Sorry this is kinda long, but wanted to share this about a business in Bothell. I had been a regular customer of Outback Steakhouse and had ordered lunch or dinners from this location many times without a problem. Unfortunately, my experience recently, on August 13--and especially how the situation was handled afterward--was so disappointing and unprofessional that I will not be returning. That afternoon, both a coworker and I placed separate online orders for curbside pickup, with her order indicating that I would be picking it up for her. My order was a side salad, a small order. We had done this before without an issue, and the employees were familiar with us and our names. And just to mention, I have previously written positive reviews for Outback through the link in the email they send out after an order. Anyways, when I arrived that afternoon, a friendly employee that I recognized from ordering and picking up in the past, brought a bag to my car, chatted with me briefly, and I thanked her and left. Since I was there to pick up both orders, I reasonably assumed both were included. When I returned to work, I discovered the bag contained only my coworker's order and mine had not been given to me. After work, I had to make another trip to the restaurant to retrieve my order. A different employee came out to my vehicle, who I also recognized from previous uneventful orders, and instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and apologizing for the inconvenience, she was defensive and told me they "never put two different orders in the same bag" and insisted it was not their fault. I was shocked that rather than focusing on resolving a simple mistake, she seemed more concerned with assigning blame to me. When I asked whether they could offer something for the inconvenience and time of having to make a second trip, her response was a curt and grudging, "What do you want?" I asked what they had to offer, and she mentioned cheesecake or carrot cake, so I chose the cheesecake. When she returned with my order, she stood beside my vehicle and continued explaining why the restaurant was supposedly not at fault instead of simply handing me my order and allowing the situation to end. The exchange became unnecessarily tense and uncomfortable. The next day, I called and spoke with the manager, who told me she was also the person who had originally brought the order to my car. She made a point of telling me that she was the manager and the owner. That really surprised me because it meant she was the employee who had failed to bring out both orders in the first place. Yet she also remained defensive and continued insisting the restaurant was not at fault because they never put two different orders in the same bag. I eventually received an apology, but after such a difficult conversation, it did not feel sincere. What happened next was even more troubling. A few days later, another coworker told me that when she picked up her own online order from Outback, (the employee evidently remembered her from previous orders of ours), and began telling her what had happened when I had come in previously. This employee actually mentioned my name, discussed what had happened between me and the restaurant, and again tried to explain why they believed the situation was my fault. My coworker didn't know anything about it, because I had not mentioned what had happened. She told the employee, 'I don't know what you are talking about. I'm just here to get my order." My coworker said it was pretty awkward how the employee was talking about me to her in such a negative way. For a restaurant to do that, especially such a major restaurant as Outback Steakhouse, really crossed a line for me. Whatever disagreement the employees had with me should have remained between the restaurant and me. Discussing a customer's complaint by name with that customer's coworkers is extremely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Mistakes happen, and had someone simply said, "We're sorry we missed your order and that you had to come back," this probably would have been a very minor issue. I know I would have said, 'oh it's ok!" and dropped it. Instead, multiple employees--including management--repeatedly became defensive, refused to take responsibility, and then discussed the situation with another customer who happened to be my coworker. I always enjoyed the food here and had been a loyal customer with no previous problems, which makes this especially disappointing. But after the rude and unprofessional way this was handled, I will not give this Outback Steakhouse my business again. read more

We have come to this particular location for years though it's a bit of a drive. Outback clearly is a low bar chain steakhouse and we don't eat at other locations while traveling but feel like this is our "comfort place" when I don't want to cook and the wife just wants a "Rita" with dinner. A friend that's particular always talks about Outback being a salty menu and it is but I'm ok with that. Two tips: Costco has gift card packs that turn into 20% off While the dining room and host busy during peak times, the bar has open seating often that a couple people can just go take. This has become our norm. This last Friday night there was a lot of the senior bunch taking advantage of this in even bigger groups so it was more busy but we snagged a table with views of the tvs for games. The servers this time were friendly but not particularly efficient or thorough. One bussed my napkin after my salad course and it took us 10 minutes to get utensils and napkins in the first place!!? They were busy but I've had much better service here regularly. But it worked out great with a big beer and her Rita and the food was reliably good. Great bread and the steak always cooked to my order I often get the loaded potato and it is! If you tell them to have chef make the potato likes he's high, they bring you an extra plate of all the toppings! We will return regardless of some variation in service time. read more

My mom and I grabbed menus for ourselves, and all we saw were lunch menus. I was looking for lobster, and couldn't find it. I asked the waitress, and she said it's only on the dinner menu. I didn't realize I could order off the dinner menu. She went to get me one, but it seems like that's something that could be made more obvious. The waitress was amazing, though. She was very informative and polite. The lunch menu showed meals coming with sides as a part of the meal, and I made the mistake of thinking that my sides were going to be included, too. They were only $2 each, and maybe I'm just oblivious, but it seems like that could have been made more obvious, too. I got two lobster tails, with bacon mac and cheese and creamed corn as my sides. I think of myself as hating creamed corn, but I thought I'd try theirs, and it's great! If you hate the canned stuff, give the Outback's creamed corn a try. They only had Coke products, so I figured they didn't have Mountain Dew, but I asked, anyway. She said they had Mello Yello, even though it wasn't on the menu. She said that they don't always have the same drinks, so if there's a drink you want, I'd ask and see if they have it in stock. All of the food was amazing. I couldn't have asked for better. I recommend asking for a spoon right off the bat, though, because they don't provide one, and the sides would be much easier to eat with a spoon. read more

We picked up some gift cards for Outback while at Costco because neither myself nor my husband had been in years and thought it was worth trying again. We came for dinner last night and had a good time. The food was pretty good and the service was fantastic. We got the blooming onion to start. It was tasty but super greasy. It was a massive portion and could easily feed 4-5 adults for an appetizer. My toddler also loved it. I got the sirloin and coconut shrimp. The sirloin was cooked perfectly and pretty tender. I didn't love the coconut shrimp because they were a bit overdone and the breading fell off easily but they weren't bad. I also didn't like the mashed potatoes because they were very lumpy but also overly creamy/liquid at the same time. The Caesar salad I got was fine but nothing special. My husband got the sirloin and ribs and enjoyed both. I had a bite of the ribs and they were really tasty. Our waiter was great and the food came out amazingly fast. I used to love this Outback location, but this visit was a mess and nothing like the Outback I remember from months past. Right away, there was a fundamental flaw with the service flow: our waitress was friendly and professional and took our order, but a different person delivered the food (black shirt--maybe a busser, and she seemed new). She didn't know whose order was whose and handed plates to us instead of placing them on the table. My upgraded wedge salad came out odd, with balsamic vinegar on top of the ranch. The lettuce also tasted bitter and the ranch lacked the usual flavor. When the plate was handed to me, the bottom was covered in dressing, so I got ranch all over my hands. Then I grabbed my fork and the handle was covered in balsamic vinegar, so now I had ranch and balsamic on my hands. I asked for napkins and we waited a long time and didn't get them until much later. Entrees were mixed up too. And the busser brought out my mom's ribs, they slid completely off the plate and onto the (dirty) serving tray. Instead of replacing them, the busser picked them up with her bare hands--I watched her fingers sink into the ribs--put them back on the plate, and tried to hand them to my mom. I asked her to please replace them. She came back a minute or two later with what may have been a new plate, but it was pretty darn fast and it honestly looked like they may have just added more sauce to cover the finger imprints (hard to tell). More problems: * My mom asked for plain mashed potatoes with butter (food allergies), but she was given loaded mashed potatoes instead. The mashed potatoes were also lukewarm and bland. * My mom also asked for a Coke refill and never got it. * The ribs weren't hot (lukewarm), were salty, and the sauce didn't taste like it usually does--overall very mediocre. * My girlfriend ordered her ribeye steak medium-well and it came very well done. It was very thin, tough, lacked flavor, and honestly seemed boiled. Her side of onions tasted soapy. * While eating my ribs, I found a packaged wet napkin under the food on my plate. It was still in the package, but it was under the food, which isn't sanitary (someone's hands placed it there). I told the waitress politely what happened. She apologized, stayed professional, and asked how the ribs were. I showed her the wet napkin under the food, and she reminded the assistant that I needed napkins (with a "please," of course). Then a woman who didn't identify herself as a manager (but must have been) offered cheesecake "for the hassle." It was a nice gesture, but we didn't want cheesecake. When I explained the rib incident, she said the busser told her she had been wearing gloves. That was 100% false, and that untruth made me wonder if the ribs were actually replaced or just "covered up" with more sauce. The cheesecake was barely edible--flavorless. We each took a bite and left the rest. We asked for the bill three times because we just wanted to leave. It took about 25 minutes to get it, and she finally brought napkins then. My girlfriend also asked for a takeout box for the barely eaten steak (for our dog), and that took about 20 minutes. Then the busser brought out a piece of plain cheesecake and said it was the takeout we ordered (we did not). The waitress later said the assistant gave it to us "since she felt bad," which was unusual since we clearly didn't like the cheesecake and we never wanted or ordered it. $140 total, and they didn't even comp the ribs--just gave us bad cheesecake we didn't want and couldn't eat. Not a great experience, and it wasn't even that busy - Saturday night and maybe 50% full at most. We won't be back. Solid one star. And we'll be redoing my mom's 82nd birthday dinner somewhere else. This was the WORST experience we have had at this location, they had our server on her 4th day running around like a chicken with her head cut off, poor girl, secondly my moms salmon came out RAW the server took it back, came back out and said that's how it's supposed to be cooked according to the kitchen, then the manager or someone else in a red shirt came out with the salmon and said that's how it starts out being cooked(I don't think so) thirdly, my steak was not well done on my pasta, the server took it back the same women in the red shirt came back and said "it was to done for her liking" and criticized how I WANTED my steak cooked as a manager that's NOT how you talk to your patrons. read more

What a great place to dine! Barbara, our server was fantastic! Recommended a half blooming onion to try instead of the full portion. She recommended even how to air fry it in case of left overs. But we finished it all. We had half rack ribs and the outback burger. Ribs were fall of the bone type with lots of flavor. Very good. The broccoli that came with it was cooked properly. Steamed well, not at all soggy and still had a crunch to it. My burger was perfect. Love it. Cooked to the temperature I requested, crunchy and warm fries Everything is good. Went here for my birthday yesterday. The new three course meals were a pretty good deal. The house salad was sparse, and the Cesar looked better. The steak cooked well done was a bit chewy but had good flavor. The baked potato and mashed potatoes were very good. The presentation on the plate was plain. My husband had the green beans which were very tasty. The cheesecake dessert was good. The fancy drinks with the unique ducks on them were flavorful and fun. The prices for those were a bit high ($9), but the special color changing platypus lemonade my son had was more reasonable ($6). The brown bread was okay, but mostly dry. My mom enjoyed the onion soup but the cheese was almost too hard to eat. They didn't do anything special for my birthday, but it was still nice to go here since we hadn't been here since the remodel around Covid time. The service was okay. Where do I start. This place was horrible!! My wife and I walked in at 7pm on a Saturday to a nearly empty restaurant, we were promptly seated, given our water, complimentary bread and butter, and started looking through the menu, I chose to get the prime rib sandwich , French fries, and loaded mashed potatoes, and for my wife the 8oz filet medium rare, with a Cesar salad, and a side of loaded mashed potatoes, and we got the signature blooming onion appetizer, our server was decent, frequently checking in making sure we had fresh drinks, a bit of an attitude, but I digress. our entrees come out we both have baked potato's, not loaded, and I have a slab of prime rib so I tell the server our orders aren't correct, tell her the correct items, they take our plates comes back 5 minutes later with a bowl of mash, not loaded for my wife then come out another 5 minutes later with THE SAME PLATE of steak and baked potato and proceed to tell my wife she can choose to eat the potato, or take It home but they can't use it, her steak is cold, her mash is cold, and after eating half of the steak she finds a short black hair on her steak (she has really long red hair) my food comes out now and it's the sandwich as ordered ON THE SAME PLATE so it's soggy! my fries are cold and my NON LOADED BAKED POTATO is cold as well, our server comes back i tell her there's a hair in my wife's food and mine is extremely cold and soggy, she says "oh, well, it's not my hair" walks away, asks if my wife and I if we want our food remade we both say no and I ask for the check, on our check they only comped the steak made us pay for everything else, I pull out a $50 on a $47 bill and we get up and leave, as we're leaving we get chased down out the door by whom I can only assume is a "manager" of some sort with a cheesecake in her hand after we denied free dessert and made it clear we wanted to pay and leave, she asks us to come back in and enjoy our cheesecake, we say no, she asks if we want the cheesecake to go, we say no, she says "this cheesecake is for you it's complimentary" my wife says "we don't want it, we left money on the table, have a good night" Please people, if you're thinking of spending your hard earned money on a nice steak and have a good atmosphere with your family, friends, co worker, etc. DON'T SPEND IT HERE!! not just this establishment but the Outback Steak House franchise, my wife had to convince me to go eat here tonight, we drove out of our way to a nicer location as well to give them a better chance as I've only ever had issues with this "franchise" no matter where I go, safe to say she understands why I don't eat here anymore, not just to this location but to the franchise, you just lost two good paying customers and only continue to lose customers I remember when this locations opened and how busy it was, now we walk into a Saturday night empty and our orders are getting messed up, and e still had to pay for it!!!! please do better. read more

I usually enjoy my visits to this Outback but the quality of the meat seems to vary. My wife and I visited this location about 8 PM on Easter Sunday. We both ordered the 8 oz Fillet cooked "medium +". They looked identical when they came out and wife's was tender and good but mine wasn't. I literally couldn't force my fork through it, it fact, I don't think I was able to get it even halfway despite a firm grip on the fork and considerable force. To be clear, I wasn't using the side of the fork, I was holding the fork vertically and trying to push the points of the tines into it. It felt like sawing wood when trying to cut it but I managed to reduce part of it into pieces that were a chore to chew. I eventually gave up and abandoned the last third. The salad and mashed potatoes were good but I didn't enjoy the meal overall. I have had good fillets here but every now and then I get a tough one. read more

There is honestly just no point in going to this Outback location again!! They have given up here and it painfully shows!! Our server was slow and had an attitude, they were out of several items on the menu, and the steak looked like it had been cooked on a short order griddle and not on any sort of a grill!! I honestly could have made a better looking and better tasting steak at home on my BBQ grill..... and in fact, I JUST DID!!! And.... it cost me a fraction of what the Outback charged us for an inferior dinner!!!! I've been coming to the Outback steakhouse for more than 25 years now, BUT..... that being said.... Come here if you enjoy not eating. I came in here with a friend and stood there waiting for almost 10 minutes and didn't even see a SINGLE EMPLOYEE in the entire restaurant. The two tables of people sitting probably went back to the kitchen and cooked their own food because I literally have no idea who was serving them. We stood there and stood there until there were other people waiting behind us. Still no server or host to be found. Not to mention it was about 10° inside probably to deter people from coming in because they'd rather hide in the back than serve their customers. The one time we did see someone we thought might be a server, she quickly made eye contact with us and went right to the back and we continued to wait for six more minutes before we gave up! Have been here for as long as I can remember. We have a large family of over 20 people and Outback is always phenomenal in hosting us. Servers are always friendly and get our food out at good paces. Sugar on top is that they've added rewards system that makes us want to come back for more! I've tried pretty much everything on the menu and you can't go wrong with anything. The bread is amazing. I have to say I'm a big fan of the pasta with the steak on top, but can't ever go wrong with a loaded baked potato and steak. Love Outback Steakhouse!!! read more

Wonderful food and service!! 5 of us had dinner here last Friday Night. It was super delicious and the service was wonderful! The blooming onion and coconut shrimp were hot and very tasty! My lovely wife had the Victorias filet and loved it! My son and I had the full rack of tasty fall off the bone ribs! Super duper yummy! Perfectly sauced on very tender ribs! This is my first time at an Outback Steakhouse for YEARS. We're visiting the Pacific Northwest for a brief vacation and we're not getting a car this time. Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and right next door happens to be an Outback, so THAT'S where we went. We walked in and were promptly greeted by a wonderfully cheerful young lady by the name of KHLOEE. She had a great smile and attitude. She helped us out with a sample of the wine we were considering and we liked it. We tried the Conundrum White Wine Blend. I found this wine to be very good. It was fruity and crisp. We started off with an order of Shrimp on the Barbie. I hadn't had this item for many years and forgot how much I really like it. The Shrimp are grilled and come with a Remoulade sauce and are served on top of some of their awesome toasted garlic bread. I LOVE French Fries and quite often I indulge my passion and get some. Tonight was one of those times. I found their (plain) Aussie Fries delightfully good. They are good size but not as big as steak fries. And the flavor and texture were really good. The fries were followed by a Caesar Salad. The romaine lettuce was tossed with their house Caesar Dressing - which had a good Caesar Flavor, and was a bit tangy. The croutons were good as well and not too plentiful. The salad was not over or under dressed which happens quite often. It's either too wet or too dry. This one was very good. The restaurant was kind of busy and the atmosphere was quite electric. All the staff seemed to be happy and busily providing service to all the guests. The person who appeared to be the manager was walking around and assisting wherever he was needed. He even delivered our Shrimp on the Barbee to our table. The restaurant appeared to be very clean and well kept. The restroom was clean as well. KHLOEE had to leave as her shift had ended. So our new waiter came by to help us. Her name was Sydney. Coincidence that Outback is from Australia and Sydney is a MAJOR city there. She had the same friendly, helpful personality as her predecessor. Overall, this was a very good experience. It reminded us of the quality of The Outback Steakhouse food and service. We recently moved and I didn't even know if there is one near our house. BUT, I just googled it and there is!! We visited this location for the first time in probably 8 years because our Tweens wanted steak but we didn't want to spend a ton of money. First they have remodel and removed most of the visually overwhelming "flair" that used to be a thing. It's a nice change. Our server was very kind and sat us quickly. Food was good and they had a ton of options and combinations. $7 cocktails was a hit too but slow to arrive. They accommodated my daughter's request for light seasoning without issue. I have a Soy allergy and it was disappointing that all of the non-potato vegetable sides at this location have soy in them according to the allergy chart on their site. I ordered online last night and parked in the curbside pick-up. There's a sign there to stay in your car so I did. A lady arrives a little after I do and proceeds to get out of her car and walk inside to get her food. The person handling curbside pick-up never bothered to look outside the glass door to see me parked there. After sitting there for another 10 minutes I figured this person isn't coming out so I get out of my car to walk inside and my food had been sitting there the whole time. I grab it and walk out. Once in my car I check the bag and notice there's no napkins or utensils so I get back out of my car to go inside to get some. At this point there's a different person there who gives these to me. I ordered the Kingsland pasta with steak and shrimp with a caesar salad. Whoever packed my dinner in the bag placed the hot pasta dish on top of the salad. Haha wow. The pasta dish itself did not taste fresh and looked nothing like the menu picture. I got 3 chunks of meat, pasta that looked like it had been sitting out and semi decent shrimp. The bread they give you was not fresh either and it was hard at the bottom like it had been heated in a microwave then wrapped in foil. Overall terrible experience and food. read more

Went to this location as my first time to an Outback as an adult and wow, it was much better than any experience I had as a child. All of our food came out in a fair amount of time, it was hot and tasted delicious. Service was kind and quick. This one has recently been remodeled and the inside is super nice. I continue to come here ‍ I definitely consider this establishment "ones of those average American themed food chains". But it's nearby, it's always open, it's family friendly, it's affordable and it's usually pretty good. The service may be average and the seafood may be a tad overcooked, but their other proteins are pretty good. My highlight is the pork chops with marmalade or the ribeye with garlic butter. Some of the items can be a bit overseasoned in my opinion; like the rice or the blooming onion. But overall, it's pretty good. I would say maybe too protein heavy. But if you're in that mood it's the perfect place to go. read more

My husband, 4 daughters and I stopped in here the other night for dinner. We were greeted right away when we walked in and were sat immediately. When we sat down we were greeted right away by our server and our drink and appetizer order was taken. We ordered the blooming onion, cheese fries, victorias filet, chicken on the Barbie, the salmon, and Alice springs chicken. Appetizers came out hot and fresh and with extra dipping sauce like we asked. Next our salads came out. Lettuce was crisp and fresh and they had the perfect amount of dressing. Our entrees then came out. The filet was so tender and easy to cut and cooked perfectly! It was so flavorful. The chicken for both entrees was juicy and tender and not over cooked at all. Two of my daughters got the salmon. It came out perfect. It was flakey and not over cooked at all and was very flavorful. Our server was very attentive and really nice. She got refills when we needed them, brought refills on the bread, and was just overall really friendly and pleasant. My family loves coming here for dinner. We always have a great time and experience when we come. The people that work there are always super friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. Ordered from Outback. We ordered two meals, one steak salad, a potato, and a piece of cake. We got a salad and dressing, no steak. Our delivery driver says she asked them if that was really all and they said yes. We got one of those little bags that normally have the bread and butter and it was just...butter. Yes, that was rock bottom. They couldn't even be bothered to give us a roll much less the food we paid for. My kids love Outback, but I'm going to make them choose a different favorite. Last two times of visiting have been a disappointment. I choose this place for my birthday dinner out. It has been at least a couple of years at least since our last visit. I was really craving for a blooming onion. I am not sure it it was understaffed for the day or not, although we were seated fairly quickly, we waited somewhere between 5-10 minutes for our waitress to come over or someone to even bring us a class of water. Service was snail speed, we almost gave up and went somewhere else, I Kidd you not. The waitress was very sweet and friendly...I'm gonna guess overworked but never complained, Often we wondered where she went. The food over all was very tasty but I don't remember everything being so salty before. Maybe it was just us that thought so. They were not serving prime rib (available only on weekends and holidays). The next menu item my hubby ordered was out as well so he settled for another item. I was really hoping for some pasta but the only pasta they had was with shrimp which I don't eat. The price of our meals going out was not worth it. We won't be revisiting anytime soon. We visited the Outback Steak House in Bothell on 5/22/2025. We ordered a bloomin onion app to start which was on the lunch menu for $7.99. The waitress told me the onions that came in were way too small to make the bloomin onion so she would get me a bloomin peddel appetizer instead. I said ok. The bloomin peddel appetizer arrived & it was yummy. We ordered lunch. My daughters salad was delivered in record time. My salad (a simple ceaser) took a long time to come & arrived right before my lunch was delivered. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen. The timing was surely off. The restaurant was nearly empty so we didnt understand what the hold up was on the salad (a seemingly simple dish to toss together) it was good but needed lemon. Our lunch arrived & was good. When our bill arrived I noticed that the bloomin peddel appetizer was priced at $8.99 instead of at $7.99 like the lunch menu indicated. I asked the waitress about it (her name was Hanna) she acted offended that I was asking about a dollar difference on the price of a menu item & she actually tried to shame me by saying "Its only a dollar difference, do you want me to take a dollar off your bill in a smart-alecky kind of way" I said yes & I showed her the menu where it said the bloomin peddel appetizer was $7.99. I didnt appreciate her trying to shame me for her mistake or was it???? I beleieve she didnt make a mistake at all & I believe she was fuming that she was caught trying to upcharge our bill. Watch your bill & look at the prices you are being charged especially if Hanna is your waitress. It was not a good experience. She did take a dollar off my bill but really it shouldnt have happened & I really didnt appreciate it. Likely wont go back to this location again. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! First of all we come in as a group of 2 and there is not 1 person there besides us not making this a racial thing but we're the only 2 people and young African Americans. On our way leaving the establishment we are stopped at the door and asked "did you find a way to pay" we told the lady working there we paid with cash and left a tip after that she proceeded to ask our waitress if we paid yelling it in front of everyone that was now there after we just told her we did like we were lying or something. Totally not ok! Do they stop everyone at the door and ask if they found a way to pay then ask their waitresses if they are basically telling the truth or not? read more

It's so unfortunate that they messed up our online order. They overcooked the coconut shrimp so bad that what they gave us was dark brown lumps. Half of the potatoes in the order were missing. I called the restaurant but they put me on hold so I hung up. read more

I've always enjoyed Outback Steakhouses. As a kid I was obsessed with their ribs, and growing up learned to appreciate a wide variety of their menu. From their steaks, wings, Bloomin' onion, and the best croutons atop their salads, I've never walked away disappointed in the food. It kind of felt like the waitress didn't like us much. We saw her laughing and chatting with other tables, but she mostly just dealt with us in passing. I'm giving the experience the benefit of the doubt, since we're not really chatty people, so that isn't reflecting in the rating. What is reflected in the rating is that this Outback was the best food experience we've ever had at an Outback. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the sweet potato was flavorful, the salads were fine as ever, with those amazing croutons on top. We ate there 10/15/23. Our VISA was run twice. After a call to Gabriel, a manager, 10/29/23, a letter to Gabriel 11/28/23 and a dispute filed with VISA, VISA refunded one of the charges. That will probably be my last time eating there. read more

The food at this Outback is quite good; our kiddo is especially fond of the prime rib. There isn't much on the menu for the pescatarians in the family, but the seared ahi tuna (appetizer) and the salmon entrée are both delicious and well worth the trip. So why three stars? Except for our first visit roughly a year ago, the service at this location has been, well, mediocre. All the staff are polite and friendly, don't get me wrong. They're just not... On top of things. Take last night, for example. We weren't offered any bread, though they brought some for us after we requested it. Our kid ordered his usual prime rib with two sides, and one of the sides hadn't shown up by the time he finished eating. We tracked down our waitress and she brought the second side. Then we ordered a second round of cocktails to sip on while our kid had desert, and while the desert arrived in a timely manner the drinks never made an appearance. At least we didn't end up paying for the drinks that didn't arrive. It's little things, I know. But when casual dining for three runs over $150, the little things start to matter. read more

Pleasantly surprised by how great our food and service was! In all honesty we had fairly low expectations based on our last visit here several months ago. Seems like they got things straightened out with both food quality and service. We had two steak meals and the Alice springs chicken, all meals were hot and tasty. Bread immediately came out right as we were seated, nice and hot too! Our drinks came right out after ordering and our server was super nice and attentive even though she was fairly busy. We've tried to give this places multiple chances since it's nearby and the food is normally good but we just can't anymore.. After placing a pickup for 9, you'd assume a sizeable and expensive order would be well taken care of. After getting home, we noticed the meal with dietary restrictions (aussie grilled chicken) was laying in a pile of fries despite not ordering them and wanting rice. Instead of mashed potatoes a baked potato was given. A salad from one of the orders was completely missing. One of the Salmon meals was dry and it seemed left out and reheated. After considering going back to get the missing salad, we decided to just let it go and enjoy the filet. However, after cutting it we all noticed a rancid smell as if it were left out for an extended period of time. We love supporting local restaurants but we just can't keep having messed up orders, missing food, and far under quality meals. Outback isn't even cheaper fare anymore and you're better off paying a but more and going to Russels or somewhere else nearby. read more
