No one bothers to call and tell me where he is. He doesn't bother to call and tell me where he is. I had to call and do the follow ups. This company is a complete waste of time, the owner is disgusting and they have no regard when it comes to the time of others. Don't waste yours here.

We've been charged for termite control bait trap service for a few years. I recently went to look…read moreat the traps and was shocked to discover that only one MONITORING station was present and clearly had not been examined for a very long tome. We now have severe termite damage. I've now hired Orkin, accompanying their tech of their inspection and are now on a contract . I feel I can trust them. We were also getting charged $250 a visit for roach extermination and I discovered that the "technician" was just putting a few little dabs of Avion Syngenta gel (you can get a pack of four tubes for about about $35 on Amazon) into the hinges of cabinet doors. Now I do that myself every month and have things well under control at a fraction of the cost. I would never use Top Hat again.

It is a shame that we in Brooklyn must have to deal with these problems, but this company makes an unpleasant problem as bearable as possible. Tommy came today to service the basement, first floor and second floor tenant apartment. He was so very nice, pleasant, professional and efficient, and really did a fantastic job. He explained everything and patiently answered my many questions. He was also very courteous to my tenant and alleviated her concerns. We both look forward to next month's visit and feel very confident about the service. In addition, Paul is truly outstanding and really bends over backwards to accommodate his clients. I suddenly had to change the time window, and he got back to me right away with a great solution. He is certainly a pleasure to deal with. If, like me, you have an unpleasant pest problem that needs to be remedied, you don't need to look any further. Abolish Pest Control has my highest recommendation, and that is saying a lot, as I am not one who is easily pleased!

This company, specifically James, was very helpful and thorough in helping me and my husband extinguish our pretty severe case of bed bugs. He gave us very useful tips and advice to prep our apartment before he exterminated the affected areas. We had two more scares following our initial extermination and James came almost immediately. One time he bombed the place for us again (free of additional charges) and another time he came to do a complete inspection to make sure the bugs hadn't returned. We spent around $900, but it was completely worth it. This company means it when they say they will make sure the problem is taking care of 100%. I can't recommend this company enough!
