I wanted red and what was naturally in my head to bring it out. This looks awful and chunky and def not natural. The cut was very blunt there was no feathering. It was a cute place and it was all fine until the actual color came out. I had other professionals tell me it looks like I got red and it already faded. This was HOURS after I got it. It's brassy and not a good look. UPDATE: went back for a fix. Way better in terms of color. She did a great job just the color is not for me. In terms of returning, I can't say I will be.
