I went in to get a full set and dip powder, after a while they said I couldn't do that so I said just do full set and shellac. it came my turn and the lady was putting the "acrylic " on my nails but it wasn't, the liquid she used for powder didn't have a smell and looked like water , I ended up taking them off cause they hurt my nails and they wouldn't soak off either and still was to long, I don't plan to go back there! read more

The woman that did my nails was AMAZING! She not only took her time to make sure that they were perfect, she was so sweet, gentle and kind to me the whole time. The next day I came back in because I didn't really like the color that I picked. She fixed them for me no hesitation at all. I even tried to tip her for taking the time to fix them and she wouldn't take it. She is definitely one of the best nail techs I have ever met! 10/10 :) read more

very upset on how My nails came out.... tips are showing on the side of my nail plate. they didn't even push my cuticles back so it's going to lift no matter what. Very disappoint in a simple manicure. I had to ask if she was going to trim my cuticles. She appeared to inspect them and decided against it. ?? My whole point to wanting a manicure. I cut my experience short and left to go home and finish the job myself right down to clear polish. Her loss as I tip very well, but not today. I won't return either, so another loss. read more

Look I'm not one to be a negative person and beat a business down, but DO NOT go here for dip polish. They do not let it soak off and go in with the drill and leave the health of your nails as garbage. Unfortunately they always say they have time for you, but have zero shame in you sitting there for extended lengths of time while they play catch up. read more

literally the worst place I ever been too. dude didn't file or use the drill on my whole right hand, replaced two nails that weren't even crooked without me asking and then charged me for it, handed me the file to do my own nails when I addressed that he forgot to file my right hand. when I called wanting a refund they said they would only refund me if I came in and let them take off all the polish they put on AND TAKE OFF THE TWO NAILS I DIDNT EVEN NEED REPLACED and then continued to yell at me over the phone. oh yeah and almost every finger is bleeding from how rough they were. Ima be calling everyday to complain and bitch till I get my money back or an apology at the very least. read more

i walked in and specifically asked for dipped nails. the guy did whatever he wanted and then proceeded to tell me my nails were too short for dip. when it got to making sure my nails were clean, did not ask me to wash my hands and proceeded to do shellac on my hands. I had to do ask him to shape them and he made a fit out of it and proceeded to still tell me my natural nails were too short when they were long enough!!!! he did not check and made sure the length matched on each hand. so now I have to go home and do it myself. I will not be going back here as I will go to someone who does what they are asked. read more

Hit or miss going here. Sometimes the service is phenomenal, other times you feel like you're burdening them. I am thoroughly not impressed with my last visit. wrong color, the massage was the technician just lotioning my legs, owner/boss was scolding another technician for losing a jet and circling my chair because of that, which both made me feel extremely uncomfortable and deemed unnecessary especially at a "spa" where you come to relax at, waited over 1.5 hours, got charged for shellac when I asked for regular polish, instead of waiting for me to be done the technician changed my line from the bowl leaking water all over my legs. the tools the technician used were ones left there from the previous customer, I never noticed them get sanitized. My "pinky" toes are only half way painted, my ingrown toenails werent even touched, the only reason I go to get my pedicures done vs doing them myself. I loved this place, and would come monthly to get my pedicure done. But after this experience I will find a new place! read more
