Aweful orange and yellow. All I wanted were beige blonde highlights like you see in the pic where I have my brunette hair ( natural color) and my brown hair is completely gone now. It is all orange and yellow. I have no clue why she colored my hair. I had not had my hair done in over a year due to Covid 19 closures. My hair was in pristine condition. They will not give me a FULL REFUND. I have to go to another salon to get this mess fixed. Please think twice before getting your hair done here. Went in and Andrea Walker (aka Annie) did my hair, highlights in, turned orange. I asked for beige blonde highlights. I've been getting my hair done at salons for many years receiving beige highlights and never had any issues. I went back to get it fixed and she stated she had not brought the highlight up enough so she would bring it up more so that it was beige as opposed to orange. She foiled my hair for highlights and then proceeded to color my hair (hair not placed in foils) without my permission And my entire head now is completely orange and yellow. A hairdryer is used to bring up hair to the color desired but Andrea does not use a hairdryer. I told her my hair has always been brought up to desired color (beige blonde) with a dryer. She would not use a dryer. You would think the second time to correct it she would but no she would not and then decided, without my permission, to color it. She turned my bangs grey, completely. She told me not to worry about that she would fix it. She got the grey color out but then after that was out it then turned yellow. They gave me a refund for the second visit ( to correct the first) But they would not give me a refund for the first visit. I tried to talk to the salon about it and Heather (receptionist)just kept talking over me and ultimately hung up on me. Please do not go to this salon!!!!!! because not only will they not give you a full refund but they will damage your hair. I have a mess on my hands that I have to find a qualified stylist to fix. I sit here writing this review with orange and yellow hair. I would insert a picture here if I could. I'm in tears. I also found out that these stylists are not part of a salon, they are a booth salon . . . meaning stylists just rent a spot. This is not a salon in the sense of a high end salon. From my experiences with this "salon" these are not what I call STYLISTS. The employees are not employees of the salon, they just rent a chair. Do not go here to get your hair done!
