Food here used to be so much better. Was here yesterday (9/8) for dinner and while the service staff was so great; the food fell very short. The blooming onion we had was super over fried (maybe oil too hot?) and soppy inside. Oily. I had a chicken dish with bacon and cheese over it. Was decent but super salty. Bf had a burger and he said besides it being drenched in mustard it was pretty good. I came today, Saturday at 12.30pm. Noone greeted us. The previous customers before us, seated themselves at the bar, then ended up left the restaurant. It seemed like no waiters at all! I didn't know what was goin on. It was 15+ minutes with noone greeted any of us. Only 1 or 2 servers brought out food to customers on the table. We ended up left the restaurant too. Other group who was waiting with us also ended up left the restaurant. So unacceptable. The Outback Management really need to do something to fix this. Uber Eats delivery: Food arrived on time, and the quality was very good. The 3/5 is for the pricing. 4 entree was $130. That's no alcohol and no delivery fee, my son has an Uber Eats membership. So while the food quality and taste was very good the pricing seemed high. read more

Lisa took amazing care of us. When my steak wasn't cooked to my liking, she came out to take care of it personally. She used good old fashioned customer service & apologized for the inconvenience. They charged us a whooping 150 dollars for our family of 5 to eat here . The thing is we really didn't order anything elaborate either. My wife and I each had a steak salad with cheap lettuce and a few strips of steak on top. My kids each ordered something from the kids menu. The food was fine...... But that's all. There was nothing remarkable about the food and the service was equally unremarkable. So ultimately it seems like there's a huge disparity between what you're paying compared to what you get. It's been a while (years) since we've been at an Outback, but it seems they downsized their menu. They removed the NY strip, which was my favorite and go-to order. Two center cuts + steak toppings on each, a pop and an alcoholic beverage totaled roughly $60. Service was good, but sitting in the bar area (which we did) was tough since for a majority of the time there was only one server. My husband and I went to Outback for dinner and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our server, Kayla M was so good. She helped me decide which entrée to have. I chose the salmon which was delicious. My husband really enjoyed his meal as well. She was just so friendly, kind and went out of her way to make sure we had a great dinning experience. We went in for my wife's birthday and were excited to have a great dinner. The restaurant was about half full after being seated it took 15 minutes to get drinks and 30 mins to get bread. We placed our order then two ribeyes medium and medium rare and a sirloin medium. The food arrived an hour after being seated. And we all checked our steaks were all wrong, the serlion was cold rare . After waiting for 15 minutes, the waitress said she would ask her manager. They credited the two steaks we did not ear the other we fed half to our girls, and they changed us. "Nice ambience, however undesirable overall experience." We visited Outback Steakhouse on two occasions and found the service and food to be inconsistent. My recent visit was nothing different from the previous one and the food took longer to deliver. We decided to give Outback another try. Our first visit experience included delayed food, missing order items, and a non-existent server. Our second visit was not too far in comparison from our first visit. The initial wait for our server was starting to become noticeably long. Our drink orders were taken about 15 minutes after being seated and our appetizer and entree orders was another 15 minutes. We were provided the customary bread and butter. The blooming onions arrived promptly with extra sauce. Our main entrees (Blooming Burgers) took an extra 30 minutes to arrived. One bite of the burger and I noticed my requested toppings was not taken into consideration. There was barely any water service and the condiments requested was not delivered. I requested a "to go" box and none came. I finally walked up to the hostess and she was able to deliver my request for a box. The overall impression is not a favorable one. The lack of service, disinterested server, incomplete orders and length of time to deliver entrees is the main reason why I am providing a lowered rating. read more

I usually enjoy going to Outback, even though they always cook our burgers well done when we ask for medium, I usually enjoy it. But this really angered me. On mothers day we ordered Curbside pickup at around 5:30. I set the pickup time for 7:00 since that's usually what time we have dinner. I get there, and they waiter tells me to park on the side. Okay, fine. I wait for half an hour with no one even coming up to my car...I got out and reminded him that iv'e been there for 30 minutes, and he said some people have been there for an hour and haven't gotten their food. So, as expected, I go back to my car and wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for my food. Finally, at around 55 minutes, he comes up and has me verify the order and pay. I get my food and finally drive home, absolutely starving. I get home only to find out in the seven minute drive home that our food was soggy, mushy and extremely dry. My moms salmon felt and tasted like a pancake, and the Bloomin' Onion had the texture of baby food. Don't recommend coming here on any holiday, it's extremely obvious they were understaffed and didn't know how to handle the situation. The servers did their best, running all over the parking lot; however I blame the management for overworking their staff and not having enough people on the clock. Spent 100 dollars for gross, dry mushy food. Would not recommend curb side pickup no matter what. Extremely disappointed. read more

Really disappointed in the service and food at the restaurant. I made the mistake of eating lunch at Outback on 7/13. All I can say is this is this is sadly becoming the Outback experience. The server was friendly and that was about all that was good. Food took over 45 minutes to come. When the manager came over to discuss he was armed with the alleged time the ticket was sent in, which was 32 minutes ago...Great! So your saying your server didn't send it in on time. Unbelievable. The food was HORRIBLE! See attached picture of what is supposed to be Lobster Tails. My wife tried but just couldn't eat them. My sons Chicken strips were way over cooked, my steak salad was served almost soupy. The meat was so tough I could not even cut it without spilling salad everywhere. We did not eat either. The manager came over, comped a couple of our meals and gave me some sort of discount card that I will never use. My advice, stay clear of this place. It was that bad. Worse than I expected. Was looking for a quick bite and landed here. Ordered the grilled shrimp w/salad and baked potato. Shrimp was way over cooked and way too spicy. I couldn't eat it. My boyfriend ordered the steak and shrimp pasta and he agreed shrimp were too spicy and he likes spice! The waitress took our plates and payment and brought us the bill with a card for free blooming onions for next time. There won't be a next time and I'm pissed I paid $20 for a bake potato and salad. I had a phili cheese steak sandwich that tasted looked like it was just heated up. The flavor was extremely bland and I had to peel off the old looking wax wrapper from it and open and add seasoning. There was only 10 people in the entire restaurant. My grandmother at 92 years old was told to go sit on a bench. After five minutes of waiting I approach the hostess bar and asked why we were being asked to wait and they said that they were understaffed. The one hostess turned her back to me murmurs some comment to the other one. Between the huffing, puffing and rolling eyes of the inconsiderate staff, we had made the decision to take our business somewhere else. I will not be returning and neither will the family members who were with us. We were both so dizzy we could not get out of bed. It took us until Thursday to recover causing her to miss two very important meetings and a Christmas party. We both had the so called ranch dressing on our salads and we both thought it tasted bizarre. We should have left when we got our burnt blooming onion to start, but unfortunately we didn't .
