Food was average. Service was quick and server was great. Typical Outback Steakhouse ambiance. Three stars, but the service allows for 4 stars.

This is a revisit. My gf's were committed to go out for lunch here. Unfortunately 1 bailed, ascribing to sickness. Anyhow we had a great meal with good company. No appetizers. My gf ordered the 13 oz ribeye, baked potato, and a salad. I had the same (med rare) with the crunchy salad. It turned out to be a feast. The bread loaf was great. We both left full and vèy happy. Service was the tops, never had to look for our séver.

The food wasn't bad for the price but the steak could've been a little more tender. Since I did tell them I wanted it to be medium. But fair for the price. The service was decent, a little slow the hostess did mention they were short staff so I gave them grace. Their friendliness made up for the slow service. The ambiance was very casual nothing fancy at all, typical for a chain restaurant. The drink prices were great, I would recommend this place if you're on a budget. They had a lot of good options.

The food never disappoints! I've only been to this restaurant a couple of times but the food did not disappoint! Ambiance and food gives the feel of a top of the line steak house. I am not a big steak eater either but their steak is delicious and cooked to perfection in my opinion. The last time we visited was pretty recent. While the food and ambiance were awesome, the waitress could have been better. She had us waiting about 20 minutes to get our check while she talked to a customer in a booth next to ours. She said he was a regular customer but no excuse to keep a customer waiting! Other than our waitress, the restaurant is awesome and gets 4 stars

Let me start by saying I being generous with these 3 stars. The parking lot is huge so that's a plus. Our server was actually really good. Outback isn't super fancy and you get what you pay for however on the downside, I ordered steak and that was a mistake. We went for my buddies birthday because he was craving steak. He got 11 ounces of undercooked chewy tough cow. He said he stopped chewing and just started swallowing chunks to get it down. It really was awful along with his nasty drink. The lobster mac and cheese was pretty good but my mashed potatoes were flavorless. I won't be back.

My family and I went to this location for my nephew's birthday celebration. We checked in at 9:15pm. We were promptly seated and drinks were ordered. We never received any bread and butter, I had to ask for it. My mother and I had ordered the QUEENSLAND CHICKEN & SHRIMP PASTA. I have previously ordered this dish a few times in the past and it is normally delicious, but it was not good at all last night. The shrimp was a mushy texture and the chicken was very dry and tastless. The bread and butter was warm and delicious and the bloomin onion was very good. I think the cook was rushing to prepare our meals and did a sloppy job in doing so. I will not be coming back here after 9pm anymore.

Stopped in for lunch hadn't been in quite a while. Had the Blooming Onion. Always a win for me.

I wouldn't go here again. When we picked up our orders they were completely wrong and the food didn't look appetizing. But we got a refund.

The fries/chips were good, but there were so few in the basket I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to use some in my basket for another order. The fish was so over fried it was almost dry and had completely pulled away from the overly-battered coating. The slaw was the same slaw in a tiny cup you would get at any fast food or chain restaurant. The calamari was not overcooked, but had a strange taste that may have come from the incredible amount of oil they were sitting in. If the review was just based on my food, a solid 2*, but my friend got the salmon, and it looked pretty good and she liked it. Tip: don't order anything fried except the French fries.

Nice lemony, slightly spicy flavor. It came with a big side order of fries, some cole slaw, and a salad. It was "market price" and tonight was $40, which was very fair considering the quantity and quality of crabmeat. The waitress was super-friendly and attentive. Pleasant atmosphere, standard pub vibe. I wish we were staying in Baltimore longer so we could get back here; we had a really nice time.

The first thing you see is the bar. I went to the left and sat down at one of the tables. After a couple minutes a lady gives me a menu. After about a couple minutes I decided to go with wings and a burger. Only problem was, my server was busy serving about 6 different people at the bar. Finally after about 10 minutes I was able to order. I get my food 20 minutes later. I don't understand why it took so long when everybody just had drinks and I was the only one seated in the restaurant part. The wings(6 for $15) were just ok. I got honey old bay flavor. The flavor itself was good but the wings were not cooked all the way for the middle part was lukewarm. The Charm Cheeseburger($20) a half pound beef patty, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, on a brioche bun. I wanted bacon added which was 2 dollars more per the menu. The burger itself was actually decent and it comes with potato wedges. They forgot to put the bacon in there but I didnt want to wait for the server to let her know and then wait again just for bacon. At least they didnt charge me for it. Service, or lack there of was atrocious. Every period in between interactions took a long time. In closing, I spent 35 bucks plus tax and tip for bad service and overpriced mediocre food. My co worker had drinks here one night and told me it was way overpriced. If you want good food and/or drinks then go next door to the Water Street Tavern. Their food and service is great there. So absolutely horrible that I disputed the credit card charge…read more I have NEVER EVER done anything like this at any other point in my life. I can only remember it because of how awful the food tasted and how terribly prepared it was-I have never had food this bad in my whole life. It was about 2 years ago that i went, but I can picture the........meal, I guess we can call it.... that was placed in front of my face like it was yesterday. A steak. Simple, right? Nope. Not simple, not well made, not well cooked, not even the right cut. I ordered the Delmonico- I suppose the cut could be argued, so I won't even count that in leading to my disappointment. What came to my table resembled more of a Hungry Man Dinner Salisbury Steak, and it had hunks of raw fat in it, and it was covered in this awful brown, salty, peppercorn sludge-excuse me while i go vomit. My husband ordered the lamb chops-bad move. They tasted like they sat in their own blood for days-gamey, raw in the middle (again), and tough like shoe leather. Raw, and tough....? Weird, but true. Now, my husband and I both like our steak/lamb cooked medium rare to rare, but this really was raw. I'm also a HUGE fan of carpaccio, and tartare-but this meat was really disgusting-completely inedible. Oh yeah- I believe we were told by the wait staff that the restaurant was for people with "an aquired palate". Um.......a palate for shit? That was actually pretty amusing, and at this point I realized I was not fighting about the food I had ordered with anyone. Our entire meals were sent back, our bill was paid, and then it was deducted off of my credit card. Xanadu, by definition, is a place of great beauty, luxury, and contentment. Yeah. Not so much.

Had reservations but upon getting there and peeking through the glass doors I realized it wasn't entirely necessary as there was only one other couple eating dinner. The chic Asian styling coupled with the diner booths down the middle of the restaurant area provides an interesting contrast to one another. There is just something off with having neon spirals lit up on the walls with porcelain Buddhas and other deities staring at you while you eat in a booth. The place filled up half the dining area by the time we left, and I can't blame them as the place provides an interesting environment to dine and judging by the lounge area, grab a drink.
