I came back hours later, still no flies. Job damn well done, will definitely use them again.

We had an urgent issue and due to our time constraints (family member in hospital) Sean dropped everything and came right over, at the end of his already very long day. 5-Star Review for Pest Knockout Company (Uniondale, NY)…read more I want to give a huge shout-out to Miguel from Pest Knockout Company for providing exceptional service. From start to finish, he was incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. His attention to detail was unmatched -- he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain each step of the process, and answer every question my sister and I had with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. Not only did he address the pest concerns, but he also pointed out a plumbing issue under my bathroom sink that I wasn't aware of. That level of care and thoroughness is rare, and it meant a lot. Miguel's personality, professionalism, and dedication made this experience outstanding, and I truly appreciate the quality of service he provided. Because of him, I feel confident recommending Pest Knockout Company to anyone in need of pest services -- and when I need follow-up or future work done, I will be specifically asking for Miguel.
