This review is long overdue, but better late than never, right? I highly recommend Pro Don Pest Management! I had a small German Cockroach problem in my apartment 2 years ago and reached out to Pro Don Pest Management on Yelp for a quote. Daniel replied promptly with a flat rate and availability. Thankfully they had a time slot at 8am the next morning! The rate included initial treatment and also a follow-up treatment (if needed, within 90 days of initial treatment). The exterminator came exactly at 8am. I brought him to the kitchen and bathroom where I saw most of the roaches at. He put the gel bait and also sprinkle some other bait around, pulling out the refrigerator and stove. He also went into the bathroom and put some around the sink and the pipes under the sink. After that, I haven't seen any other roaches around. The entire process was super easy and Pro Don Pest Management was very accommodating. The technician who came was very, very friendly and knowledgeable. I also referred Pro Don Pest Management to my parents who needed an exterminator for a bed bug problem in my grandmother's apartment. After the scheduled visit, my parents haven't had any problems with bed bugs since! Pro Don Pest Management is a life saver! read more

Service provided was adequate. Was told there would be a thorough inspection but nothing was inspected inside. The tech gave a story how the special caulk they used contained special metals pests hated. The same caulk is available at Home Depot for $10 the free estimate they offer serves no purpose because they tack on the fees where they had to come out on top. Was overpriced on the services received as I read the reviews on this page. Get a second estimate before reading good reviews. Bunch of snark comments were made after the purchase as well. After the job was complete used gloves were left at the job site. Would have been 1 star but the problem as of now has been solved. read more

We noticed a hive on the upper, inside area of our outdoor porch umbrella and in our bird feeder. Daniel treated my house for termites and guaranteed his services following the treatment. When the house was once again infested by termites, he refused to return to treat for termites despite the terms of his contract. He placed several roadblocks "show me pictures of the wood, show me pictures of the termites, show me pictures of the state of your basement" and after he was provided with these documents, he continued to refuse to treat. I had a raccoon constantly in my garbage and making a big mess. I called and within 15 minutes, I was told someone was going to come and set a trap. Pro Don Pest company performed a highly professional job eliminating termite problems in my home. I contacted Pro Don Pest because I suspected termites in the house's basement. Daniel explained the treatment options, then completely exterminated all the termites and prevented termite issues in the future. I feel the wisest decision I made was to sign a three-year warranty with Daniel in February 2022. The service is adequate to check again terminated after six months of treatment. Best exterminator ever! after messaging other exterminators online Daniel gave me a pretty good price compared to the other ones (honestly other exterminators are hella expensive ) SOOO....My baby cat got the fleas and I tried to fight it with all those sprays and powders they tell you but at the end nothing worked! I was really desperate because my room was the most infected, so I started looking on yelp for exterminators and found Daniel, he's the best and made me feel comfortable, guiding me through what I needed to do and all that. Daniel and his partner Sharif are amazing. We have had an ongoing problem with mice in our old house which has been really challenging. They have been patient, responsive, and thoughtful. A previous pest control company came in, pointed and told us they would not take any responsibility until we made a huge list of changes. We made them, still had mice, and then their list got longer.
