Service provided was adequate. Was told there would be a thorough inspection but nothing was inspected inside. The tech gave a story how the special caulk they used contained special metals pests hated. The same caulk is available at Home Depot for $10 the free estimate they offer serves no purpose because they tack on the fees where they had to come out on top. Was overpriced on the services received as I read the reviews on this page. Get a second estimate before reading good reviews. Bunch of snark comments were made after the purchase as well. After the job was complete used gloves were left at the job site. Would have been 1 star but the problem as of now has been solved. read more

Pro Don Pest management is highly recommended. The owner was communicative and his work is not rushed. He was very patient with all the questions I had and gave me some advice to help protect my dog as well. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day, and pricing was extremely reasonable. Thanks for putting our minds at ease, my family can safely enjoy our home again. read more

This review is long overdue, but better late than never, right? I highly recommend Pro Don Pest Management! I had a small German Cockroach problem in my apartment 2 years ago and reached out to Pro Don Pest Management on Yelp for a quote. Daniel replied promptly with a flat rate and availability. Thankfully they had a time slot at 8am the next morning! The rate included initial treatment and also a follow-up treatment (if needed, within 90 days of initial treatment). The exterminator came exactly at 8am. I brought him to the kitchen and bathroom where I saw most of the roaches at. He put the gel bait and also sprinkle some other bait around, pulling out the refrigerator and stove. He also went into the bathroom and put some around the sink and the pipes under the sink. After that, I haven't seen any other roaches around. The entire process was super easy and Pro Don Pest Management was very accommodating. The technician who came was very, very friendly and knowledgeable. I also referred Pro Don Pest Management to my parents who needed an exterminator for a bed bug problem in my grandmother's apartment. After the scheduled visit, my parents haven't had any problems with bed bugs since! Pro Don Pest Management is a life saver! read more

If I only could give this business 10 stars instead of 5, I would!! Amazing service, and I am one satisfied client after all!! I was dealing with a very bad mouse and roaches situation in my Apartment for years. Unfortunately my cheap landlord wouldn't really did much about the situation, but giving me mouse traps and poison which it never worked! Till, I decided to pay out of my pocket and give these amazing people a shot! As I've heard from them way back from a friend! So long story short! After I contacted then. Danni the owner of the business arranged an appointment to come for evaluation and inspection of my huge 4 bedrooms apartment! That was when all the magic started! Over 3 visits, he completely sealed every possible way for mouse to get in! Plus I never seen any roaches ever since. I am so relieved! Plus this service worth every single penny! I highly recommend them!! Thank you again for an amazing job, services Daniel! read more

We noticed a hive on the upper, inside area of our outdoor porch umbrella and in our bird feeder. We immediately called Pro Don Pest Management and the next day had an appointment to get it taken care of. Daniel came to examine the issue and immediately assured that the nests were small and that we caught them at an early stage. He took care of both hives and even bagged and took the bird feeder out with him when he left since we no longer wanted it. He was quick, efficient, and professional and we will definitely be calling Pro Don Pest Management again when we need their services! read more

Daniel treated my house for termites and guaranteed his services following the treatment. When the house was once again infested by termites, he refused to return to treat for termites despite the terms of his contract. He placed several roadblocks "show me pictures of the wood, show me pictures of the termites, show me pictures of the state of your basement" and after he was provided with these documents, he continued to refuse to treat. I was forced to seek out another exterminator because he would not honor the work that he performed. read more

I'm extremely rodent-phobic, so having a mice outbreak during the pandemic was pretty anxiety producing! Pro Don are truly pros. They were able to fit me in within 48 hours, were extremely kind, and went above and beyond in not only making me feel safe but cleaning up debris. Thank you Pro Don team for your professionalism and expertise during a tough time in the world. Much appreciated! read more

Pro Don Pest company performed a highly professional job eliminating termite problems in my home. I contacted Pro Don Pest because I suspected termites in the house's basement. Daniel explained the treatment options, then completely exterminated all the termites and prevented termite issues in the future. I feel the wisest decision I made was to sign a three-year warranty with Daniel in February 2022. The service is adequate to check again terminated after six months of treatment. I love his environmentally friendly approach to termite treatment. Without Daniel's outstanding work for termite treatment, my home would most likely be damaged. I strongly recommend contacting Daniel to keep your home safe if you have termite problems. read more

Daniel gave us 3 month warranty, it is been 2 months now, no rats at all. Thank you for your great and fast services.

Best exterminator ever! after messaging other exterminators online Daniel gave me a pretty good price compared to the other ones (honestly other exterminators are hella expensive ) SOOO....My baby cat got the fleas and I tried to fight it with all those sprays and powders they tell you but at the end nothing worked! I was really desperate because my room was the most infected, so I started looking on yelp for exterminators and found Daniel, he's the best and made me feel comfortable, guiding me through what I needed to do and all that. So yes i recommend Pro Don Extermination and it's cheaper than the others ones so make sure you come to Daniel for any plague. read more

Daniel and his partner Sharif are amazing. We have had an ongoing problem with mice in our old house which has been really challenging. They have been patient, responsive, and thoughtful. A previous pest control company came in, pointed and told us they would not take any responsibility until we made a huge list of changes. We made them, still had mice, and then their list got longer. Danny and Sharif actually do the work themselves snd take full responsibility for it. Their solutions are working. So far, no more mice! read more

Wonderful customer service with prompt scheduling and follow up. Both Daniel, the owner and technician Jim were very detailed in their explanations of the issue and understanding of a delicate situation. I would definitely recommend their services. read more

I'm super freaked out by bugs and I had 3 huge flying ones in my apartment over the span of 2 days. I called Pro Don and they picked up right away and kept in communication with me. He came over at a time that was convenient for me, was really flexible for my schedule, and then knew the problem practically the second he was in my apartment, as well as all solutions and suggested methods. Hopefully (HOPEFULLY!) I never have this pest problem again, but if I do, I'm calling Pro Don! read more

Dealing with pests of any kind can be incredibly frustrating and time-consuming; however, Daniel at Pro Don Extermination made my experience as painless as possible. He responded to my initial concern in under five minutes with a reasonable quote and remained flexible when I needed to adjust our appointment time. He is knowledgeable and seems genuinely concerned with improving his clients' situations. I highly recommend Daniel for any of your pest control needs. read more

I have used Pro Don a few times. Daniel and the other exterminators that have helped me have all been great. I had ants that were very resistant to store bought bait (raid and toro) but Pro Don has helped to get rid of the ants. I also had a problem with a birds nest stuck under my ac unit. Leong was very friendly, and went above and beyond to help solve the problem. Thank you Pro Don! read more

My parents have had persistent roach issues in their apartment and the situation was dire about a month ago. After calling several other exterminators, Pro Don, was the most helpful and affordable. He was accommodating to the fact that my elderly parents could not empty their entire kitchen,, leave the house for an extended period of time, and i had a pet that visits often. He spent time speaking with me about the problem and was quick and prompt to respond and schedule extermination. After the first visit, I noticed a significant improvement!!! I am certain after he returned for the second extermination today, there will no longer be roaches. Overall, i highly recommend Pro Don as exterminators and their professionalisms! read more

These guys were very fast and communicated with me every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Very Professional and knowledgeable. honest with price quotes and did the job in a timely manner. I had an issue with carpenter bees and they came by, assessed the situation and explained why the bees chose this location and what needed to be done to get rid of them. we setup an appointment and they got it done while I was away at work. couldn't ask for any better. read more

Exterminators are a dime-a-dozen, but Pro Don Exterminators are unlike those guys. The owner Daniel takes exceptional care to understand your pest problem (in my case, roaches, mice, bed bugs, and squirrels) and handles the problems once and for all. The roaches have all been eradicated for good, as well as the bed bugs. The other rodents, well...they occasionally find their way back, but that's not his issue. You will get a clear assessment, professional service, and your money's worth! read more
