5-Star Review for Pest Knockout Company (Uniondale, NY)…read more I want to give a huge shout-out to Miguel from Pest Knockout Company for providing exceptional service. From start to finish, he was incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. His attention to detail was unmatched -- he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain each step of the process, and answer every question my sister and I had with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. Not only did he address the pest concerns, but he also pointed out a plumbing issue under my bathroom sink that I wasn't aware of. That level of care and thoroughness is rare, and it meant a lot. Miguel's personality, professionalism, and dedication made this experience outstanding, and I truly appreciate the quality of service he provided. Because of him, I feel confident recommending Pest Knockout Company to anyone in need of pest services -- and when I need follow-up or future work done, I will be specifically asking for Miguel. Highly, highly recommended!

I googled a few pest control companies and Joroba promptly responded, and did an in person assessment the same day. Once all the logistics was worked out Jose and Walter came back at 7am the following day. They located and removed one dead squirrel. After a few hours the smell subsided but there was still an odor in a bedroom. Jose and Walter returned the same day, located and removed the second carcass. They returned the next day, patched the holes and thoroughly repaired the roof. The holes were patched so well that it's difficult to locate the repair area, the surface is very smooth. Amazing work. They were polite, cleaned up after and didn't leave until I was satisfied. They weren't rushing or trying to hurry along to get somewhere else. They will be my go to if the squirrels come back, but fingers crossed that they find a new home.

He told us what he would do and how much it would cost which we felt was reasonable especially when you add that he guarantees his work. He sprayed the bathroom, boiler room, and outside as well as laying granules outside and in the boiler room. He even crawled into our crawl space and treated down there as well!! He asked us twice about the kitchen (which is next to the bathroom with the issues) but we told him the kitchen was fine and told him not to treat it. That was dumb on our part because ants ended up in the kitchen 2 days after Ernesto was here. We called him to come back and we were expecting to pay again because we had told him not to do the kitchen, but he did not charge us saying it was part of the guarantee!! Ernesto is very honest, and very fair, and I would have paid for the second visit without complaint considering we did not follow his recommendation. HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

I am a customer of yours in Lynbrook. I hope you record your phone calls and urge you to listen to a call placed today 4/15/2026 at 2:13 with your scheduler, if you do. I called to schedule a visit for ongoing ant problems I've had since I started with your company. I did not expect to be condescended (I mistakenly used the word poison and was told I'm not even using the 'correct terminology' so I don't know what I'm talking about), and accused of lying (after mentioning what we were told by employees about our ant situation possibly being in the wall, he said just because I say something doesn't make it true). I had mentioned to the representative I was upset and the way he was talking to me was an awful way to speak someone. This is not an acceptable way to treat a customer, let alone another human being.
