lot of yellow and white lettuce. I can't believe management would feel it was acceptable to serve it - and charge $20 for it. The men's room is dirty and smells like pee is all over the place. And to be clear it's not covids fault. It poor management, poor QA, poor training, and staff that either doesn't understand or doesn't care. Tonight, 02/14/22 we sat at the bar. It was 10 minutes before we were acknowledged, then 5 minutes later we asked for a beverage and a menu. 15 minutes later we asked to place our order, 20 minutes later I asked for a refill. Notice a trend? If I had not spoken up I would have died of thirst or starvation if I relied on the cognitive abilities of the bartender who was not named Chris. The food was mediocre, and my chicken was of the quality I got in the Marine chow hall 40 years ago. The prices are inflated due to Brandon's economy and then Outback starts the tip recommendation at 18% as if the place is any where near fine dining. Outback used to be a special occasion destination, now it simply makes Applebee's look upscale. I'm done with this place. read more

Had my dad's 75th Birthday dinner here, being Outback is his favorite restaurant. There were between 25-30 of us & the wait staff was awesome! They kept our drinks filled, checked on us a lot throughout the whole party, & were very superb with their service. Everyone enjoyed their meals & Dad had a fantastic birthday. Christy / owner at Outback Steak house was extremely rude. we called 1/12 ahead of time to schedule a reservation for our party , when we got there we waited another 45 minutes. staff kept telling us the table was getting set for us . when we finally asked for a manager Christy was rude and told us that they don't do reservations and that they were waiting for another table to get done before they would even seat us ? when we told her that is ridiculous and what is the point in calling ahead she tells staff go ahead and cancel their reservation . would not recommend if you have a big party. The bread came out hot and our waiter was perfection. Wish I'd gotten his name but he was training a blonde guy. His chemistry with his coworkers was great and fun and light. He was prompt, funny and efficient. Helped me pick a fruity drink for myself that I loved. The rum punch! Tastes like candy, I kid you not... I tried the herb crusted chicken for the first time ever, and it was delicious. It has melted cheese on top with tomatoes and the combination is really good. I'm a sauce person, but between the herb crust and the cheese and the tomatoes it needed nothing else. Oh, and the spices! I was not a fan of their French onion soup. I couldn't pinpoint why... I usually love provolone cheese melted on French onion but this one was just lacking something. My husbands filet mignon came just a little bit overcooked but it was still delicious to him. They do such a great job marinating their steaks that they always have flavor no matter how they seem to be cooked. We were so happy with the service and the food overall. The environment was great, too. I am shocked this location has such poor reviews, we showed up around 6 PM on a Monday night. It was not busy at all. Epic fail. Nearly $70 for two take-out steaks. The filet was overdone badly, missing one of the two sides, and the other side was wrong. The sautéed mushrooms were pure salt with some insane hot spice, the requested premium charge loaded baked potato was only basic mash and butter, and there was no sign of the premium charge asparagus! The second steak, a bone in New York, was not only very underdone (read half rare and half branded with a cold iron), it was full of sinew and gristle. Top that with a over salty crust, and you have totally destroyed the so-called "steak". The bloomin' onion was a nasty grease bomb, and the only crisp part was the plastic cup for the sauce. The side salad was good, so I guess they do get one star...... Avoid this location. I've had takeout from many Outback restaurants and never had this kind of nasty food presented.
