If I could rate it less than a one I would. Service was terrible. We had a large group (21 people) and 1 server. Starting off strong she dropped a glass of tea on one of our laps. It would have been fine, had they not given us the towels and said they would come clean it up later. Then she put the food in ticket by ticket which is fine, but the people at the beginning of the line were done with their meal by the time the last people had their salad. They missed at least 3 peoples meals. Never refilled our drinks. Never brought anything we asked for. It was a 2 hour mess! My daughter wanted to eat here for Her 10th birthday. She absolutely loves the bread with honey butter and salad. We went on a Sunday evening and it wasn't crowded at all. We got seated in a timely manner. Ordered a blooming onion, it was good. We had a table of 6 and no small plates were brought out. Our drinks contained barely any ice. And we couldn't get anyone to bring us napkins. Finally our waitress did and they were tiny, like the ones you use under your drink. We asked if they had anything larger and she replied no. That was all they had? We had to ask for bread. Requested honey butter with it. None was brought out. Asked again and got it. We ordered and everyone also got a side salad. The actually food took a while to come out but the salads came out quickly. Mine and two others didn't have enough dressing on it but our waitress brought more after I asked. She didn't check on us near enough. And since there wasn't many patrons dining we found that off. We ate at outback ALL the time at the other location and have been to this one a handful of times. I haven't been impressed since this location opened. But we've continued to give it a try..last night took the cake. Not only did everything seem to be done incorrectly inside, we all got sick once we were home. We are thinking it was the salad bc we each had one. Me and my husband absolutely love outback! It is out go to place for date nights. We usually get either the Prime Rib or Ribeye. Their varying cocktail menu is my favorite! I love trying their new drinks. The house salad is a perfect portion when waiting on the main entree. The service is always impeccable. We've sat at the bar multiple times as well as at tables and the experience is always good! Granted when their busy the service can be a bit slow but that's understandable when the kitchen is busy. We are always able to simply ask for our server and they come as soon as they can, no issues. We will continue to go here for a date nights for the foreseeable future read more

I never leave reviews but this was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The utensils and glasses were dirty. Our server totally forgot about us and we had to keep asking for things that were missing. People who arrived before us got their food way before we did. Everything was either overcooked or had no flavor by the time it came out. The server came by to check on us but didn't even wait to hear our response before walking off. First the bad. When we arrived we were told it would be a 30 min wait. We waited almost 40 min, In addition two couples were seated before us, that arrived 15 min after us. The hostess told us that the system does that sometimes! Really...!! So your system pushes back customers that have been waiting longer and pushes forward customers that arrived later? That doesn't sound right to me. Definitely need to figure out how to staff your tables and get these wait times down. The good. The waitress Michelle M was very sweet and attentive. They're new and doing great! Apparently there was an Outback in Conway years ago that I'm unfamiliar with. However, I saw this location being built from the ground up and couldn't wait to stop in for a Wallaby-Darned! As aforementioned, the place is brand spanking new and apparently everyone got the memo as it was teeming with people on a Wednesday night. Hubs and I sat at the bar and received great service from the bartenders. Our food came out promptly, and tasted great. I have tried. I really have, but this Outback is the absolute worst. What ever you do, DON NOT ORDER PICKUP. If the can mess it up they will. My Steak was supposed to be medium rare, it was medium well. My potato was rubbery and they didn't pack a single condiment. Not even the salad dressing. My daughter got the Brisbane Caesar salad, and my other one got chicken tenders with a side Cesar salad. They were the same size. The chicken tenders were hard and dried out like they had been cooked hours ago. Just an epic fail and sadly this is not the first time. This was my favorite place for steak in Conway. Pre Covid I was a regular. After having two back to back bad experiences I'm not sure I will go back. The time previously I waited 25 minutes past the time for my food. When I got home our sides were missing. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get them. This time the food that I ordered took over and hour to get to me. The only edible part of my meal was the salad. The sweet potato was so over cooked it was hard. The steak which was supposed to be medium rare was so over cooked and dry it was not edible. We were given random condiments that did not even go with our meal. The cheese fries were just plain without any toppings and our dessert lacked ice cream and other toppings. It was pretty clear to me there was not effort to even try to get this correct.
