Was happily surprised with the quality of the pizza. We had the buck pizza. I think that was the name of it. It was really good. We also had some wings. They were very meaty. I highly recommend eating there. One review said it was frozen pizza but you can see when you are ordering that everything is fresh. My husband's complaint was at the bar which I'm not sure is considered outback but they didn't have blueberries for the big blue van beer and they only had plastic cups.

I didn't have high expectations for a quick road trip pit stop, but boy was I wrong. Outback Pizza had one of the best pizzas I've had in a while (it kind of reminded me of Costco's old combination pizza). Prices are fairly on par with other pizza shops, and service is both quick and friendly. This place does get a lot of visitors so if you're looking for "fast food" this might not be it (you may be waiting 20-45 minutes for your pie). If you can spare the time, I'd recommend doing so!

Came here off of the local people's recommendations. You order at the pizza side and they can bring it to you to the bar side. You can't order pizza from the bar fyi but they are all very nice and helpful! Live music from Rocky was almost like Willie Nelson was here himself!! His Patricia was super sweet to us as well! We had a Phil's and a buckle pizza. Both really good. No salads which I was kinda sad about but coors light on tap though!Has indoor and outdoor areas and a walk up bar side as well.

Top part of thier menu!

For years I've been getting Pizza at Silly Al's in town. And don't get me wrong, Silly Al's is still wonderful pizza. But Outback here takes things up a notch in terms of quality, convenience, and honestly better parking to mention a few. But the thing that was, and is, always most important to me is the food! And the pizza here is a gift! This was my first time here, but will not be my last! Next time I'm going to give the Cauliflower crust a shot, especially since a customer who was sitting there eating it said it's awesome! So, you're in Quartzsite and want amazing pizza? Outback is THE PLACE for it!

We stopped here for lunch-very happy we did! The pizza was very flavorful, the crust was perfectly done and the staff is friendly. Anytime we are traveling between AZ and CA, we will make this a destination stop.

Jalapeño, pineapple, pepperoni and onion!

Server was really nice and welcoming. Hubby and I ordered…read morecoffee- cups did not match, which I loved. It gave the restaurant a more homey feel. Coffee was good, besides not getting a spoon to stir my coffee, that's okay. Coffee was great nonetheless. Breakfast was really good too. HashBrowns was cooked to perfection. Eggs were cooked well too and toast was delicious for sourdough, except I would have liked more butter, but that's okay too. This place is located right next door to a Mc Donald's- (Dick move on corporations) I suggest you give this place a try while driving through Quartzsite for breakfast. A local mom and pop shop that deserves support for a tasty meal.

I was so disappointed today and it pains me to write this review. But unlike other times, this…read morevisit will be our last. There was only one server, Josh, running the entire front of the house by himself. Apparently this is customary on Wednesdays. Before he could seat us, he had to clear off a table. Several tables were just in disarray and when people came in, this poor man had to scramble to clean something off. I went to the bathroom and one stall had absolutely no toilet paper or covers. And one dispenser had no soap. The bathroom was just yucky. When I came back, we still didn't have menus or drinks. When our food came, we asked for condiments that took too long that we ended up taking them from another table. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The cook gave me a stale biscuit that just ruined my meal. I couldn't eat it or ask for it to be remade because Josh was too busy to check in on us or refill our drinks. I told him when he came to pick up the plates. He apologized, but he didn't remove it from the check. I paid $10 for a meal I couldn't eat. We got a piece of pie and the taste was kind of weird...like it had been freezer burned and then defrosted. The whole experience was disappointing.

We are very thankful for our Rebel BBQ dinner! Michelle is awesome! We had the tastiest tritrip,…read morefries, coleslaw, garlic bread and Mac and cheese. I made a "sandwich" with my bread, sauce, tritip and coleslaw!!! Yummers!! We kept commenting on how good and hot the fries are! After spending a hot day on the cool river, soon after lunch, we were excited to have this planned for dinner. We arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and Michelle graciously seated us and fed us some fabulous food! She's a gem! We are so thankful for her kindness and patience, plus the great food didn't disappoint! We walked from Days Inn and appreciate how close by it is! If driving to eat there I noticed it has great parking! It's a very clean restaurant, yummy tasty hot dinner, great cold beer, and authentic kind staff! Thank you for the surprise one of a kind, "hole in the wall" special Blythe dining experience! Make sure to stop by coming or going, plan to eat here after spending a day on the river, or swing by to support some great people. Your full belly will be thankful you did! We feel great after eating at Rebel BBQ and appreciate the quality of the food. I'm very sensitive to non home-cooked meals and am grateful to not be suffering from usual eating out "bubble guts" ! Hahaha. Thanks again Michelle! Until next time!! Wooohooo for Rebel BBQ!!

Sadly once again I got burnt by bad BBQ and I regret even stepping foot into this place…read more I should have been forewarned about this place as soon as I got inside the restaurant. First off the place was empty and secondly none of the food looked inviting. The only reason I picked this place was based on the good reviews but I should have looked at the worst reviews first. This was just plain garbage and an insult to anyone believing they are selling authentic BBQ. The St Louis style ribs were dry and uneatable. Their garlic bread basically was a stale hot dog bun and the coleslaw was the only thing somewhat decent but bland. The only thing decent in this place was the service but that didn't save it!
