Came here last week with my family for lunch. I got the filet mignon medium-rare and it was cooked perfectly. I also enjoyed the baked potato and Caesar salad. Stopped in at Outback steak house for dinner tonight. I ordered the chicken on the Barbie and potato soup. The chicken was amazing and had plenty of flavor. The reason for the four stars is the soup with cold, but it was still super good. I elected not to return the soup since we were short on time.. We ordered a blooming onion for an appetizer, and it was very delicious. The service we received was super fast, and our waitress which I didn't catch her name was very friendly. Inside the restaurant was the typical outback restaurant and not very many people and quiet. I highly recommend Outback Steakhouse. read more

Really bad experience here Ticket 75. Went today placed a Togo order for a 8oz filet loaded mash and asparagus. Order was very expensive. 50 bucks after tip. My steak was cold, my asparagus (which these folks up charge and don't season) was mushy and the loaded toppings for that potato had hair in the container. I was able to switch out the container w the attendants from the Togo area before I left but overall I would suggest patrons be very cautious eating from here if you absolutely have to. You are paying for convenience and not quality. Never again. read more

We use to go there all the time but lately the service and food quality has gone down. We like sitting at the bar but on our November 13, 2025 at 6:30pm. The bar was full of dirty dishes from previous service. The restaurant needs a good cleaning every thing seems greasy and has moldy odor like something is wrong with the HVAC system. The reason why we like the bar is because we get fast service. We wait no bread, and waiting to put in our food order, after about 5 minutes waiting for our drinks which didn't arrive until we got up and we decided to leave the restaurant. Sadly to say this place is a waste of your time and MONEY! Bad quality steaks! Bad service! Not a manager in sight, he or she must know they suck. Came at lunch on a Friday nobody there maybe 5 tables including me and when my steak arrived I knew why. I'll start with I ordered half & iced tea was brought Diet Coke. Ordered the 18 oz bone bone in chargrilled ribeye with a salad and baked potato and it brought out all at the same time. The steak was so rare it wasn't even hot so I asked for it to be cooked more because it was bloody the server brought it back in 3 minutes and it was still not hot nor cooked right but I kept it and attempted to eat it but half was fat and 1/4 was gristle that only left 1/4 of of the 18 oz bone in rib-eye and what was left shared it's weight with the bone. This used to b a very good location but now it's on the bottom of the list. This place will probably close before 2024 if the owner doesn't get on top of this. Fire the manager if they have one, get rid of the staff in the kitchen and on the floor. read more

A very enjoyable family Sunday lunch, 6 of us at a big table so we could distance. We opened with cocktails and the new steak and cheese dip. It was very good, a touch of cream cheese with Cheddar and peppery bits of steak with crispy toasts. Two of our party had the chicken pasta, a huge portion with some to take home. The rest had steaks and prime rib. All the meat was cooked to order with our choice of sides, fresh salads, French onion soup that was hot and gooey with melted cheese, tasty Mac & cheese, and crisp veggies. My husband stopped here for lunch. We were seated quickly and our waiter took our drink orders right away. But then even though it wasn't busy the waiter took a long time before he took our order. After we ordered and received our food i couldn't wait to taste my 18 oz. Ribeye bone in lunch. Everything looked good but when I cut into it was so tough, it was cook to perfection but it didn't taste like a good grade of meat. I quickly let the waiter know and he took care of it and took it off the bill and asked if I wanted something else an I ordered the hamburger and it was so greasy I couldn't eat it either and the cheese looked like rubber. I didn't expect this from an Outback Steakhouse since there prices are so high. I guess they are serving a cheaper grade meat now. So sorry we spent so much money here. I haven't been to Outback Steakhouse in a long time but decided to go and treat one of my employees to lunch for doing such a great job lately at work. Plus I really wanted an Awesome Blossom. The service was outstanding. Our server was a step ahead of us when bringing out our drinks and some bread. She had refill drinks just at the right time without us even having to ask for them. Food was coded to perfection. I had the chicken and ribs combo with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese had the smokehouse flavor that set it apart from any other mac n cheese. It had been years since I've been to an Outback.. lots has changed. very early evening meal.. 5 pm on a Tuesday .. Food was good.. not great but good! Service was awful.. slow and couldn't seem to get order right snd could find silverware and couldn't get their attention to find any utensils.. no refills and no apologies.. did however get the check at the same time the second plate was delivered.. they brought one person a plate and 10 minutes later they brought the other persons plate.. I ordered the prime rib sandwich.. meat was way under cooked and ALOT of fat ...so I asked the waitress to remove it from the bill ...also ordered the shrimp chicken pasta dish... chicken was good pasta sauce lacked seasoning and the shrimp had iodine taste to them... the awesome blossom was great tho...when I asked for a Togo container the waitress kind drop slid it to me and walked off.... He got there 2 hours before closing and we're seated right away. 4-5 minutes pass and no drinks or anything to be told to move tables. Host had to get us our drink just for us to wait another 15 minutes for our waiter to even show up out of the back of the house. No sorry or anything and asked for our appetizer so we gave her our appetizer and food. Appetizer took about 5-10 minutes to come out, though food was gonna be quick too. Waited about 30 minutes for a cold hard potato, an under cooked steak and a cold piece of chicken, No asparagus even though I ordered it. My boyfriends steak was good but his potato was even harder than mine like it wasn't even cooked or cooked 3 days ago. She came back maybe 15 minutes later after giving us our food and we asked for the check. Took probably another 15 minutes for the card to come back because she was having "problems". Should have known it was going to be bad when walking up to the front door, we had to step over trash at the front door. The host told us there was a 10-minute wait when the place was half empty. I asked why and her response was not enough servers to wait on us. While waiting, went to restroom to wash our hands and there was no soap. Same restroom employees use. Ate their on night of May 9,23. Dining room Business not too busy, bar had good crowd. I was sat at a still wet booth table from previous guests. Server immediately walked up, introduced herself, unphased that the table top was wet. I had to ask her to dry it so I could put my silverware on the table top. I haven't opened the menu at this point, but was asked for drink and appetizer order. Had to tell server I haven't opened menu yet, please give me a few minutes. Bread and beer brought out. Several minutes went by without any follow up. Server finally came for order (gave app and entree together) because didn't know what type of service I would get afterwards. Different server/runner brought out app and salad practically within 4 minutes of each other. I wanted salad with meal (was one of my sides) but was never asked. At this point I have had no other interaction with the original server or a follow up for another beer or anything else. Manager walked by a couple of times but no acknowledgment Different server/runner brought out the entree. Still no sign of original server at my table but was bussing and walking in area and plain sight of my table. I have been out of my beer while finishing the salad and app. At this point I wanted to order a water, another beer and more bread. Was never offered. Not once did anyone come ask how was everything. Not once did my server come to acknowledge me except for "ready for the check? How are you paying? Cash or card? Not once was I asked...."how was your meal or did you need anything else.?" Check was left at table, never an Acknowledge for coming out or anything. By far, worse service I have ever experienced going out to eat. I had a large amount on a gift that I would have loved to unload a tip on to the server but I didn't. Tried calling the restaurant while on the road to share with the manager my experience or lack their of but was told "we are too busy, helping in the kitchen so she can't talk." Was absolutely taken back by that response. By the way the bar area cleared out and restaurant was not busy inside that a manager couldn't take a call from a guest. If this is how Outback treats their guests I am embarrassed for them and upper management should be the ones aware. Good luck to future guests. I hope you have a better experience.
