On my visit working the RV Show in Quartzite, I was asking around about local karaoke spots and Outback Pizza was mentioned as one to check out. On my day off, I was visiting the Main Trade Post store to see some of the selection of jewelry and crystals, and while there Jim who was working helped someone who accidentally walked into the jewelry store and said it's called Outback Pizza because, it's out back. He confirmed that the next day Outback would be having their karaoke from 3-8pm. Some friends and I decided we would check it out after work, and when we arrived around 5:30 the karaoke was indeed happening. It was a pretty decent sized crowd. There's a small dance floor, and the karaoke jockey on stage, the performer joins on the same stage as the KJ. We made our way in, there were several people in the karaoke area eating their pizzas, and the other room has the walk up bar along with more tables and booths as well as tvs that were playing sports. The pricing here is pretty reasonable for the drinks, beer on tap for $5 as well as $6 mixed drinks if you're in the mood to partake. We were there to experience the karaoke, and we ended up having a blast! The KJ Sonny is well known in town, he runs Country Gentlemen Entertainment and KJ's at a few venues in Quartzite. There is a sign up book where you can write your request, and he made sure everyone got a chance on the rotation. At the end of the night he played some songs so we could dance and we left around 9pm and quite a time was had! We made friends with many of the locals and everyone agreed it was such a great time. I enjoyed the small town feel and everyone was so friendly, including the other patrons. I will definitely come back when I'm in Quartzite again! See ya soon Outback Pizza. read more

Was happily surprised with the quality of the pizza. We had the buck pizza. I think that was the name of it. It was really good. We also had some wings. They were very meaty. I highly recommend eating there. One review said it was frozen pizza but you can see when you are ordering that everything is fresh. My husband's complaint was at the bar which I'm not sure is considered outback but they didn't have blueberries for the big blue van beer and they only had plastic cups. read more

Great pizza with a wide variety to choose from. Also have bread sticks and a variety of wings. You can call your order in to pick up. They also have a bar that you can eat your pizza in with a drink and on occasion a band plays. read more

I didn't have high expectations for a quick road trip pit stop, but boy was I wrong. Outback Pizza had one of the best pizzas I've had in a while (it kind of reminded me of Costco's old combination pizza). Prices are fairly on par with other pizza shops, and service is both quick and friendly. This place does get a lot of visitors so if you're looking for "fast food" this might not be it (you may be waiting 20-45 minutes for your pie). If you can spare the time, I'd recommend doing so! read more

Pizza is mostly bread. Ordered all meat pizza. I was expecting meat. Got a few sprinkles of sausage, couple slices of Canadian bacon, didn't find any pepperoni or salami on it. Came here off of the local people's recommendations. You order at the pizza side and they can bring it to you to the bar side. You can't order pizza from the bar fyi but they are all very nice and helpful! Live music from Rocky was almost like Willie Nelson was here himself!! His Patricia was super sweet to us as well! We had a Phil's and a buckle pizza. Both really good. No salads which I was kinda sad about but coors light on tap though!Has indoor and outdoor areas and a walk up bar side as well. read more

But Outback here takes things up a notch in terms of quality, convenience, and honestly better parking to mention a few. But the thing that was, and is, always most important to me is the food! Great pizza, we ordered mushroom and Italian sausage, wasn't greasy, just the right amount of spices and sauce. I do wish that they had a choice of thin or regular crust, but it's a small town. The young lady that took our order didn't have much personality, but I was there for pizza not conversation. Outdoor seating with overhead shelter providing some shade, a soundstage, and a dance floor with a railing, are the highlights of this Quartzsite pizza joint. We were there during the day, near the end of the season (in April) so there was no live music. But if you visit during the peak season, like an evening in November, you might be able to dance to the music of an on stage performer. (Like a cover band or impersonator.) The service was quick and friendly, and in my opinion, the food was better than the competition. (there's only one other name in pizza around here, so you can probably figure out who I mean.) We had the combination- the one with meat and veggies on it, which was really good! I especially liked that the crust was thin, and that the green peppers were so thinly sliced! This place is hidden behind a gift shop where there is a door that connects the two. I recommend going in there while you wait for your pizza to cook. There really isn't too many places to sit. It is mainly a take out place but don't let that deter you from eating here cuz their pizza is delish. I order the Hawaiian pizza and it was the best I have eaten in a long while. nothing good to say now ordered a large meat lovers FROM HERE BECAUSE WE WERE IN A HURRY. Told us 30 min so when went to get it it had been done awhile because i could set it on my lap and it wasn't hotI asked to see it and one meat topping was 11 marble sized pieces of burger cheese covered the rest of the meats THEY SAID I peeled off the very thin layer of cheese and there was very little meat. The crust was thin, doughy and if you pick up a slice the thing bent up by the edge and it was soggy. I was angry because right after they opened, 3 of us had a very thick layered meat pizza and tomatoes topped it, and the crust was thin and crunchy and it tasted wonderfu‼ this was worse than the frozen pizza we had from Dollar General and we said then nothing could be worse... this one from Outback was‼Wasted the money read more
