    After having a great time at the Boysenberry Festival at Knott's Berry Farm,we're very hungry walking all day and tasting the variety Boysenberry infused items. We decided to go to Outback Steakhouse to get a nice especially a nice delicious steak that's I was thinking off...STEAK.. We're seated right and the hostess hand us the meal and ask us our drink order. We ask the waiter if they have the three course meal even I check my Outback app they have on the app then we ask waiter and he's say yes. We both order the three course meal but we upgrade to a higher level of the three course meal. I upgrade my steak to 6oz to 9oz with a baked potato and a side salad and New York style cheesecake with raspberry sauce company with cheesecake. My wife got steak also but her appetizer to choice was the coconut shrimp and baked potato. I order my steak medium rare because all the flavor of meat have to be perfectly cooked and seal the flavors. The steak was cook perfect even have crusted on the steak so good. The baked potato was awesome fully of flavor and layers of flavors and bold flavors. Last month was my birthday I use my Outback free birthday dessert I pick Chocolate down under one of my favorite dessert at The Outback Steakhouse. The dessert was pretty good and chocolaty goodness. The staff of the Outback Steakhouse were very professional and knowledgeable their duties were making the customers happy and enjoying a good meal. My wife recognizes the manager he was the manager at Polly's Pies he remember we thank him and staff the great work they did.

    Cole was very attentive, professional, and friendly as he came to the table often to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Luckily, they weren't too busy this afternoon and we got a chance to sit comfortably at a larger table near the TV's where we could see the game, order some delicious drinks, and try their tasty food. We didn't wait long before we had our awesome bloomin' onion, steak, shrimp, and pasta plates, and the Aussie sandwich. Everything was great today and timely in their spacious Beach Blvd dining room. We'll be back to try some of their other specialty dishes. Thank you Cole and Outback.

    Had a gift card and realized that I hadn't been to an Outback in quite some time. The kids were excited so I figured why not. We went on a Monday, so it was pretty quiet, I've seen this place packed other days, so we chose well. :) The service was top notch,our server Jonathan was on top of things the entire time, and even offered drinks to go. I was also very pleased with the food! My son really enjoyed his steak and shrimp, and my daughter enjoyed her shrimp pasta/steak combo. My wife and I got the Aussie Three combo, so we got our meals with a n appetizer and shared our cheesecake dessert with the kids. My steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, oh, and we can't forget the blooming' onion, a fam fave! In all it was a great dining experience and I would certainly return again! :)

    December 30, 2025 My husband and I stopped for lunch and met our very special friend before heading to the LAX airport for our flight back home to Hawaii. I ordered the 13 oz Ribeye steak, with broccoli & baked potato. I always order my steaks well done and steaks always come out tasting delicious at all the Outback Steakhouse I've dined at. Let me just say this is one of the best tasting steaks I've had! It was cooked to perfection moist & flavorful. As seen in my photo. Oh and the broccoli was very delicious too as always. If you're looking for a great tasting steaks and reasonably priced check out this Outback Steakhouse in Buena Park. Located near Porto's Bakery. We no longer have Outback Steakhouse's in Hawaii. My husband & I miss going there. Our next visit to California will definitely be back!!

    We went here for lunch today. I ordered the 18oz bone-in rib eye, mediim, with sides Ceasars salad and sweet potato. The steak was excellent, very tender with the right amount of marbling. I highly recommend it. The sweet potato, on the other hand, had one part of it that was discolored that looked like it was on its way out. The server today was friendly and very attentive. A second serving of the warm dinner bun was also welcome! It was a lunch meal so nothing special in the ambiance. The place is clean, we'll air conditioned, and the table/chairs were comfortable.

    Very attentive server! Thank you garlic parm chicken 10/10! It was made so divinely. It came out hot and well seasoned. The chicken was crunchy on the outside with a soft bite. Blooming onion 7/10! I think I would get a side of the petals instead of the entire onion! I liked it better dipped in ranch than the other sauce. Moc crock was so pretty it had glitter! 7.5/10 it was just really sweet. Got the ribeye medium rare 8/10 and sub the sides for Mac and cheese 7/10 and baked potato soup 6/10. My husband got the new chimichurri filet. It came with the blooming petals like a good amount. The end of the meat was cooked blue which was a bit too raw. he got fries and Mac and cheese for his sides. 7/10

    I ordered drive up pick up. I arrived 5 mins after the order was ready. There was another car waiting on their food. 5 mins after I arrive , they get their order. I wait an additional 10 mins. No one comes out, so I go in, and it's quiet inside. The man behind the bar says he can see my order on the shelf, but doesn't know how to ring it up, so he calls the server (same one who brought out the other people's food). She comes out, purse over her shoulder like she had already clocked out and was headed out the door. I look in the bag, the container with my food has the lid open and you could tell the food wasn't hot anymore. My drink was warm and the "hot" food was cold. I should not have tipped, but I did. You can tell in the pic just by looking at the dry ass noodles that the food was cold. Horrible experience.

    Me and my friend got hungry, and we want to buy ourselves a good steak. Good thing Outback Steakhouse is nearby, Parking is wide and the main entrance is closed which I like. We ordered one of their many specials, 9 oz steak (they have 6 oz and 12 iz too) comes with a bbq ribs and I've ordered extra side of lobster tails (yummy). The order comes with balsamic vegetables salad and mashed potatoes (optional sides). Daniela "our server" rocks! She kept on giving us , hot bread and spread before our order came. The place is kinda quiet when we came, great for guests who wants an intimate place, this is the place. I would definitely go back to this place, see you again Daniela!

    This happened on 9/21/25 around 4:40 p.m. I was there with my family, wearing gray scrubs. Edena told us "10-15 minutes." Cute. We waited nearly 50. In that time, about 10 groups who walked in after us magically got seated first. Twice I asked, twice I was told "you're next." Twice, a flat-out lie. Then suddenly, our name just vanished from the waitlist. How convenient. Meanwhile, Edena and Serenity (aka the bigot squad) kept giving side-eye and whispering while the only Asian family in the place kept sitting. When I asked if this was racism, Serenity's reply? A very eloquent: "what?" So shoutout to Serenity & Edena -- the bias queens of Outback -- for proving that steaks here come with a free appetizer of prejudice. Maybe I should've asked for the manager, but honestly, does Outback even train managers in anything other than Menu of Racism 101? Thanks for ruining a special day. Thanks for making sure I'll never be back. And thanks for reminding everyone that Outback's waiting list isn't "first come, first served" -- it's "first come, first served... unless you're not their kind."

    My family and I went here around 2pm on 12/31/2025 and had such amazing service from all the staff members. Not only was the server very attentive but even another server in the section asked how we were doing. The drinks were delicious and the steak was so soft and easy to cut into. Normally at restaurants cutting into a steak can be difficult but not this steak ! When we left they opened up the doors for us and each staff member wished us a happy new year!

The bill came as $79.86, I gave my card and that receipt was now $82.05. Buena Park tax was added to the first bill which made it $79.86, now there was a service fee of $2.39. Why is there Buena Park tax + service fee?? We basically didn't see our server after the meal was brought to us, no other service was given by her. Matter of fact, she actually walked out of the restaurant with us. She gave us zero acknowledgment and no apology. The lady that brought us the bill had to take our dessert request and provide to go boxes as well. Receipt does say "Andrea O" but we don't know if that was our server or if the lady that we flagged down to get the bill.
